Delivery of Speed Post at Wrong Address

Ref no EA[protected]IN, was not delivered at address mention on it. On system it come to light consignment delivered on 27 Jun but in real it was collected in person on 09 Jul after getting call from one stranger only.
IRRESPONSIBILITY SHOWN BY DUTY POSTMAN IS NOT ACCEPTED. ON ASKING PERSONALLY REGARDING THE LETTER, his reply was unjustified" saying you may not be at home".Does it allow him to throw the letter at any other door?? UNNECESSARY...

My Postal Life Insurance Policy is matured by April 2017. Policy No: KL-93283-CS. Customer ID: 61249022. I have submitted all the relevant documents before the Superintendent of Post Offices, (PLI Section) Palakkad HO (PO Code : CC[protected].Request ID : PSMAC[protected]. Request Date: 22/04/2017. Even after an elapse of more than Two and half months I am not received my maturity claim. Last Day I made an enquiry with your office. The reply was really shocked. They informed that as my Policy is under Salary deduction Scheme it is not so easy for a Person to get the maturity Claim. I am also asked to remit some money as Service charge. But I am not received any written reply from any of your office what will be the amount to be remitted till I made the enquiry. This is the very first time that a Govt. Department asked Service charge for closing an account. If any such charge is required, your office can deduct that money from my maturity amount and refund the balance amount. Instead it was a Poor Indian citizens duty to beg before the offcials to get back the money he remitted for an insurance policy from his hard earned income. I therefore hope that I will get at least the bank interest for my maturity amount after the maturity date. Actually it is a warning to Persons who took Postal Life insurance under Salary Deduction scheme. I am therefore request you take immediate action to get back my maturity amount after deducting any kind of Charges, Service charges etc. Mobile [protected]

      Dear sir, i have a sukanya samridhi account[protected] at india post at new market jaigaon, post jaigaon, dist alipurduar (West bengal). The said post office has not been online as per post master of jaigaon post office. I have been transferred to nabha punjab so i could not continuing the premium of the account. The post master of the jaigaon post office is not answering satisfactorily. And avoiding to give answer. He always said "this post office is not still online".

        The consignment number is eu[protected]in which was booked on 1st july’2017 at 12:53 from aliganj s. O. Lucknow. I have tracked the consignment it is showing received at maharishi s. O. Noida and also showing status as item delivered. So far the consignment has not been delivered to the correct address. Sir this consignment is very important to me. Please help me out of this problem and make the consignment delivery asap at my given address. Please do it fast.

          I mailed a letter in the registered mail on June 06, 2017 from brampton, Ontario Canada with the tracking # RN[protected]CA and should had delivered in Jalandhar, Punjab within 7-10 day.Unfortunately it has not been delivered yet. I tried to call the India post with the numbers provided on this site, nobody answered. please let me know when can I expect it as one month is over.

            Please find the details of the complaint in the parcel counter for sending articles abroad in Adyar chennai 600020 post office.
            1. No adequate space inside for customers
            2. Only one chair which cannot permit seating of several people. Four forms have to be filled in with the same data like imposition and without seating facility it is difficult to fill up the forms.
            3. Many of the customers are senior citizens who send eatables to their children abroad and their plight is bad
            4. Some times the stock of packing material in post office runs out and the customers are told to go out, buy and bring their own packing boxes leading to lot of inconvenience.
            5. The strapping machine many times does not have the strap, clips or under breakdown
            6. After packing and weighing, the payment has to be made in a counter which is another building. Customers have to go to the other building, pay the amount, get the receipt and get back to the packing section to handover the receipt. Some times access to the counter section building is blocked by parked vehicles, broken up flooring. Would be more difficult in rain condition.
            7. Customers have to stand in two queues - One in the packing section and one in the payment counter
            8. There is only one person manning the station (who distributes the filling up forms, does visual checking of the material to be packed, does the packing, does the weighing, makes entry into the computer system, gets the payment receipt and stores the packets) which leads to lot of delay in serving the customer.

              My letter was booked from hongkong on 20.5.2017 but till date not delivered. my docket number is rc[protected]hk it is showing as kolkata foreign lcao office on 24.06.2017. it should come within 15-20 days. it is already 47 days passed. tracking it seems like it never reached the post office. kindly look into the matter and do the needful. very very important documents are there. please treat the matter as most urgent.

                A speed post article was sent from MUMBAI on June 22with TRACKING ID EM[protected]IN, and whenever I track all I see is "SENT TO IMPHAL NSH from Kolkata" from 23rd June and it's been more than 12days since I haven't got any update. WHAT'S WRONG? THE PARCEL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED with 3-4 days.Please do the needful.And plus wasn't SpeedPost supposed to be serviced by air??

                  Refusal of delivery. Instead asked to come to the post office and collect it myself. Sent article from Imphal to Delhi. An employee at the Burari Post Office, North Delhi informed me to collect it myself. I've attached the Tracking information below.

                          Hi,

                          I hereby have attached a screen-shot of the tracking status of the parcel.
                          It hasn't been delivered yet.
                          The tracking status shows that the item was returned from Kolkata foreign Parcel to INBOMC India and the retention reason is given as other. The parcel contains a toy set. If any discrepancy or customs duty is to be paid i should have been contacted before retaining the parcel or they should have contacted me so that i could do the needful from my end to clear up any issues if there.
                          I am still waiting for it to show up.
                          How do i go about it?

                              I'm not being able to track my consignment- A CP[protected] which was sent from Phagwara to Siliguri on 27th June, 2017. And still I'm not being able to track, it's says details not found. When I'm trying to contact the customer care, it says busy. What is the use of having customer care when the people incharge don't receive the call of the customer. India Post, please do the needful as soon as possible and give me the details of my consignment. It has been more than 5 days and yet I'm not being able to track??!! Hoping for respond as soon as possible!!

                                Hello Sir,
                                I did my speed post on 17 June to CRA (eNPS) Mumbai and it reached till NSH Mumbai by 19 June. But till not it is not delivered to CRA. I logged a complaint against India Post at its site but their resolution text is 'delivered...' but consignment no - EH[protected]IN show status at NSH Mumbai only.

                                Kindly suggest me what to do further?

                                I did my speed post on 16th feb to Hyderabad and it reached till NSH Mumbai by 17th Feb . But till not it is not delivered to CRA.                                   I have lost my nsc certificates on 26.01.2015 and applied for duplicate certificates on 24.04.2015. The officer concerned checked, rechecked all required documents and acknowledged the receipt of same. Since then i visited the concerned post office several times to enquire the status, but always i was made to return without any information about the progress. I have been told to come next day as every body is busy and same continued. Mean time the staff changed and the situation became worst. I requested / complained to higher authorities like sspo, sundergarh and pmg, bhubaneswar. But no progress happened. No body could explain me the reason of delay or what more actions i should take to make the file move. I have no clue about the status or progress since i deposited same before more than 2 years. As i have no option left, i have decided to go for legal action against the dept. Or officer concerned if same is not resolved in next 15 days.

                                    I have lost few NSC certificates on 26.01.2015 and applied for duplicate certificates on 24.04.2015 in the same post office from which the original certificates were issued. All required documents of me, guarantor as well as witness documents were provided and duly acknowledged by officer concerned. For last two years i regularly visit the post office to know the status, but every time i return back with no suitable answer. last year i took the matter to higher authority and after posting complain in this portal some actions were initiated and atleast they could trace my documents and verification carried out. Again for last 6 months no progress happened. The bonds are alrady matured on 26.06.2017 and now i am unable to draw the matured amount as i do not have the duplicate certificate. From the very beginning i am asking the reasons of delay ( any more documents to be submitted), but no body could explain the reasons for delay. i called many officers, mailed to concerned dept. like SSPO, Sundergarh, Odisha, Post master General, Bhubaneswar, but nothing helped or worked out.

                                    As my NSC bonds are already matured and it is more than 50 months since i applied for duplicate bonds/ certificates now i have no option but to take the matter to higher authority and pursue legal actions against the department / authority concerned.
