Hi,
I have booked one parcel from Faridabad and it was dispatched through Speed Post on 15/10/2020 from there.
The tracking shows that it has reached Kolkata AP NSH on 18/10/2020, but after that there is no movement of the parcel.
Is there any way I could receive the products at the earliest. It was for an urgent utilisation for my marriage. Which is on November. Please please help me.
I pray for the kind understanding of my issue, please help me during this heated up time.

The details of the parcel is given in the attachment with this mail please verify.

                The delivery status of my package shows item delivery confirmed but I never received the package.

                Tracking status shows Kokapet BO confirmed delivery but the package was not handed over to me nor at the security.

                            I have ordered a lamp on etsy.com site and the object was posted on September 22nd, on September 26th the item was retained by border agency and it was not updated since them (picture attached). Status: Custom hold: RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U
