One of my packages has been stuck in Mumbai AP inland office and it is not moving since 10 days. It has reached the Mumbai office on[protected] and it is minor moving since then.
None of the India post offices are even able to do anything about it. My customer has been complaining and I’m not able to do anything about it. There is no means to reach the office too, their contact no is not working.

It’s such a loss to small business when this happens. How can India post be so irresponsible

I have a registered post from poland to india it is landed in delhi captal and sended to mumbai forigen post after reaching there its got strucked status is showing custom hold remarks is showing (AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S) what does it mean i dont know i have some documents which is urgent for me please help if there customs fee that i have to im ready to pay please resolve my issue this the tracking no(RR[protected]PL) please help asap

My parcel has been dispatched from CHENNAI CENTRAL RS TMO 1 on 25th January, 2023 and it should reach me by tomorrow but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 3 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CD[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my study materials on time!!

International parcel sent to Ukraine from Sreemayapur is stuck at KOL AP TMO since March 7. No updates since then.

I got my package shipped from USA on March 18th to India through USPS priority mail express international service . On March 22, at 11:30 pm the tracking information showed that my package from departed from New York transfer airport. Since then, there is no status update or tracking information available on the website and I am desperately in need of my package . Please help

I have registered my educational documents through India Post from Jamnagar Head Office branch on 7th March. Status updated as dispatched from Delhi AP TMO on 10th March. After that days there is no any update. So how can I know about the current status of my parcel.

My parcel was coming from ludhiana to kolkata. the tracking was proper on 20 and 21st March 2023 . but on 22nd march in morning the parcel has arrived at rms tmo new dehli and then dispatched since then no tracking information is given and i expected my order to deliver today but it is not yet come to westbengal only .

This is to inform you that I was given my college address and had not received any call and still the parcel was marked as " item delivered".
No call was made to me which is pathetic and postman not calling us, then why did we give our phone nos. Even I mention in the parcel to deliver the concern person only .
Also, it is more than one week, even I'm trying to reach them...their phone is not getting.
It is not possible for me to go to post office and get the parcel because that is not something that I have opted for.
I want a call on my no. and re attempt the parcel this asap.
I also raised complain.

We booked the parcel from speed post on 13/03/2023 with speed post it was coming on time then it got stucked at Jaipur for 2 days then ajmer for 2 days then went back to new Delhi to Delhi AP TMO. It's there from 3 days now it's moving from there and only showing the status for dispatched. No details are displayed over there. It's already 3 days i needed that parcel I'm a student of CURAJ, Ajmer. My classes activities is hindered due to tha parcel it contains my valuable stuff please.

1. It is very regretful to find such type of irresponsible and fake reply with nasty remark by the responsible authority from India Post against our complaint appeal # DPOST/E/A/23/0002005
2. They have replied after wasting one whole month. This proves how careless they are to their customers serious grievances.
3. They have put the nasty irresponsible remark as why we complaint again and again. They should be ashamed for such remark. Why we have to waste our valuable time because India Post failed to take the needed foolproof action to remove corruption in their nailment point post office who accept bribe from the criminals of our Amita building society to allow them to temper with our important Speed Post letters.
4. What they have done, failed to stop the corruption. Because anybody no matter whether he is a postman or a supervisor, will obviously accept rupees 500 to allow our one letter to be tempered with.
5. Therefore being constraint, we suggested the best method, which they totally ignored and this itself prove that these authorities of India Post themselves do not want to stop corruption because their people are making money.
6. They do not have any way to stop corruption and they purposely put a blind eye to our suggested excellent and foolproof method.
7. The consumer court will ask them for their such deficiency and they will have to pay heavy compensation for their such deficiency.
