Ihave lost my original pension payment order which i applied to head post master ranaghat nadia on 27/08/2016 & 27/09/2016 but no reply . then i write to superintendent of south division kalyani nadia on03/11 /2016 .but regret to let you know till date i have not received the p.p.o certified copy. as i am 85 yrs old my eldest son repeatedly visit h.p.o.& supdt office .please look into the matter immediete as the copy needful to me for duplicate p.p.o from my railway authority.

I have sent a consignment (weight=115gm)containing some important documents through speed post.It was perfectly packed in an envelope. i got the counter foil from whitefield p.o (560066) Bangalore.
when i received it at destination it weighs only 71gm and the packing is also altered.Some of the important documents are missing from it. It can push me in big trouble i[censored]sed in illegal acts.
I may need to lodge a FIR for this incident.It...

Please India Post, answer my complaint, I have sent you a complaint regarding my parcel which I send to Africa on 23 November 2016 and till now I have never got any answer to my complaint which I submit on 30 November 2016
My parcel courier has a destination to Africa but you sent to New Zealand and by tracking number is show that the courier as been completed delivered.
Please help me to get back my parcel courier because was costly.

My friend sent me an envelope from uk and it was to have a letter, a drawing and a glow stick of Taylor swift 1989 world tour, I really needed it as it is not available in India and this evening I got the package but the glow stick was missing from it . I am extremely disappointed by this . I need it urgently. I have other valuable items coming in and if this keeps on happening I don't know how I will buy things online if things keep disappearing :(

Hi we have sent the package from UK on 3/12/2016. The tracking number is RU[protected]GB. It is showing below and no update in India postal tracking. Can you please help with the same as this(just the documents) is urgent for visa purposes.

I have not received one International Registered Parcel from US(via Germany) bearing the tracking number given below

The parcel has entered India through MUMBAI FGN POST OFFICE and were forwarded to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST.

But the tracking page says
"Retention Reason : Call Customs[protected] OR
Email [protected]@gmail.com" When I call to[protected] custom number, they are asking me the local parcel number and also they suggested me to check in phone number[protected] to get the local parcel number but this phone is out of order. I am not sure where can I collect my parcel and I have been trying for last two days. But still I am unable to get. Kindly help me to get this parcel as early as possible

today(17/12) I am unable to see the tracking page as well which I saw in yesterday.Kindly refer the same in the attachment.

I humbly request the Indian postal services to locate and deliver the parcels to me at the very earliest. I would be much grateful.

Hello sir i need your attention please there is a big issue my account did not get last year interest also this year a big difference in interest plz check from your end.
I had opening a ppf account (A/c no:-[protected]) through telco works s. O on the year 2012. But pass book is updated on 12.08.2015 & interest missing of financial year[protected] approx 28762/- rs.

Failure to deliver a package from the US, Tracking number CH[protected]US. Name on package: kalpana Khatwani, 802 Le Papillon, mount Mary road, Bandra West. [protected]. It was sent from San Carlos, California on December 9 by USPS guaranteed 10 day delivery.

On tracking it appears the package has departed Delhi on Dec 9 and is still in transit. There is no news from India Post as to its whereabouts.

I love India, the Postal Authorities are a bunch of crooks; several times things have been stolen. The employees have no conscience whatsoever. They have stolen items I sent ranging from checks to chocolate to stickers, plain cards, and most recently a small amount of cash (Rs. 3000 to be exact) in the denomination which has been demonetized. This was white money which I had with me, which I keep to pay the cab on my next trip to India. I had sealed and mailed it to my sister in Delhi, and the thugs stole it, and nicely sealed the envelope again.

A parcel with Tracking No.EE[protected]IN was posted on 10/12/2016 from Srinagar to Amarpur, Faridabad. when tracking on website, its showing Item delivered. bt nobdy received it here. i called almost every post office of haryana, bt nobdy cares abt my valuable parcel. the post office worker just say to come here go there call ds no. and much more.. also the Toll free No. of India Post is not working. plz help me out.
Inndia post is really a pathetic service. Govt. should look into this matter asap.

I send a registered latter on 2/12/2016 from bhadrak to kolkata. I track the latter nd the status was "bag open in kolkata gpo"on 9/12/2016. But today is 16/12/2016 nd the latter was not send from kolkata gpo, i have only one day to submeet my application in pan office kolkata, if latter was not deliverd i will loss 107 rupees for the couse of india post

I did a speed post of article containing my mother's hospitals bill for medical-claim. I booked the article on 16/10/2016 and for claiming the bills. The article booked from allahabad and the delivery address was noida with a trakcing id no : eu[protected]in. I need that bill within weeks. But the article still not get delivered upto 16/12/2016. I complained a lot on india-post website but response from there. I also called the allahabad service and noida service but also didn't get any response from both of the centres. I also complained on twitter to the ministry of postoffice mr. Manoj sinha but twitter @cgpmup just saying that we are working on problem but no final response.

Now due to delay in delivery i will not be able to claim my medical bills.
Now i want tha india postal service to pay me sum of 72000 rs as a total that was equal to my medical - claim.

I am yogita shukla, booked a parsel from jabalpur to jaipur. I got this number "ei[protected]in" for tracking. It was very argent but it is not deliver in right time. And i am not able to track it. Because it shows older status from a long time. So i insists please track it and provide me information as fast as u can.
And provide me information because the parsel is very argent for some purpose.

My speed post tracking no. Is eu[protected]in. How pathetic services by indian post, he is not deliver my speed post till now but indian post tracking system showing it has been delivered industrial estate gurgaon pin-code 122007 on dated[protected]. I'm waiting for 3 days but didn't receive any speed post and plan to visit indian post office gurgaon sector 14 concern office. Met with postmen and he said to me told me tracking no. And i tell him tracking no. And find out her post office receive speed post by 4 - dec - 2016, suddenly one post man speak, there are present 3-4 post men, i'm not feeling well yesterday that's 5 dec-2016 so in my place one boy is going there for delivered post sector 17 a defence colony gurgaon, and all of three speak each other and open delivery register and he is find out my name but in my name place their is no signature. And told where is my post they not given satisfactory answer. Today is[protected], still didn't receive my speed post, this is credibility issue on indian post. Where is my speed post.

Could you please provide solutions as soon as possible.

We paid 12 april 2014 monthly installment of rs.460/- and rs.270/- both (Self & spouse) policies through online, but the same amount paid by my father manually at lawsons bay colony post office, we got the book entry and receipt, the next day we checked and enquired at lawsons bay colony post office they suggested us to approach pmg office to write a letter and they will rectify the entries kindly advice the concern or letter of order to rectify the entries in my books.

I registered a parcel on 28th November 2016 and i see the last status in tracking was on 1st Dec which says the last location is Kolkata. According to the india post website, it is supposed to take 9-10 days to reach the desired location and it has been 14 days now, still no use of it. Please help me in knowing where it is exactly

I had sent a parcel from Kohima to Gurgaon on 29.11.2016, containing 3 ladies tops, a pair of lingerie, two addidas guys t- shirts and a pair of ladies high heel shoe but on delivery, the two t-shirt and ladies shoe were found missing.
