I am a school teacher and to make my students understand the working of indian postal services i asked them to write postcards to their parents. But even after 10 days none of the postcards reached at the destination. When i requested the concerned post office to look into the matter. They refused to take any responsibility. Sir if postcards are not responsibility of none then why postcards are still there to be sold. Every correspondence is made by simple posts but as per post office panchyawala, jaipur rajasthan 302012 simple posts are not the responsibility of post offices it is just like ram bharose. A simple letter is not a piece of paper but it carries emotions of people. If they will be not delivered to the destination it will be a set back to the ink and paper generation. Sir please look into the matter and resolve the above mentioned issue as soon as possible.

I have posted a speed post last saturday (29th july 2017) and was told it will be delivered by max wednesday.
But the tracking shows the below details:

Not sure like why its starnded in "bhubaneswar ap tmo" from 30th july and not being delivered to the mentioned address.

I thought it was speed post and supposed to be reached in minimum time..
Please look into it asap.

मेरा खाता सुन्दर बाग पोस्ट ऑफिस लखनऊ ऊत्तर प्रादेश 226018 मे रिकिरिंग मे गडबडी पाई गाई खाता संख्या [protected] है जिस पर मै 500 रू की है जोकी मै कैश जमा करता आरहा हूँ सम्बंधित SPM से शिकायत की पर वो कहते है की पैसा नही जमा मेरे पासबुक पर इन्ट्री बाकायदा स्टैप है पर वो बत्तीमीजी से बात करी और कर सकते हो कर लो ये कह कर वहॉ से जाने को कहॉ तब मैने चीफ पोस्ट ऑफिस हजरत गंज लखनऊ मे की मेरी शिकायत 18/5/2017 को की जिसका कोई निवारण नही निकला और सम्बंधित व्यक्ती रिटायर्ड 31/7/2017 को होगऐ है अब शिकायत की बिना कर्यवाही के उनको सेवा मुक्त कर दिया गया हैा
क्रिप्या मेरी शिकायत का कोई भी जवाब तलब नही किया गया इससे मै आहत हुआ मोहदय जी आप से निवेदन है की इस मामले की सही से जॉच हो

Sir/madam, i got a message in my mobile that a debit card was dispatched on 27.05.2017 through speedpost no. Eb[protected]in. I thought they will make contact with me to give me the debit card, but no one contacted. Please resend the debit card as my present card is expired. Sir, please try to send my deibit card once again in my office address.

Our check book (On the name of radhe krishan impex) was about to come by speedpost on 31/07/2017 tracking number eh[protected]in but we haven't received it till yet. When we track the post there was message showed that item delivery attempted unclaimed but nobody came to the office and this is not the 1st time it has happens. So kindly reissue the item and deliver us as soon as possible.

Today, i went to submit the speed post, in their premises they had written
That rs 10 coin can be circulated, but when i tender rs 10 coin, he said it is been circulated, but we don't accept it, so when i asked him, why he was posted, such note, he was arrogant to reply back.

Hello sir/ma'am

My name is amit and this is regarding the irresponsible behavior of postmen in ballabgarh.in late 2016, my brother applied for a pan card and after that, he was tracking all the details about dispatch process.

After his pan dispatched, he went to post office many time but every time, but he didn't get his pan yet. The postman didn't mail it.

Same thing happened with my mother's pan. She is still waiting.

It's not the first time postmen are doing this, they have done it in the past.

Please take a serious action about it.

This is my honor to inform that the article send by me from h. O bellary, karnataka to zunheboto, nagaland on 5th december 2016 is not deliver. I have tried online tracking and enquiries sufficiently but still no response from the authority of india post. The consignment at the time of booking is enclosed below. Do any one help me.

I have an important document which required to be deliver in 2 or 3 days... But i m unable to post it because one day it was server error and next days they refuse me by saying its 4 pm and we attend the registered post customer only by 3 pm. Always they say come next day after lunch.

Very poor service no one is taking initiative to help customers.

I am dinesh solanki s/o pabu ram ghachi. Complaint that my debit card provided by icici bank on dt.18mar.2017. But i have not received that becouse, i am complaint that to post office rani, they said that we have provided that to post man on dt.20mar.2017. But i have not received that. I am delly going to post office on dt.25mar2017. I have complaint that in my village post man service is not provided properly on time. Our all villager's are in problem by post man service. He not give answer properly & not hear us problems properly.

I am still stuck in the pachaira indargarh datia. I am not going to post any post anytime my postman never comes to give me call and speak and then you speak and you take it and take my post from the village about 15 kms away from anyone if you do not meet the required document time and speak, then you should talk directly and vice versa. I do pray to all of you. Do not do anything to all of these people. Oh please sir if you will some will be our working time... Thank you

Dear sir/ madam, i am lakhwinder singh and my post office is dayalpura sodhiyan in zirakpur. My postman not do his duty. He return all posts without serching the adress. Recently he return my bank debit card with reson that adress not found. He always did same thing. He did his side business with postman job and mostly posts return with same reason. And when i share same with him, he asked me that i will intimate him in advance and collect my document from post office otherwise he will return the post back. Pls do some action against him. So that he will do his job correctly.

I have posted a very valuable personal belonging by speed post from shipping of master mmd chennai on the 24th of july 2017. The receipt no. Is et[protected]in, ufortunately the parcel has not yet reched it's destination i. E baidarabad arwal bihar pin code. 804402, till today 29th of july 2017, i've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable. It is a shame that this kind of things happed such trustworthy department immediately action is necessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future

The business parcel with consignment no. Ya[protected]in was booked at
Parcel booking centre jaipur on 21/07/2017.

It's the 8th day today still undelivered. Yesterday i personally visited the post office to collect the parcel and pay 9750/- they did not gave the parsel and said the server is not working.

How much i wait? The sender have paid for the parcel it's not that india post is providing the service for free then why this doodling.

I manjula bk, on 24/7/2017 from lingarajpuram post office i have sent rs 3000/- to my mother who is staying in davangere but even after a week she has received. I enquired with lingarajpuran post office and given written complaint but i have got satisfactory respond fro them and suggested me to contact davangere post office so as they said i called and enquired with davangere post office also but they are saying that the emo pnr number itself is wrong and again they told me to cross check with lingarajpuram post office representative but here they are not responding properly so please accept my complaint and do needful

This is regarding the mentioned registered letter: rk[protected]in. Its dispatched from bangaluru to guwahati on 21st july 2017. Today is 29th july, but i have not received it yet. Moreover, the online tracking is showing no update after 21st july. Plz track the item and get it delivered.

26th july 2017 ko mere pass post office (Panchayawala pincode 302034) se call aaya ki tumhara koi parsal aaya huwa h, aakar ke lejao. Maine kaha ki postmen mere adderess pe de ayega. To reply kaha ki paise ka mamla h, tum hi aakar ke le jao. Maine kaha pahale bhi mere parcel aaye h aur maine payment bhi kiya h. Ab bhi jo ghar pe hoga payment kar dega. Ye sun kar call kat diya. Mujhe laga ki parcal mere adderess pe panhuch jayega. Lekin wo parsal na to 26 july ko aaya aur na hi aaj 27 july 2017 ko. M pvt job karta hu. M ghar se 8.30 am ko nikalta hu aur 9.30 pm ke baad ghar pe aata hu. Jo post office ke time se match nahi hota. Varna m le bhi aata. Wo parcel meri beti ki medicine ka h. Jo ki mere adderss pe nahi panchaya gaya

I had submitted a surrender request at park street hpo on 7 june 2017. But even after complaining many times, i have not got my money. Then finally i submitted a complaint at post office website complaining about the delay and they closed the complaint the following day asking me to wait further. I have already waited for 2 long months. For how many more months do i need to wait to get my money. Complaint registration no was [protected].
