I live in burari, delhi (110084), working in ashoka university sonipat, haryana.

I am pursuing mca from ignou university, and they directly delivered study material to home address.

But i didn't received a single book from postman, i also got message from ignou that, your study material returned to ignou center.

But he didn't inform me.
I called him multiple times, but he didn't pick my call.

I have got an nsc summing of rs. 540000/- in post office ponkunnam which got matured on 25/01/2018. On 23/02/2018 i went to post office to close them to receive the maturity amount. The counter staff and the post master adviced me to open an sb account to transfer the maturity amount.. I have given all my kyc documents to open the same. And told me that they will complete all formalities and transfer amount to my sb acct by afternoon.. But they failed to do the same conveying me the reason ' network issue' and promised me that it will b done on monday 25/02/2018 and will inform me. I waited til wednesday but no one called me.. I contacted the post office to check status.. But none attended. So send my friend to post office to check d status.. But unfortunately the behavior of post master was so rude saying counter is very busy.. And it's not done yet.. Also she shouted at me saying its not ideal to send a person to check the status.. And told me that it will b done very next day 01/05/2018.. But again on 01/05/2018 they send me back telling they were not in a position to close the same. Counter staff told counter closed.. This attitude of the post master and counter staff showed how irresponsible dey are.. I humbly request you to look into the matter.. I will b raising this complaint in ombudsman. As a customer i never faced such an experience from any other post offices

My mom (Mrs. K vasanthi) have opened an savings account in velandipalayam post office located in coimbatore in the year 2009.
Last month we lost the pb, while going to deposit amount in that account. So we have informed immediately to the post office. They gave an application form and said some procedure. We have filled account details and return the application form with my mom's signature and self attested photo copy of aathar card. After receiving the form they said that, it will issued by head post office. So it will take one week time to receive.
But one month completed, still it was not recieved. While we ask the post master she said that "we dont know, it will be issued by head post office, if you to know the status you can just go and ask the rspuram head post office" i didn't even expect such an irresponsible answer from a post master. We have an account in velandipalayam post office from 2009, and gave an application form to issue duplicate passbook in velandipalayam post office, then why should i go head post office to know the status.
For issuing a duplicate passbook alone they need this much procedure and time taken means what a wonderful customer service from our po.
I am very much disappointed, my mom is having a backbone problem, so she can't even stand or walk for a long time. Even though, she also visited the branch with me to receive the passbook.
If the customer is in emergency means how to withdraw the amount without having passbook.
Pls understand the customer's situation and give response like that.
Kindly issue a duplicate passbook immediately...

It is regret to intimate that i was done speed post on 18.01.2018 vide no. Ed[protected]in dated 18.01.2018 to chennai. The same has been returned to nsh new delhi due to door locked.in this regard i had registered on-line complaint which is shown that ‘item received on 02.02.2018 in the office of nsh new delhi’ and the same was returned to swami ram tirth nagar post office on 03.02.2018

I have requested a cheque book from sbi, they have given me a tracking number (Aq[protected]in) dated 22.02.2018. This parcel is showing stuck since 22.02.2018. Till date i dint receive my cheque book. As i have some urgent bank work to be done i am total helpless because without cheque book i can't do any transaction. Kindly help me get my consignment (Cheque book) as soon as possible.. Hope action will be taken as soon as possible

Post office employees are not co operating with customers, if we given complaint to post master he is also not answering responsibly. And he came with fraud transfer to this post office he has bad reputation and staff and postmans are wont give respect to him

If i go to pay rd amount they are saying server slow come tomorrow from 3 months, i have to pay fine for each month and they wont give interest for the month i paid late

Whole staff and post masters are irresponsible regarding this kindly change whole staff if possible

My track number is rg[protected]cn. The post man at modipuram, meerut, up namely subhash choudhary, intentionally didn't delivered my parcel at my home. I paid 38 dollars for the product. As i was not at home he could have given it to my mom but he didnt. Somehow i find the post office telephone number, when i talked to him he said i will deliver it only if you are thereand i cannot give that parcel to anybody else. He was so rude and even abused me over the telephone. I expect some kind of help from you. I want some immediate action to be taken against that postman.

I have requested over phone, send letters and emails millions of times from last one year to the concerned post office for activate and transfer of my saving account number:353230 from your clement town, mohbewala, dehradun -248002, subpost office to silchar head post office, cachar, assam, pin:788001. Last couple of years i am not in dehradun so not able to continue, now i want to continue the same account. But nobody is bother about my concern, pathetic service by all post office staff. Need immediate action.

I had on dated 4 january 2018 sent a speed post of some important documents through speed post no. Eu[protected]in (Gstn no.: 09aaa000048pdzn) but to my surprise it is still not delivered till date. After doing a complaints on 4 th february 2018 i got a disgusting response that it has been delivered and complaint status was closed. I don't know what to do those were very important documents to whom those were supposed to be delivered is suffering due to non availability of the documents, utterly pathetic par excellence conduct on part of speed post even no details provided by speed post to whom it was delivered. It humbly requested on your part to take strict action against casual conduct of the errant officials.

Hello sir.. I had posted my parcel from nasik, maharashtra on 7/02/18.. The tracking website is showing the details only up to 15/02.. Item despatched to 81 sbpo... After that there are no details.. My tracking no is cm[protected].. It's been 20 days.. Whereas the parcel was supposed to reach in 8 days.. The local post office is also not responding... Kindly do the needful so that my parcel should reach the destination as soon as possible..

I passed driving license test for LMV from PCMC(Pune) RTO on 19-Dec-2017. The status shows that license has been dispatched on 05-Feb-2018 by post but there is no tracker provided on the parivahan website. RTO is saying it is not their responsibility to give the tracker number. I am in very urgent need of this license for my personal life. Can you please help me with my issue.

Institution of occupational health and safety uk had dispatched 60 certificates on 30 jan 2018 to our kerala address (Ttc - school of health and safety
61/446, 2nd floor, manikath chambers, karimpetta road, pallimukku, cochin - 16) though ordinary mail. But till now as of 26 feb 2018 we haven't received those mails. We had directly contacted ernakulam head post office and foregin post office numerous time, they have told us due to delay in customs clearance, around 150 bags are pending.
Our mail contains certificates, if the delay is continuing it will affect the jobs of our candidates, some of them are about to be terminated from their jobs. Hope you can understand the situation. So kindly do the needful to get our certificates as soon as possible.

I have given with trackinig id of speed post by osmania university, details of tracking id is not found i indian post website.

It is dispatched on[protected] but not yet received to the mentioned address.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible as it consists of my original certificates of graduation.
I am facing this problem from past 1 and half year with osmania university. It is not at all responding properly. Please solve the problem as soon as possible as i have to continue my further studies.

I was having mis account in my home town post office.. For 02 years i dont have account books which were missing. I came to know that some body have drawn interest from my account with out my knowledge. Postal department persons are not showing even i asked for withdraw vocher who has withdrawn. To whom i have to complaint on post master. Post master is not giving proper answer.

I have sent 11 parcels from 110049 to 781354, rangia on 15 th feb, 2018.. But out of them only 6 parcels have been dispatched to the destination. The status of the rest 5 parcels are showing as "item bagged" on 16 th feb after that there is no status update. The parcels were to reach the destination by 22nd feb, 2018. I need to know the status of the parcels. I have called in the post office from where i have sent but they have shown very negligent behaviour. They didnot even bother to inform me by checking it on their own. The consignment numbers that haven't been dispatched are cd[protected]in,

I have also complained in consumer forum and public grievance portal being out of ways. If no action will be taken and my parcels will be lost then i will be compelled to take some legal help against the concerned post office staff and department. First of all there is no update post feb 20 and even if you checked the tracking, the package was dispatched to trivandrum on feb 20 and then it again got dispatched to palam tmo. After that, there is no update and its been 3 complete business days.

What is going on with india post?? I need you to please intervene in this.
