My distributor is M/s Sirbi Indane Service, At P.O. Manteswar, Dist Burdwan, West Bengal, Pin - 713145. Phone No :[protected].
My Consumer No is 181. My registered Mobile No is [protected]. I have booked LPG on 02/09/2014 vide booking reference no. 219037.
As per IVRS No [protected], It says that Delivery has been made by this distributor up to 05/09/2014, but I have NOT yet received the cylinder till now.
On enquiry at the distributor shop, they do not reply / answer to my questions . But misbehave rudely.
Kindly help and advise me how I will get LPG Cylinder.
