Dear concern,

I would like to express my bad experience on getting every document from speed post and registered post.

In my area, post man (Dharmendra kumar) behaved badly. My observation was he was smart enough to do the job, but he is misusing it for taking money. He is asking for money every time.

I would like to tell you todays story dated: 17/08/2017, registered post no - rf[protected]in, one of letter came from registered post, postman "dharmendra kumar" asking for money, they tell me that is company document "kuch to banta hai" when i was deny to give. He told that your address is verified or not, you must have to submit at letter for verification otherwise i will not give you this letter.
I told his, if there are such type of rule than give me some time, i will do this tell me the procedure. But he deny, when i told that don’t do like that you can not do like that. "aapne senior bat karao" he call to mr anil ([protected]), he also threating me.
I cant expect this type of misbehave from post office. Lot of time i uses to go to post office to receive our letter, they people are use to not send our letter to address. Call me to your address is not reachable, come and collect, as per know knowledge my address is well connected and reachable in all aspect. Is this the way that postman tell me, i will not deliver your letter. I will provide all details in bottom.

I hope that you and your team take mandatory action as soon as possible. If possible take me in loop for any conversation. If any further requirement, i will available at mail.

I know many o[censored]s will not raise voice because so many people has day to day transaction with postman and no one will fall into this kind of trouble.
But let me tell you one thing that today i am facing this problem and the bribe amount is rs. 10-100. And in future if strong steps are not taken today the guts of some dishonest postman will rise.

If we need to file an fir in the police for bribery or theft then kindly inform us about the responsible person to ease the necessary action.

In future it might me do that "item undelivered due to insufficient address". So please do best possible action.

This is regarding a delay in the delivery of my speed post which i had posted in pune gpo 411001 on 11th august 2017 for a delivery to noida 201301. The last update was on 14th august 2017 when the item reached maharishi nagar so 201304 and after that there has been no movement and no updates either. The number is em[protected]in. Today it is 17th august 2017 and the post has not yet been delivered despite it being a "speed post." i would request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue.

I booked a speed post with consignment number eu[protected]in from kanpur to bangalore on 7th august, 2017. It was updated last on the website on 10th august 2017 when it reached whitefield s. O, bangalore. After that, neither there is any update on the same from past 6 days nor it has received the destination. Kindly do the needful in time.

Sir i am go to premium pay under scheme of sukanya samridhi yojana five times at budhlàda post office in punjab 151502 in last fifteen days but a lady oprater regret the premium diposit and misbehave attitude for public and me this operated five times regret some time asked me surver down some time asked me i am busy today sometime asked me staff shortage hence it's premium not diposit this operated is interested in only agent work not public fraindly behaviour so i hope your punish this negligence employee for public welfare my mob no [protected]

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched frombag despatched to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Its very urgent. My self syed noman yusuf. A speed post dispatched from mumbai on 9th-august-2017 for the deliver at motihari-845401. From 11th august its continuously showing dispatch to rms muzaffarpur.
No updates after that.

I humble request to you sir, please deliver this courier as soon as possible.

This it third time in a row this is happening to me, My debit card was sent by SBI and it reached my nearest hub that is DK mohan Garden, but not a single attempt was made to deliver my Debit card as it was from Speed post. no one came to my residence and within few hours they updated status as "delivery attempted door locked" always they do this always. i am frustrated from this now, its a direct mental torture ! i am soon taking india post to court and already reported it to PMO.

My friend from Jejuri sent me a parcel on 16th July 2017. This was supposed to arrive in 10 days. After a month, the parcel has not yet arrive. I have lodged a complaint to the Indian Post and the keep telling me to co-operate the matter is under investigation. Its been one moth and the are unable to locate my parcel. Its unacceptable paying thousands of rupees for courier and i have not received it and the post don't even know where its location is.

This is my honor to inform that the courier send by me from h. O khambhat, gujarat on 3th july 2017 is not deliver. I have tried online tracking and enquiries sufficiently but still no response from the authority of india post. The consignment at the time of booking is enclosed below. 2 month not any information update. I have go in post offices call me you have complain to goverment. Do any one help me.

Dear sir, my complaint is against post man by name doreswamy, working in ayanur hobli, shimoga district, karnataka..
My registered post are not delivering because post man is an lic agent.. And am not interested in his policies, so he s not delivering post properly in this regard am facing lot of revenue loses by due date payment s.. Kindly request to take action immediately..

Our nearest post office is sia (Small industrial area) with pin code 324007, in the post office whenever we ask the responsible persons there for post works they used to tell us to go any where else post office and does not hear us.
This has happened many times and after tolerating very much we are requesting you to intervene in the matter as this kind of thing should bot be happened to anyone. Indian post services are not expected with such deeds.

I was sent an article from singapore by someone on 18/7/2017 with the tracking code rc[protected]sg.
When i track the item it only shows update till 20/7/17 and says the next location is kolkata post office and after that there is absolutely no updates.
I tried contacting my local post office and they say they haven't received the parcel and when i call the kolkata post office no one picks up the phone.
I tried all of the emails that i found online but no one of it is working.

I don't understand why the hell you take more money in the name of speed post if you are not capable of performing the task. I was to receive a parcel from patna which was posted on 2nd and it's 8 th. I can track that its in amritsar itself then what the hell you are waiting for, why don't you close the service of your government employees just know to take the salary on time... To hell with the services of india post. You should not make fake promises like delivery in 72 hours

This is inform you that. Our postman not delivered item more time. This is not only me more case postman is very bed person. He is not talk to good. Last tuesday my item received not received i am checking online portal status showing item received my b o but today i am talk to postman tel me i am returning your item. Sir so are you requested please look this matters other wise i am again complaint against postman in upbogta mantrala. Please do action.

A registered parcel was sent to me from china the parcel is registered and can be tracked on every step the parcel tracking number is rs[protected]cn
On[protected] the parcel has reached kolkata and from that very day it has stuck there i thing the employee concerned ignore the parcel and does no allow it to move forward. Please please please contact the kolkata branch so that i will receive the parcel as soon as possible... The parcel is a fishing equipment nothing else
