Dear sir,

Got a mail from utiitsl stating my pan card is dispatched more than three weeks ago (27/06/2017) through india post, but still i didn't received it. Consignment number is: rm[protected]in
Status is showing like item delivered at nizampet (500090) office on 10th july.
My home is hardly 2km from nizampet office. What is stopping you for item delivery? When can i expect item delivered my home?

I am very upset to ur service. And i also going to complaint ur deptt. For poor service. Sir my post reached at bamial post office on 14 june 2017 and couriered from uti pan office on 31 may 2017. Registered post no. Rm[protected]in. Who is responsible for that??? So. Please courier to my parcel on urgent basis???

Sir/madam i want to pay all my monthly subcription pertaining to ssy of my daughter yashaswini rana direct to a/c instead to pay in hand because i am doing the in crpf. I want to pay monthly subscripiton direct in a/c as online or i want to transfer our a/c to sbi for smooth handling. Please improve your service in this regard as online or close and transfer my a/c to sbi gc crpf gandhinagr gujrat-382042, why enlosed our a/c not showing online. Sir, i got a message from dz-dmtpay that my driving licence has been despatched vide speedpost but till date i have not received that speedpost containing licence till date that is despite i am in regular contact with the post man (Mr. Om kumar) of my residential area under najafgarh post office. As and when he is contacted regarding the receipt of speedpost in najafgarh post office he replied in 'no'.

It is a very serious lapse on part of the post man mr om kumar. He should be immediately removed from najafgarh post office.

Please help me to receive the driving licence. As the post man is not helpful and do not deliver the postal letters.

My earlier complaint at 10.40pm be read with this due to some mistake in 2nd line.

According to books in my pass book shows 52000 + interest

My ppf passbook is updated always

Now they say two entries date 3/2/05 of rs 1000 is missing in there ledger
Second entry date 18/1/06 date rs 1000 is missing in there ledger

But in my passbook both entries are there with your postal seal
I have been paid rs 2000 less + the interest duly pending to me

I irshad ahmad shah from kupwara kashmir india have have send my money orders beraing number[protected],,[protected] dated[protected] amounting rs:-150+300 at booking office sogam-193223 to nadwatul ulma up 226007 & but till date the concerned quarter has not received the subscription fron taameer hayat nadwah & kaarwaane adab nadwah up. Lakhnow. The post office where from i have sent these money orders have deliverd.

I inform you that i am receiving a message from nhpl sp hub annaroad chennai to send my speed post letter but the past men said your letter send back without my knowledge my post office garhi harsaru so pin code 122505 i request you to send my speed post letter again and said the past office garhi harsaru gurgaon haryana to deliver me my address i also request you take action against him

Sir mine speed post which was sended by regionel passport office patna where the rpo paid the speed post charge but when post man came to delivered the product he damand 500 rs and say that he paid to rpo and speed post officer i asked for recipient he say every officer take undertable i[censored] have to recive then take otherwise i will return i have many work donot waist mine time so plese tell me how much i have to pay i will pay directly to officer speed post consignment number pp[protected]in

I am sreenadh i got a package from mumbai they given the consignment number rm[protected]in it was dispatched on 01/07/2017 but when i am checking the details in the india post it was showing that "consignment details not found" today is 15/07/2017 still it was showing like that

I was contacted the post office also they are not at all responding well

Please do needful for the same

30/06/2017 from santragachi s.

O (Pin code 711104).
Destination address is below:
Central recordkeeping agency (Enps), nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 1st floor, times tower, kamala mills compound,, senapati bapat marg, lower parel, mumbai - 400 013.

But i have noticed from website (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/trackconsignment.aspx), the current status of the letter-current status : item delivered at delisle road s. O

Fom the status i undetstood that the document not delivered to the proper address.

Please do the needful, as early as possible.

Dear sir/madame,
Two of the passports with speed post tracking id's pp[protected]in and pp[protected]in of astha sharma and ashish sharma respectively was attempted to deliver today by hehal s. O. Ranchi. But for some reasons, which i'm not aware of, the passport wasn't delivered and sent back to nsh ranchi. Kindly look into this matter and if required i shall even be present at nsh ranchi to receive it, cause i'm in dire need of it.

Dear sir,
We are ecommerce based firm based at hyderabad. We send our orders to the customers through out india and we prefer india post as it is the largest courier network.
We daily use nizampet postal branch pin code 500090 to book our orders. But since 3 days because of server issues at that branch they suggested to approach nearest branch for parcel bookings.
Then we went to pragathi nagar (Pin code 500090) for booking. They rejected by saying that they don't handle over loaded items. Our goods ar of 3.5 kg each. Is there any rule that india post will not handle such weight??
Then we went to jntu post office branch pin code 500085. We were at branch arround 12.45pm. They gave the reason that they don't accept the parcel service after 12.30. Strange.. Any such timings limitation in india post.
Mr. Modi wants every govt organization should work hard to service people. But these lazy employees creating problems for consumers like above mentioned.
Being india's largest network indian post office is not approachable and usable because of it's worst services.
Please take action against those branches and create better customer experience

I visited post office at subashnagar jammu for registered post letter at 3:00pm but they refused the same on the pretext that they accept letter for registered post only up to 2:30pm on daily basis. When i insisted that timing for regd post is 4:00pm they asked me to go to head post office for that. I want to know about the timing of p. O located in cities like that at subashnagar jammu ant if it is 4pm then action should be taken for denial...

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched from lucknow sp hub to thrissur nsg. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Our area postman mr ram lal is not working properly, he always drop letters outside the house in water or in neighbourhood, i found adhar card of my son in water.
As i comlaint to mr ram lal, he argue with me & guve me thrthen he dont deliver the letter in future

Ref no EA[protected]IN, was not delivered at address mention on it. On system it come to light consignment delivered on 27 Jun but in real it was collected in person on 09 Jul after getting call from one stranger only.
IRRESPONSIBILITY SHOWN BY DUTY POSTMAN IS NOT ACCEPTED. ON ASKING PERSONALLY REGARDING THE LETTER, his reply was unjustified" saying you may not be at home".Does it allow him to throw the letter at any other door?? UNNECESSARY...

My Postal Life Insurance Policy is matured by April 2017. Policy No: KL-93283-CS. Customer ID: 61249022. I have submitted all the relevant documents before the Superintendent of Post Offices, (PLI Section) Palakkad HO (PO Code : CC[protected].Request ID : PSMAC[protected]. Request Date: 22/04/2017. Even after an elapse of more than Two and half months I am not received my maturity claim. Last Day I made an enquiry with your office. The reply was really shocked. They informed that as my Policy is under Salary deduction Scheme it is not so easy for a Person to get the maturity Claim. I am also asked to remit some money as Service charge. But I am not received any written reply from any of your office what will be the amount to be remitted till I made the enquiry. This is the very first time that a Govt. Department asked Service charge for closing an account. If any such charge is required, your office can deduct that money from my maturity amount and refund the balance amount. Instead it was a Poor Indian citizens duty to beg before the offcials to get back the money he remitted for an insurance policy from his hard earned income. I therefore hope that I will get at least the bank interest for my maturity amount after the maturity date. Actually it is a warning to Persons who took Postal Life insurance under Salary Deduction scheme. I am therefore request you take immediate action to get back my maturity amount after deducting any kind of Charges, Service charges etc. Mobile [protected]
