Hi,
This is with regard to lost of speed documents.
My brother in law had send all my mark sheets through speed post to Singapore on 13th of January 2017, despite of continuous calls to customer care they have concluded that they have lost my documents .
Please tell me what should I do now

Those were very very important documents for me.

Where and whom I should contact further ? How I will get my documents ?

on indiapost website details for this consignment are not found. I visited the post office and they are also not replying properly. I asked them that website should work properly and register my complain. They denied.
Is this what people are paying tax for? to receive so ridiculous service. SHAME on you govt. workers

I have opened and a deposit for Rs105000/- with monthly interest and an Rd account no65337/700 was opened to credit the monthly interest of Rs.700\-. Due to some reasons the RD account was lapsed after 25 months . i.e the RD account was run From May 2010 to May 2012 and the value of the RD is Rs.17500/-. The pass book was with Postal agent Mr. Prabhu and second RD account was opened and run till the date of the maturity of my Term Deposit ie is 04/08/2016. I have approached Swarajnagar, hyderabad sub post office(500018) and submitted 2 RD pass book and one Fixed deposit pass book and they have credited the proceeds of MIS and also second RD account maturity amount to my SB acount no [protected] on 24/08/2016. The postal authorities informed that there is discrepancy between pass book (RD 65337/700) and the value shown in Computer and retained the pass book and asked me to contact afterwards. Since then I am contacting the postal authorities but I am getting the stock reply " still not heard form their higher office".I request you to look into the matter and do the needful .

Dear sir, I would like to inform you that postman in our are I.e. H-Block, Nihal Vihar, Nangloi, Delhi- 110041 is not performing his duties, no one seen him distributing letter from last 8-10 months, due to his negligenge msny of my letters returned to origin and the whole residents of our locality are suffering. I request you to kindly look into matter and arrange for timely delivery of letters.

My relative has send a important parcel through speedpost from hyderabad to kashmir on 21/1/2017.but yet i have not recived the patcel.i need that parcel on 9/2/2017 anyhow.if i wil not recive the parcel upto the above said date.then i wil lose my job as a result of which i will lodge a complaint against u.my speed post number is[protected]n.itz my humble request to u plz resolve my issue at the earlist

Sir, i sent a speed post EK[protected]IN from Banglore to kashmir on 28/01/2017. The item shows no tracking details beyond 29/012017 as of 6 February 2017. I also contacted the post office but of no avail. I don't know where my product is.There they give the reason of snowfall but i sent it after snowfall. ALSO it shows it has been dispatched to Delhi but not received yet. I wonder how can it take more than a week for the parcel to reach from Banglore to delhi. After delhi it has to be sent to kashmir means atleast 1 month. If so surely it must be renamed as snail post instead of speed post.

India post charged me 75$ = 5015 INR for my shipment value of 140$ = 9800 INR. I ordered products from bodybuilding.com and was aware that I will be charged some amount for customs. I had kept maximum 28% in mind because that's the nominal rate. India post Charged me excessively which is more than 50% of the value of the product!! When I asked them, they were not ready to tell me the details of the charges.. Ultimately I had to pay because my package was being blocked and had some important supplements for my health. Vey bad experience with Indian Post.. These #### will pay this once in their lifetime.. Karma is watching them.

I have logged several complaint to india post website as well in this portal since last week still did not receive any information.

I placed an Order(ORDER #[protected] on Amazon.in on[protected] Of a book worth Rs 390/=.The book was shipped on[protected] Via India Post under the tracking Id:AW[protected]IN. But unfortunately it has been now 20 days and the package has still not been delivered.When I checked the tracking status on the India post website it showed last update on[protected] without any progress from that date & from till then I have been constantly registering complaints with Amazon.in as well as India Post but unfortunately no one is taking my complaints seriously Amazon executives are saying me that suitable actions will be taken and India post is saying the status will be updated ASAP. But no one among them is truthful of their words.I feel like trapped now.The delivery service of the India Post is getting pathetic day by day in our area every time I have to receive a package via India Post, They completely freak me out.
Please kindly look into my matter so that the package is delivered as soon as possible or else my money should be refunded.

Bearing a National Saving Acc. since[protected].Interest in the month of April 2016 has not been entered in my acc.Visited the Post Office many times and issued a request in writting too.The int. calculation is donea by HPO valsad and the same is transfered to post Atul for the entry.
Have submitted a written complaint to HPO valsad but was in vein.My appication letter was handed over back to me today informing that the int. has been calculated and send to P.O, Atul.Unfortunately it was not calculated and no entry was done.Interest for the yr. ending on[protected]has not been exibited in passbook.
Iam in need of this int. entry for my I.T. Return purpose.More thqan 9 months have passed but no action has been taken.Plz. help me in this respect.

Sir, We'r publishing the Bi-monthly biblical magazine and sending not only India but also abroad.Sending some copies by Registered post, mentioning there Mobile / ph. no. The post man is not delivering the magazine properly. 1 pkt sent to Uttarakhand but tracking statement showing that delivered d mag. in B"lore. CI[protected]IN / CI[protected]IN. Pl.do the needful.

Vikas nagar 226022 post office has always its server down. I am nt able to deposit my R.D since 2 -3 months because of this. Whenever I go their the man always say that the server is down whether its morning 10 a.m or 12 noon. 5 to 6 tyms I have went their but the problem is still the same. I want to know ki kya kbhi server aata hi nhi h vikas nagar post office me?? Kisi tarah tym nikal k Jama karne jao bhi to hmesha server down. hmeshaaa...

I have NSC certificate with maturity date 27th jan 2017. I took off from office submit certificate to GPO fort office. they instructed me to submit near by post office, and as I am working they instructed me to hand over a authority letter along with dully identity proof to family member. My dad is senior citizen and he went to submit it to Hindustan Nakka Post office. the post master there was too rude and dnt bother to answer any of the query and din't accept any thing. and asked for money for work being get done. Is this a DIGITAL INDIA. were senior citizen has to rush from office to office for paper work with out getting help.

During online tracking, it shows that shipment delivered on the address on 13/12/2016 from BARGARH BRID COLONY S.O., but actually not received from last 13/12/2016. Baragarh S.O. (pin-751018)official telling that we don't know such type of shipment and the number is wrong. From SBI, I got the shipment no and dont understand what to do with thia.Please help me. I ordered an article via ebay on 17 january but i did not get the article till the date of today. As i contacted with ebay, they imformed me that the product is already delivered on 24th january 2017. But i did not get the article till 29th january 2017. I also contacted the ppst office but the postman does not want to tell anything. This postman always do the same. Either he does not deliver the product or delivers the product very late.

Sub: Return of the maturity amount of INR 5, 40, 000 which was fraudulently withdrawn by withdrawal slip with fake signature by the postal department officer.

The Maturity amount 5, 40, 000 INR of above mentioned KVP was deposited by the department officer Mr. Baria in a fake post office account no.76188. The amount was withdrawn by withdrawal slip with fake signatures by himself. The complaint was also lodged with postal department.
This was a part of a multimillion fraud in 2014. It is a serious scam where the officers of postal departments were involved. In police custody Mr. Baria has already confessed the fraud. The FIR was lodged in Police station, Petlawad. Despite of several reminders the department has not returned us our money, which was withdrawn fraudulently by postal officers themselves. It is the duty of the department to serve justice to its customer.
It is requested from the Divisional heads, Post master General, Honourable Minister and Prime-minister office to intervene and ensure justice to me, and restore the faith of common public in postal department.
