Dear all Yesterday I went to Daman gas agency to replace gas regulator which is not working . I meet with Mr . Shivjeet whom says he is working on manger post I request to him to replace to not working gas regulator first he forced to me buy the gas regulator from out side market when i ask him this the property of his gas agency then he asked me about documents i show him to all my documents but he refused to issue gas regulator and again forced me to buy it from out side market this issue happened with me two times every time they are forced to buy it new from his side or out side the market . My question to all you if they can not replace the gas regulator then why the deposit the payment of gas regulator and one more thing this issue happened with my father also whom is senior citizen . I hope all of you should take care about this issue why they forced to customer to buy the gas regulator from out side market and why they are not follow the system of replacement of gas regulator.     Hi I am Trushit Soni living with my parents and my parents are currently on foreign tour. And so our gas requirement is not frequent and so we did not order for 6 months and hence gas connection got cancelled. Now we want to re activate as we want to order for the refilling. And so we went to our Distributor Ahmedabad Departmental Store at Apana Bazzar with reconnection form and my father documents. But Owner has not responded well nor he has guided and provided solutions for re connection and stick to that my father has to come then only re connection is possible. And so we are getting stuck up for the same without any resolution.

        My distributor has delayed delivery of gas by a month. The excuse is that none present when the delivery guy came for 4 days where as my parents are available 24/7. I asked same to my neighbours and everyone is complaining about the indane delivery delay issue. My booking no- 242297

          Indian Oil - My Indane Gas Consumer NO. is 18964 and my Dealer is Praojnee - COde No. 99162082. Everytime the gas delivery is delayed by teh dealer. My last booking was done om 14th Sept. 2014 and till now that gas has not come. The dealer says it will be further delayed. You can buy in full rate. HP connection are delivered in 2-3 days. Indane Gas in other areas are received in 5-6 days. The dealer is misnehaving and doing some malpractice.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this complaint after our repeated visits to the distributor M/S Dubey Gas Service, Agra to provide our first cylinder of new connection has resulted in no action even after promising delivery of the gas at the end of the day after every visits. Details of connection are below: 1. SV No. 5410 2. Customer NO. 11075429 3. Consumer Name: Utsav (Contact No. +[protected] 4. Consumer Address: 406, Rajdeep Tower, Heera Bagh, Dayalbagh, Agra-282005 5. Connection Date: 19th Jul 2014 Distributor: Dubey Gas Service, Jeevan Jyoti Road, Dayalbagh, Agra-282005 It has been more than 3 months, but the wait for the gas is not over. It is hard to digest such a lethargic response of the distributor and the distress, money, loss of time and pain that the distributor has caused to me and my senior citizen father aged 62 years who patiently visited him or made a call to him at almost every fortnight reminding about the delivery of the cylinder. I am writing this complaint with utmost hope that it would be heard and resolved soon as food is lifeline to any human. With utmost faith in the fair corporate practices and governance, I do hope strict action against the distributor will be taken for his non-compliance and distress he caused to us and with trust in M/s IOCL - company of such repute, that my complaint will be resolved immediately.

              i fueled from one of the retail outlet of IOCL located at sirsa road dabwali (ch dalip singh ripudaman singh) the petrol was charged at Rs. 69.58(as per machine generated bill) on 15/10/2014 at 13:04 whereas there was a price revision news yesterday. plz confirm the rate charged is as per revised rates.

I want to made a compliant regarding my cooktop The gas agency has provided two telephone nos. e.g.5097439 and 2231785 to the customers.Howevr both these nos. Are always remain engaged or I think the receiver is kept aside intentionally .Kindly help me . I'm trying to made a compliant from last two weeks..

                  My name is SIBU.K.V, I have only one domestic cooking gas connection in my name, which was booked at Bathinda when I was serving in indian Air Force and later I transferred to my home town at Kottayam . Customer no. 25871 and customer Id : [protected]. There are six or seven houses having same house name as PEZHUMKATTIL. I already submitted KYC to the distributor M/s. Ambily flames, Pampady, Kottayam. Still my name is in the multiple connection list. Kindly do the needful .

                    There are multiple complaints against the service provided by KK Indane gas agency in Bangalore.To list: 1. They never pick up the calls. Have multiple numbers but no one picks it. The Sarjapur office person he always switch off the phone after one time the telephone bell has rang. Some numbers if out of order they never tell or remove from the site. 2. Delivery boy: He never brings a weighing machine with him. Also he charges, 30 Rs. extra for every delivery, when in the cash memo Indane specifies Home delivery is FREE. 3.The online gas booking DB is never updated I think, till date the system replies saying the distributor has cleared delivery upto some old date when the delivery is already done. This restricts the consumer to place another refill order. 4. The Toll free number NEVER CONNECTS. Please update all your contact numbers.Keep the info on the Indane site up to date so that customers can place their grievances at proper place.

                      Through this mail I want to complaint about the services provided by the delivery boy of Indane gas agency's dealer Bedi gas agency.Weight machine is not there with the delivery boy due to which I was not able to check the weight of the gas cylinder provided by the delivery boy. So, I hope such sort of behaviour will never be repeated again by the delivery boy of Bedi gas agency. Waiting for positive action to be taken by you to improve your services.                         I had done a refill booking thro Mobile on Aug 19 2014 and the booking no. given was 201592. My second cylinder also got over last week and was not having any filled cylinder with me. I did receive an SMS from IOC on Oct 6 2014 at 03.25.29 pm stating that against my booking no.201592 cash memo has been generated and the no. is [protected]. I have since been following with the dealter Sree Guruvayur Indane services and they were telling me that it would be delivered this week. Today morning cylinder has been delivered and the details of cash memo no. and booking no. does not tally with what was originally given to me. There is a huge difference in the no. and I can confidentally tell you that this dealer is diverting cylinders to other customers and asking them to take delivery from Godown. The cash memo no. now given is [protected] dt 11.10.14 and booking no shown in this cash memo is [protected] Request you to look into this complaint and let me know the following : 1. Why the booking no. given to me on 19/8 has got changed? 2. To whom has he diverted my booking no? 3. Also to who has the dealer diverted my Cash memo no. 80173?? As informed above, till today morning my both cylinders were empty and now though a cylinder has been delivered, cannot book another one as the mobile msg continues to state my booking of Aug 19 and further states dealer has done delivery only upto July 25. Request your prompt response on this. I have never faced this problem while I was in Delhi/Chennai and Mumbai over the past almost 35 years of my association with IOC.

Maya Dutta Bhowmik, residing at Gayeshpur in Kalyani Dist- Nadia, State West Bengal Plot no. 2/1455, Gayeshpur, Pin - 741234 and distributor name GENESIS INDANE GAS SERVECE, KATAGANJ, NADIA. In connection that I have booked for a Gas Cylinder about 24 days going on but still now I have not received that cylinder but whenever I called the customer service, they would say your cylinder has been delivered already but still now I have not received the cylinder but delivery boy (Ranjit Ghosh or something) says customer service is saying incorrect now a time who is correct I do not know.                                   I have book my LGP rifleon on 14th sept 2014 and receipt generated on 30th Sept 2014 but still didn't receive cylinder. Below is consumer detail: Cust Id:95210 Booking ID:357089 Cash memo No:[protected] This is not the 1st time delivery boy delaying but almost all the time same issue. Now I have to take this into media with all proof if not heard in another 24hrs

                                        Respected Sir, I belong to Raichur City of Karnataka State. As mentioned above subject, Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Gas Agency is not provided proper services. Instead of 12 Cylinders They are giving Only 7 Cylinders per Year, I have asked them regarding this, they are saying that due to shortage we cannot give 12 cylinders.
