With due respect, I beg to state that on 18th October, 2016 I have lost our S.B. Pass Book No. [protected] which was operated jointly by Smt. Sipra De & Barun Kumar De at Chandernagore Sub-Post Office, P.O. Chandernagore, Dist. Hooghly, PIN-712136 alongwith New ATM Card Envelop while collecting at Chandernagore Sub=Post Office, Chandernagore. I had lodged an FIR under. G.D.E. No 1259 dt. 19.10.2016 at Chandernagore Police Station on 19.10.2016in this regard.
I had personally submit the letter alongwith FIR on 19.10.2016 to Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, Dist.Hooghly, PIN-712136 and several request had made for issuance of a Duplicate Savings Pass Book alongwith a fresh ATM Card in our favour. But, till date nothing remedial action has been made nor issuance a duplicate Savings Pass Book as well as fresh ATM Card in our favour.
You are requested, please arrangre to instruct the Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, PIN-712136 immediately

Dear Sir,
I have booked my consignment with track id RZ[protected]GB in hounslow London. From India post track I can see my consignment has reached India post Mumbai. After that I have not seen any updates on my consignment. It has contain important documents. Requesting India postal service to treat this on high priority and delivery my item as soon as possible. Also I tried to reach Mumbai/Delhi India post contact, but none of them responding. Please do needful

Sir, I am not receiving ordinary letters, books etc. The post man say that my residence/ society is not registered with post office for the postal services. He say that my society should first register it address for delivery of dak/post.nI am residing here for last one year, and reciving curriers, speed post, registered post, parcel etc. without any complaint.

I have sent aforementioned tracking number item to deep river on, canada and surprisingly it's returned back as per tracking system. May i ask you why?
I had sent forms and supporting documents to my wife pinal shah residing at 2-19 champlain street, deep river, on, canada k0j 1p0 and without being delivered to intended address it's return back.
Do you know how much important for us to get on time? Who is going to pay for my all loss?

I sent some important things by parcel from Hyderabad gpo to Bongaigaon Assam on 26th Dec '16.
They told me that it'll be received within a week.
But its more than 20 days and I have not receive the parcel. The the big problem is from Guwahati on 13/1/2017 the parcel has been sent to Silchar by mistake.
I request you kindly to look out the matter and take kind necessary action.

I am Nirmala Jajme have opened RD a/c in Gail Vijaipur complex dist Guna mp in Jan 2012 . payment per month was Rs 10000 per month & up to December 2017 I have paid every month as per terms & condition of post office. I have submitted maturity claim in Jan 2017 but maturity claim processed under premature & no such information given to me that the post office processing the same in premature contion I don't any information. Rs 658000 paid online which is I could not understand under which calculation post office processed the claim .I have seen online calculator which showing Rs 738640 something. What I will do now post master not listening any think & just telling he will not any thing

I have complaint against the postman named Mr. PAL posted in barra post opffice (208027) He is irregular in his services.
He doesn't deliver any letter to respective person.
Sometimes he demand for money to deliver letter.
He has not deliver my letter related to income tax on time. when somehow I got his number, and called him, he ordered to me to come to post office to give the letter. When questioned about this, he argued that he is not my personal postman and he would not deliver the letter to home.
I complained about this but he abused me and said he would not give the letter and return it back.
This is not only complaint. My other friends and villagers are also suffered due to bad or worst service.
He also argued that he had no time to deliver the letter that is he too busy to do that.
If I have to go to post office to get my letters then why government is paying him?
Please resolve this problem because I am not only person who has suffered due to his service.

Hello sir/ madam, RS[protected]CN, this is my order id, but i couldnot get the item!! Till now, i have ordered the item on 30 th december!!! on aliexpress.com, online tracking say that on the 9 January it was in sagar post office, but i couldnot get the item / any phone call!!!, but yesterday online tracking say that it was on its way back to mumbai !!!?!, and then to Calcutta!!

I live at barabazar kolkata. My problem is my post never comes to me at my place. The postman delivers it anywhere and to anyone even he gives my parcels and bank confidential letter to anyone in the area. Some people give them to me and some dont. In past some of my parcel sent through india post deliver to strangers by postman which never receive by me.
Plz suggest me to take any step so that postman gives my letter and parcel to me or to my house not to anybody.

My Name is Mohd Javed, live in Subhash Vihar, Near Ghonda, Post office Seelampur.

I have a complaint against Mr Prem, postman(Seelampur) of our area. He always ask for bribe, if we deny to pay him he stop our posts.
Latest speed post is cancelled whose reference number is EH[protected]IN, which is not delivered by saying that address is not valid.

I got another post from bluedart whose reference id is AWB[protected].

I am regularly getting posts from private companies except from post office just because i have denied to pay him bribe.

Kindly check and do needful ASAP.
He is completely dishonest person, and every person in our area is suffering.

Hello Team -

There is a consignment sent on 2nd Jan 2017 and is stuck in Armament S.O since 5th Jan. After that there is no update being mentioned in the tracking website. Kindly look into this and expedite the delivery.

All the numbers mentioned in the website are invalid and even the mail Ids listed are invalid. Link to file a complaint in the India Postal Website is not functional. Not sure whom to contact to get this fixed.

I sent a letter to PrimeMinister on behalf of my Father through speed post on Jan 3 2017. My Speed Post has been not Delivered to the given address from PALAM TMO. It is not showing any details after Jan 5, 2017. It is struck up in PALAM TMO since January 5, 2017. Consignment Number is EK[protected]IN. It should reach South block before 11 Jan 2017 and it is very Urgent. My father should undergo by pass surgery on 17 January 2017. For this purpose the letter should reach priminister before 11 january 2017 to get financial aid. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Sir I used my Indian post atm at my near by Indian post atm desk situated at pratap pura and accidently my transaction of RS2000 was not completed and shows the error of transaction time out on 05/12/2016 with transaction id:53497377 at 19:08 a amount of RS2000 was deducted from my account for which i didnt get the cash in hand. I had made many complaints submitted many apllication to the post office but but still no solution. Kindly solve this issue ASAP because its being a long time till then i am not able to get my cash back. Kindly make efforts to solve this out.

I made a speed post from I.I.T. Roorkee S.O. on 31st December 2016 to be delivered to Firozabad, U.P. But after tracking my post i found out that there has neither been any update on tracking details after 3rd January 2017 nor it has reached the destination and got delayed. After being dispatched from NSH dehradun office to ICH Saharanpur there is no further update. Thats why i have called NSH dehradun office so many times but no one recieved it and i feel like my post has got lost. I sincerely request to www.indiapost.gov.in to help me by updating the post status and delivering my post as soon as possible. And i also request www.consumercomplaints.in to convey my problem to India Post to solve it as early as possible.

i want to say that i faced the problem regarding my mother saving account book is totally completed i asked for new book they are saying that we are having lot of works. to give a new saving book very difficult in post office name waltaire near to visakhapatnam railway station.

I did a speed post on 26th dec 2016, untill 27th dec bag despatched to nsh kolkata airport is shown while i track. After that no update since long i am checking it. I really need the same thing to deliver soon. Please do need ful.

Post man didn't deliver my parcel and return to mumbai with status [applicant not known]. He came my office on 28/12/2016 at 02:35 pm but at that time only just for 5 minute i was not available at my office but my staff attendant him and told that wait just for 5 minute sir is coming, he didn't wait and told him that i m coming back in 5 minute. And he never come back till 03/01/2017. I have also visit 2 times at post office but their senior staff told me that he is not here, he is out of office. And the staff member didn't give me my parcel they told me that your parcel will given by post man only. And on 03/01/17 they return my parcel back. The staff of aliganj post office lucknow u. P. India [226024] has done this all this things.
I have also complaint on their website online, the complain no is [ [protected] ].

Speed post no EK[protected]IN. I received my speed post but 2 item (wallets) missing in that ...somebody had opened the parcel and stolen my item and packed it again neatly ...I received parcel I observed that some body had opened it before...by seeing the parcel any body can tel that it had been precisely opened...I will attach proof of photo regarding previous open
