Dear sir,

I am expecting a parcel from india to estonia, that was sent on 9th of june. On 10th june it was bagged in delhi exchange office and has been in transit since then. It is june 17th now and i need the parcel to be delivered latest. It is extremely important that the parcel is delivered on time. The person who sent a parcel said that it should have already reached its final destination.

But till today i m not getting any tracking update, i also called to international costumer care. They said that your parcel is not dispatched yet from mahanagar post office (Lucknow).. It has been more than 7 days since the bag was "despatched from ICH ranaghat" to "Palashipara S.O - 741155" on 17/06/2017. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since 23/06/2017. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Po. Nayasarai distict hoogly pin code-712513. They denied to receive the material for speed post. Please tell me why it is going on??? This system should be changed for this type of harassment. I am requesting to get the best result. All of local peoples are suffering from this type of fatigue. They are not doing there service. We are very unhappy. At around 2.20 pm today, postman on duty in lakshmi nagar delhi -92 came to deliver two passports, one in my name and another in my husband's name. Shamefully, he demanded rs 500/- for two passports. On being enquiry from post office reply, we are only booking agency, rest all enquiry from main post office,

If an article is booked on 03 jun and till 21 jun no one knows where is article,

What is sla time to delivery the item/ article mentioned in your service,...

We were in shimla post office and asked for some stamps for postcards to new zealand. Two male post office officials took us to another room and told us to pay 150 rupees for each stamp. The stamps were 15 rupees each. We said 150 rupees was wrong, but they yelled at us and said we must pay 150 rupees for 10 stamps each. According to the tracking report, i went to govindapuram post office ghaziabad pin no-201013 to get my courier consignment number - eb[protected]in
But the deployed officer there has refused to give me my courier. Even i told him to keep my id for proof & give my courier to me, he said it is not of our area, therefore i will send it to hindan nagar post office pin no - 201015 (Ghaziabad - uttar pradesh) and behave viciously with me....

My order didn't deliver to my address. When i checked the status it was showing 'insufficient address'. Adress was nicely written even with the phone number.
Am not getting why post office people have not delivered the consignment. If there was some confusion they should have called to the mentioned mobile number. But they didn't bother to contact.

If they can't call to the customer why they asked for write phone number....

Whenever my post comes post-office is not delivering it to my place.. Indira nagar lucknow post man is transferring the post to chinhat lucknow post office and they are again reverting it to indira nagar. They are not giving any detailed information for the same.. And when we visit them, they misbehave... Due to this many of our important documents are misplaced...

I am komal kamble living in dombivali - kalyan with pin code 421201. My areas post office is tilaknagar post office.
Every time i get the parcel the postman says parcel is too heavy, come & take it from post office. I pay money for home delivery charges then why should i go there & collect my parcel. I just fed up his mouths uttering all the time. That 's not good for post office reputation....
