I had purchased one national saving certificate on[protected] at Gurgaon Sector-14 post office. Its maturity date is over and I am living in Pune now. I am not able to encash my NSC. I have visited the Pune head post office. They informed me that they are not able to get Gurgaon sector-14 pin code in their system. I have also got negative response from Hadpsar and Mundhwa post office.
Please provide any solution for this issue.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        As Yes Bank sent my cheque book though Speed Post Tracking No. ED[protected]IN on dated 9th Dec.2016 and as per India Speep Post site it was delivered at Wair(B.O. 203202) Post Office on dated 13.Dec.2016 but still I have not received it and no one from Wair Post office is ready to confirm me what is the status of this Docket and always they are taking casually and because of this I have lost so many time hours & money and my work also effect due to this and you can understand without cheque how anybody can survive because now bank not giving any money without cheque.
        so please try to clear this within 1 or 2 days otherwise I will go to senior officials to resolve the same and this is also effective service level of Indian Post due to some staff negligence.

        postman donot notify, neither deliver, nor update on India post online tracking at Raebareli. You can look for record they don't deliver ATMs and return it

          SUB:-REGARDING PLI PREMIUM PAYMENT AT POST OFFICE ONLINE.
          Sir,
          w.r.t above mentioned subject, not able to deposit PLI(Postal Life Insurance) premium OnelineONLINE at Narmada nagar, post office at GNFC township, Bharuch, Gujarat, pin:-392015, .
          SInce last six month we are unable to pay PLI online. We had to pay offline and go to main office of the district to update the premium details on the Web portal.
          I complained for the same but no satisfactory result . There is other post-offices nearby were the fecility is working online, but not at the said office at Narmada nagar post office.
          Please look in to the matter,

            DT.20.12.2016 I was sending the parcel from chennai vellachery post office to David lalchhandama, Meghalaya, shillong, law-u-sib. They have got Dt 17.1.2107...My tracking number.Et[protected] IN .they have seen and opened the parcel on the parcel they did not see red seal and they have checking inside the parcel some clothes are lost.. 1.Men jeans jacket Rs 4000.(2)Womens coat Rs 3500 (3)kid jeans jacket Rs .1800...please can u find it back and catch the person who did a wrong things ...please respond my letter and I am waiting your reply...

              Goods stolen from my parcel.
              I have had a very bad experience with India post.
              Due to excess baggage i had to send some of my stuffs through speed post from Delhi to Dimapur(Nagaland) on[protected].
              I recieved the parcel on 25th Jan.
              My parcel were in a very bad condition and partly open.
              The postal employees have stolen half of my stuffs.
              7 pairs of new shoes and few dresses.
              How can India post do this to their customers.
              This is very shameful and very disgusting.
              Ive filed an FIR, i hope il get justice.
              Never trust India Post never.

                This is to inform you that I have posted an article via speed post on 17.01.17. The consignment number of the same is EW[protected]IN. The current status of the Consignment Number "EW[protected]IN" is showing as "Bag Despatched to NSH KOLKATA AIRPORT" since 18.01.2017. I have also lodged a complaint online. The complaint no is [protected]. Thereafter I have registered my complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System. My registration no is. DPOST/E/2017/01600. But even after this the article did not get delivered till date.
                Since there was no response from the department, today again I have put a reminder on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System bearing registration no DPOST/E/2017/01600 and also I have lodged a fresh complaint via toll free. The Complaint no is [protected].
                The article contained a very important document which needs to be delivered urgently. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful so that my consignment get delivered at the earliest.

                      I reside in Kharghar. There was a postman name R. S. Patil who ruthlessly kept banging my door without even a wait of 15 seconds to deliver my parcel. As I was alone at home that too with one of my leg broken. Still I didnt took more than a minute to open the door.He kept banging my door until i did opened. And as i opened the door and asked about his rude behavior he started yelling raising his voice and saying that he even had lots of other work to do. Rather than apologizing aftr seeing my condition. He wasn't even ready to disclose his name when I asked for the same. Later when I said why he's afraid to tell the name when he didn't do nethng wrong. That is when he told me his name. Postmans represents entire India post office. So thete rude behavior is just not considered there's but the entire India post's. So kindly get back to this person and let him make aware about his wrong doing. And teach him atleast some basic etiquettes. Thank you.

                            I have given yesterday (Dated:8.07.2016 and Time:4:53pm) the 3 Parcels to Panaji HO Post Office to send Guatemala city by Speed Post parcel vide tracking Nos.EM[protected]IN, EM[protected]IN, EM[protected]IN and today(date:9.07.2016 at time 3:14pm) I received call from mobile number [protected] from Post office at Mumbai Airport mentioning that there is "NO Speed Post parcel service" is available to Guatemala City and he is sending these Parcels back to Panaji HO Post office and also I will not get the refund amount which I have paid Rs 50785.00 towards these 3 parcels to Panaji HO Office.

                            I am very shocked and troubled with these service of Post, because I had enquired almost 3-5 senior staff of the post office before sending this speed post parcel and the person at the booking counter (time: 4:30pm) in Panaji HO Post did not even mentioned me that there is NO speed post parcel service to Gautemala City.
                            Also booking counter person refused to send these 3 parcels under Insurance which I was begging and requesting him many times to do the insurance of these 3 parcels and was ready to pay additional charges towards the Insurance.

                            I had promised/committed the consignee/overseas recipient that he will receive this parcel in 5-6 days time i.e. he will receive it before 14th July 2016 since he has some event in Guatemala and now I have lost his faith in me and I suffering from lots of mental stress and suffering.
                            Now I would like to request you to refund my entire paid amount Rs 50785.00 towards this parcels and with compensation. I am not financially healthy person so kindly help me in this difficult situation to regain the faith in the Post services again.

                            Now I would like to request you to refund my entire paid amount Rs 50785.00 towards this parcels and with compensation. I am not financially healthy person so kindly help me in this difficult situation to regain the faith in the Post services again.

                                    Dear Team,
                                    The keyboard attached to the newly purchased HP 406G1 MT business PC is not working. The lights in the keyboard is also not up. We have tried changing to another USB slot, connecting to another PC, but still it is not working.
                                    PC serial no INA604XG7W. Installed at Kandassankadavu Postoffice, Thrissur, Kerala.
                                    The product is under warranty period. Pls do the needful for replacing the defective item urgently.

                                      I was sent one Parcel [value 1800rs] through registered parcel service from vetturnimadam- 629003 post office to gujarath-382220 .parcel number is CT[protected]IN dated14/12/2016.but till date this parcel was not delivered at destination. I have already complainted at online 3 times. next written complaint submitted to post office directly.but till date no responses at any sides. today 19/01/2017 last date for my parcel reaching destination part. I have loss 1800 rupees . please rectify this problem immediatly.
