Dear sir/madam,
My parents have shipped my international consignment cr[protected]in from gangapur city to south korea on 06/12/2018 by india post. After almost more than 80 days of shipment, consignment did not reach its destination. I should receive my parcel in korea, but i don't know why they ship my parcel to ph kochi and the last status of my parcel is same from last 75days (Item bagged to ph kochi), even till now it did reach kochi also.
I also put a complaint on india post portal online on 17/01/2019 ([protected]) that complain status also showing pending till now. Nevertheless, i emailed also the all of the india posts complain portals (Delhi, jaipur, facebook etc) about this issue but in a quite funny way just they send me back my complaint number and a link to track my parcel. Till now i think all of the food items my parents send me are damage, can india post provide me a refund of my losses.
Please help me in this matter.
