Palwal post office mai 27/07/2017 ko aya tha or maine apne area ke postman mahender se phone pe bhi bta diya tha ki mai isko lene aa raha hu 27 july ko 2:24pm pe mai isko lene gaya to usne bola usne isko vapis bej diya hai sir humare area ka post man apni duty nahi karta apse request hai isko vapis palwal bej do pin code 121102

1. Refer to your post man adani port b. O under mundra s. O-370421 gujrat circle.
2. My parents from baldwara s. O. (175033) under mandi division himachal circle send a speed post letter vide no. Ee[protected]in on dt 11/07/2017. As per india post tracking this letter reached at mundra s. O. On dt 17/07/2017 and on 19/07/2017 shown as delivered at adani port b. O. But it’s very unfortunate to say that till today i don’t have received my speed post letter.
3.in this regard i lodged a complaint vide no [protected] on dt 24/07/2017 which is being closed on dt 25/07/2017 by giving silly remark that already deliver on dt 19/07/2017 but complaint was regarding non delivery of article to addressee. But without doing any enquiry department immediately closed it without solving my query.
4. I don’t know who authorize the postal department to visualize such fake tracking details on internet.
5. It’s really very harassing situation for me that after contacting the post man of adani port b. O. On phone, he giving excuses like i will give it to you tomorrow or your destination is very far away from my post office cant come until 2 or 3 days.in this way he has wasted seven days of mine.

My speed post article eh[protected]in from gurgaon is not showing any update in tracking details once when it reached palam tmo. Its now 40hrs with no change in status. So i am concerned whether its stuck there or any other issue. The package is worth 7000rs so i am so much worried. Should i wait more or do i need to do something else. Please kindly help me out.

I am having savings a/c [protected] in sub post office visalakshinagar
Visakhapatnam. I gave my pass book for updation. Pm said system balance is around 28000/- and pass book balance is around 15000/-
I asked why there is a difference of 13000/- he said some fraudulent
Transactions occured some time back and inspection has been carried out
Rectification process started and asked me to wait for some more time.
Sir; this is highly irregular and customer is badly effected. I request you
To inspect post office pay our genuine balance and take serious action
On fraudulent persons.

Yesterday i post my official document by speed post
From haridwar post office pin code 249401 counter no: 1 op code :22
Rs. 71 is printed in docket slip as i don't have change of 71 i give rs. 100
She return me 30 rs. And said to give 1 rs. Change i give 5 rs. And ask to return 4 rs. But she deny to return and said she don't have change as she already have change
I am regular customer of that branch
That employee do most of time if 69 is printed in docket slip she deduct 70
And talk with loose words
Why should i pay from my pocket if i only claim according to docket slip
Kindly look at this matter

With best regards and humble submission i namely mohd iqbal r/o rayil kangan 191202 wants to bring in your notice that, an important document which the national institute of technology kharagpur pin 721302 has sent me through indian post bearing no ew[protected]in was supposed to be delivered before 20 th june 2017.
But i recieved the same on 25th july 2017, due to delay from your side in delivering the same i have to suffer a huge loss, which you have make compensation for that.

I am from vpo khanda kheri, i want to attention you to our village. Postman of our village is very irregular. He not deliver post on time many of the time he not deliver the post. He do not done his duty well.

For ex post no : eq[protected]in show delivered on 15 july but it is not deliverred.

I requested to take a suitable action.

Sent the parcel via speed post on 5th july from ramnagar nainital to borjhar guwahati. But the parcel hasn't reached the destination till date. The concerned area office has not been able to provide a satisfying reason of the delay n not been able to predict n track the parcel till now.
The parcel contains some important material, reception of which was o[censored]tmost importance. Hence this is to bring to your kind notice regarding the poor service, negligence n irresponsible behavior towards customer as it is the prime duty of the concerned area to provide the customer the exact whereabout of the parcel. The delay has caused much inconvenience n i hereby seek an answer regarding the delay and reception of the parcel at the earliest

On the 19th of july 2017, i've sent a parcel to nigeria with the track number of ck[protected]in and right now i want to cancel the shipment as it's haven't been sent through air. I want my parcel back because of these reasons. First of all, i've actually been scammed from a bank named chase bank who wanted to buy my parcel that i've sent. To get my money, i need to send the parcel and right now i haven't still received it because i've complain as a fraud because it's not real. So i hope you can help me with getting my parcel back because it's very valuable to me. Please i'm begging you.

And such irresponsible post office even calls also they are not attempting

Till now the parcel hasn't reached at destination. And there is no updates in tracking status. (Last updates 14/07/2017). So please do register my complaint and take further action as soon as possible sir. I want return my parcel.

सर मेरे घर नरसिंहपुर पोस्ट खमतरा ग्राम खमतरा में है मकान नंबर 165 है मेरे घर कभी भी लेटर पोस्टमेन द्वारा नहीं भेजा जाता है।मेरा आधार कार्ड आज तक नही आया।कुछ दिन पहले आधार कार्ड अपडेट करवाया है लेकिन अपडेट आधार कार्ड भी नहीं आया। पोस्टमेन कभी भी हमारे गांव नही आता जबकी गाव जिला मुख्यालय से केवल 4 किमी की दूरी पर नेशनल हाइवे 26 पर ही है।कृपया शिकायत का निवारण करें।

I had booked an item in e bay online shop from germany in first week of june and they had booked it through dhl.. It the received today through india post in mattanchery post office pin code 682002. Unfortunately the item have received in total damaged condition. We have raised a complaint in ebay about it.. The package received with out any packing metirials inside. The package was opened for customs clearance, and while repacking they did not put back any packing meteials.. Also it have thrown out by your porter's (They only knows that, and it is well known to every body in the world).. Why do you guys running this kind of cheap service with out any professional quality. If you can't value the importance of the package and the trust we put on while booking it you should shut this service. I know there won't be any response or reply to this complaint as you guys are just not professional enough to replying to customer. You guys are just ruin the effort of the dhl and my supplier from germany.[protected]

Above speed post containing my driving licence was given by rto to speed post on 13 july 2017. The status upto 21 july was shown as in transit on sms. However today it shows as delivered although the post has not been delivered at our address so far.

Sir maine apna speed post barrackpore se lucknow ke liye 10jul17 ko despatch kiya tha but mera speed post abhi tak lucknow nahi deliver hua hai. Over a phone call on 12/07/17 i've requested to hold the letters (Eb[protected]in and eb[protected]in) until 20/07/17 for which the post office personnel agreed.

Today the postwoman talked rudely to my wife denying all knowledge of my call and said that they have despatched letters back to sender. I doubt that individual had any sense of commitment to her job or has any idea on how to talk to women.

Those were quite important bank documents which had to be dealt more responsibly. I'm a government officer working for defence and i was in delhi during the period on official duty and hence i requested post office to hold until my return, which was never tied up well at po 600071.

But one pan card delivered only, second pan card status not sowing yet
