We have dispatched on 01/08/2017 through registered parcels but after making so many complaints through calls & mails but still issued has not been received. Pacel was from ckp to bhubneshwar. Please let me know the exact status.

A postman has come to give my postal letter back that i have send on rakhi. He made me waited for him for hours by saying i there. But he came late and at last he shouted at me and gave me lactures in name of government worker that "hum sarkari aadmi hai humari jb marji hogi tb aaenge nahi aaenge. Yeh tumhara sirdard h k tmhara letter tmko mile ya na mile"
Kindly take some strict actions against such workers.

Name on the r. C. Book is "nikunj vasantbhai patni".
R. C. Book is sent from post (Vadodara) on date - 21/02/2017 and the consignment number is eg[protected]in and we are unable to track consignment online.
R. C. Book is not receive from 6 months.
So we are requested to reply regardings above complaint.

The above complaint was registered with the portal of post office, mentioning that for deposit in ppf account of my son the dealing officer asked a cheque in favour of sr post officer.in scenario of rtgs/neft the cheque should be in favour of account holder. However i deposited the cheque as desired by the po.

After ten days my above complaint is closed by the authority by mentioning that the cheque is returned by my bankers and no complaint response is sent to us.

It is verbly told by the staff dealing that the cheque is returned by my bankers.
And same is returned to me without attached memo by charging rs50/- (Receipt issued)

When i contacted my banker they confirmed that the cheque was never presented to them. I was having sufficient balance at all the time.

You are requested to look into the matter and resolve my grievance.

I booked the express parcel on 9th august 2017 for victoria, australia containg some mediciable items. It was told that it will be delivered within 4-10 days but it unfortunate on the part of postal department it has not been delivered even after elapse of 14 days. The last track of the consignment is lying at kolkata in air foreign sale since 11.08.2017.

Hello sir,

My name is suraj vishwakarma i am staying in vasai east. I was order place mobile from singapore. My parcel reach in vasai ie post office in 6 july 2017. I was go to visit vasai ie post office but they told me we are searching your parcel. Than after i was visit 10 to 15 times to post office but they are not inter-ten to me and they are not give proper response my word.

They told to me i think your parcel will misplace from our office then after i was give written complaint. After giving complaint they are not sending to my written complaint to further process. After 7 day later they are send my complaint..

Still i m waiting my parcel.. Please give my parcel other wise please refund my money...

The emplyees still behaving very rudely with the costomers and they dont listen to them. They behave like they are the owner of the post office. Morever if we go there to pay chalan for any govt exam, they just accept it and order us to collect the receipt after some period of time. No immediate action is taken. Some action should be taken for their dull work. Its the matter of fort songadh, dist: tapi, gujarat. Pincode 394370

My item is a registered international parcel sent via singapore post. It arrived in kolkata foreign lcao on 02/08/2017.
Thereafter it was sent from customs clearance on 04/08/2017.
It was cleared by customs department and was ready to be sent to domestic location (Guwahati rms) on 12/08/2017.
From there on, there is no update about the whereabouts of the parcel. What is going on? Its 21/08/2017, 9 days have past and no update about the parcel.

Sir i have sent an emo to my sister radharukminiamma m/o p s ramanarayanababu saptagiri provision stores no 211 ist main road srinivasanagar for rs 200/- at bangalore 560056 from r c puram he post office pin 502032 post office and which is not yet paid to the addressee. On tracking it is seen roaming from one po to other p o from 12th august to till date without paying. Please look into and arrange for payment immediately.

My parcel with tracking id rb[protected]sg is stuck from 17th with the status "retention reason : awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". It is a very important parcel and i want it very urgently as it is a display unit of a mobile device which got broken. I cannot use my mobile without it and nowadays you cannot live without a mobile phone. Hope you will understand my problem and help me in releasing it soon. Thank you.

We have not received our item and after tracking the consignment no from www.indiapost.gov.in they have not dispatched the item fron nsh new delhi and i need explanation for this issues and please explain the meaning of speed post policy in india post. If my queries is not solved within 2 working day i will go to the higher authorities for opposing the nsh new delhi staff i/c.

I've sent some important documents via speed post to "cheil india pvt. Ltd, gurgaon 122002".
I've mentioned the correct and full address on the envelope and the post should have been delivered on 17th august but the postman without even attempting to deliver it, marked the status as "item delivery attempted addressee can not be located".
Cheil india is a big company, even a 7 year-old kid can locate this address. It's very urgent.. I may lost the deal of rs.64000. it'll be a huge loss to me. The last date is 18th august but my post is still pending. I called almost all the post offices of gurgaon but no one is responding, even the chief postmaster general, officers in the postal directorate aren't responding. They're not even answering the phone call. The phone is keeps on ringing, but nobody picks up the phone. The service in gurgaon is very bad. They are lazy and slackers.

I would like to say that myself brahma deen. My article dispatched from pan card office dadar mumbai (Pin 400014) on 14/07/2017.

When i track my article with consignment number ea[protected]in then it is showing last update only upto 15/07/2017. After that there is no any update and still i cannot get my article on my address.

So i request to you sir/madam please consider my problem as soon as possible and update my status so i can get my article.

With reference to above subject, it is to inform that the post man carrying my speed post with no. Eq[protected]in called me on 18/08/2017 at 1430 hrs with his mobile no. [protected].

He asked me to come and personally collect my post from him by evening today, else threatened me of sending the same back to the transaction office within 02 days.

My wife called him at 1455 hrs and requested for delivering the post at the correspondence address, on that, he again refused and insisted to come and personally collect the same from him.

It is the first and the foremost duty of a postman to facilitate the public by timely delivering the post, which is at all missing in my case.

As the aforesaid speed post is carrying my wife's pan card, required for linking aadhar, itr etc, and needs to be delivered on priority.

I request your kind intervention in instructing the concerned post official to deliver this speed post at my correspondence address at the earliest.

My registered post tracking no. Rk[protected]in on dated 5/8/2017 at 10:43am in bellary 583103 (Karnataka). How pathetic services by indian post, he is not delivering my registered post till now. Already 17 days over. Addressee distance only 20km away from my posted address.
I need urgent delivery to the addressee. And acknowledgment of receipt on war footing basis.

My shipment arrived in mumbai & stuck in airport custom on 22nd june 2017, as per there letter i have submitted invoice proof to them but till date they are not release my shipment even they are not picking calls nor informing status, i have continue calling on [protected] number but they never receive my call.

I would like to express my bad experience on getting every document from speed post and registered post.

In my area, post man (Dharmendra kumar) behaved badly. My observation was he was smart enough to do the job, but he is misusing it for taking money. He is asking for money every time.

I would like to tell you todays story dated: 17/08/2017, registered post no - rf[protected]in, one of letter came from registered post, postman "dharmendra kumar" asking for money, they tell me that is company document "kuch to banta hai" when i was deny to give. He told that your address is verified or not, you must have to submit at letter for verification otherwise i will not give you this letter.
I told his, if there are such type of rule than give me some time, i will do this tell me the procedure. But he deny, when i told that don’t do like that you can not do like that. "aapne senior bat karao" he call to mr anil ([protected]), he also threating me.
I cant expect this type of misbehave from post office. Lot of time i uses to go to post office to receive our letter, they people are use to not send our letter to address. Call me to your address is not reachable, come and collect, as per know knowledge my address is well connected and reachable in all aspect. Is this the way that postman tell me, i will not deliver your letter. I will provide all details in bottom.

I hope that you and your team take mandatory action as soon as possible. If possible take me in loop for any conversation. If any further requirement, i will available at mail.

I know many o[censored]s will not raise voice because so many people has day to day transaction with postman and no one will fall into this kind of trouble.
But let me tell you one thing that today i am facing this problem and the bribe amount is rs. 10-100. And in future if strong steps are not taken today the guts of some dishonest postman will rise.

If we need to file an fir in the police for bribery or theft then kindly inform us about the responsible person to ease the necessary action.

In future it might me do that "item undelivered due to insufficient address". So please do best possible action.

This is regarding a delay in the delivery of my speed post which i had posted in pune gpo 411001 on 11th august 2017 for a delivery to noida 201301. The last update was on 14th august 2017 when the item reached maharishi nagar so 201304 and after that there has been no movement and no updates either. The number is em[protected]in. Today it is 17th august 2017 and the post has not yet been delivered despite it being a "speed post." i would request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue.
