Sir, I booked my parcel on 09/10/2020 at Egra H.O, up-to 16th october/20 it's moving smoothly up-to Kolkata RMS Mails TMO & next showing at Kolkata RMS Mails TMO "dispatched" on 16/10/2020 at 11:25:57 but after that no news was found in the track, why?

    My Magazine got dispatched from Dimapur TMO on 27/09/2020 and till this date haven't reached me or my hometown, Imphal.
    It is going to be almost a month.

      Dear India post office,
      I have ordered a lamp on etsy.com site and the object was posted on September 22nd, on September 26th the item was retained by border agency and it was not updated since them (picture attached). Status: Custom hold: RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U

      Please, do I need to do anything else to get my product cleared? Or do you have news when it will be cleared and shipped to Brazil?

                              I booked a speed post on 17/10/2020, tracking number (EW[protected]IN)
                              from KOLKATA GPO.
                              It reached KOLKATA AP TMO on 17/10/2020 but after that no further updates are there.

                                The status as of october 20 2020 15:59 pm. The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But the recipient never got the package. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call. We have inquired in the surrounding buildings as well & nobody has reported receiving the package.
