I sent an e MO from Chandigarh Manimajra Post Office on 23rd May 2016 for New delhi. the PNR No. is o[protected]. This Amount of Rs 1000/- has not so far delivered to the addressee inspite of the fact that four days have passed. Please check as to why the aamount has not been delivered so far.. The tracking record shows that this has reached Tilak Nagar P O on 23rd May 2016 arround 14.00 hours.

Now, KYC documents are mandatory for Bank transactions and many other organizations. However, individuals are facing many problems with change of address. Details:

I am a software engineer, age 27 years; changed my 3 jobs last 6 years, in the cities of Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi - which is very common in our generation. I have been staying in rented apartments all these years at various addresses.

Banks send documents only to the address mentioned in my KYC documents, which was changing. My bank letters were going to my old addresses. I have to beg the owners of my previous apartments to deliver them to me. Sometimes those apartments will be rented to others and they may throw away letters that are not belonging to them.

Banks need utility bills on my name to update KYC. But these days, apartments are fully furnished; no more utility bills on individuals who rent. Electricity, Water and even wi-fi is fully paid by owners. I have my data plans on my mobile.

I have seen in Chennai - name of the street where I lived is changed; In Bangalore, house numbers are changed, they are given new numbers. But my IDs have old information. Banks want exact information, they would not accept anything that is different from IDs.

My parents have died and my brother and sisters are living in different locations; I am living on my own. So I do not have a permanent address. I frequently travel to US and UK on company assignments.


I respect KYC, but we need to understand the costs on the society, costs on individuals with changing information. It is really a big problem to update IDs each time we change our lives. How to deal with these issues?

1. Individuals should not change houses. Everyone should have a own and permanent house/ apartment - to satisfy KYC.

2. Street names, house numbers and city names should not be changed - satisfy KYC.

3. Do not change your job and location - to satisfy KYC

This is to bring to your kind notice, that i had really a shattering experience with post man basewa b. O (Pin 275205). I am post em[protected]in item received basewa 23/05/16. But delivery time takes rs 20 to 30 rupees, and my mother to asked 50 rupees, & rs 30 rupees after taking the product.
These problems not only to me, with the entire costumer that are face this problem.
Am sure such things do happen but u should see to it that keeping such immature and childish post man are going to spoil your post offices credibility and such a behavior’s from at least a post man it just not acceptable as it’s a very responsible position.
Hopping of your quick and positive response.

I am living gujarat but my nsc issued by nimta post office which comes under belghoria post office. Pin code 700049. I came here means west bengal for 2 weeks but post office employee behaviour is so rude specifically the post master i can't share. Last 5 days i am coming and going back without any positive work. Today the post office official says morning you have to come and don't expect you will get your service. Now my questions are where i have to go? And when my work will be done? I can't stand post office 5 to 6 hours due to my busy schedule. Pl help and do action.

We handover chq no 394238 amt RS 22000/- on dated[protected] at post office Miller ganj Ludhiana for refilling of franking machine . But till date amount not updated in server. From last two days we are in touch with post office but always saying amount processed. When we said server giving message " amt to higher check credit limit " then they reply we are checking. You are requested to settle the problem without further delay.

The services provided by postal staffs of haridevpur post office, kolkata is pathetic. Mr. Bose (Post master) is inefficient, rude and is unfit for his role. Simply he doesn't work at all, mr. Jayanta and biswas being other postal staffs also create unnecessary harassment to customers. Majority of customers' (Mainly old people) are highly dissatisfied. I am yet to receive my nsc certificates (62dd[protected] with maturity amount of rs 96, 000. The maturity date was feb 20, 2016. I have already made 6 visits to po and always received lame excuses from postal staffs. The post master doesn't even speak properly to people. All these people are servicing public or harassing people? Please remove these people and make haridevpur post office a good customer centric place. Strict action should be taken against these inefficient postal staffs who create harassment to customers'. You will be noticing for few months that many customers have already closed their accounts in haridevpur, kolkata post office. This process of closing accounts is still in progress at a very rapid pace. Fore god sake please remove these inefficient postal staffs for betterment of government service and improve customer satisfaction portfolio.

In spite of repeated visits, they are neither issuing cash nor cheques. In addition, they are asking for opening of savings account for which we are being asked to wait for some months(about 3 months).

On april 05, 2016, a speed post at saharsa ho post (Pin : 852201) was made. Its receipt is saying the no. Ef[protected]in charging total rs 40 + 5 = 45/-. The speed post had been addressed to mr. Korangrapady subhas, assistant commissioner of income tax-cpc, post bag no. - 1, electronic city post office, babgalore-560100, karnataka.
Detailed track events for ef[protected]in is continuing to say "consignment details not found" surprisingly even after lodging the complaint under registration no.[protected] on may 13, 2016 : 1.45 am at web site ; http://www.indiapost.gov.In/pincodesearch. Aspx
Now wile tracking the complaint status, it is responding back ad "your registration no. Is" invalid".
It is so astonishing..

All costumer waiting for transaction but he has no any idea for that

I am kalpesh patel from ahmedabad, gujarat. Today i was going to our post office at 1.30 p. M. For submit pli monthly charge in naroda i e sub post office 382330. That time all post office staff was taken lunch (Recess) and then after they come back at 2.00 p. M. All staff work stat at 2.10 p. M. And told me that your time was close. Our syste of pli was close at 2.00 p. M. And your address was odhav so you do not fill the payment of pli at our post office. So it is wrong system and that time outer temperature of our city was 50 deg. So you understand my situation. So please take corrective action and inform me.

A speed post article was booked at padmanabhpur sub-post office, durg, chhattisgarh on 31 dec 2015.
Receipt number: ec[protected]in.
It has not reached its destination till date.
A complaint was lodged online (Complaint number : [protected]) but nothing happened.

The package contained product worth rs 1648. Either trace it immediately and send it back to me or refund rs 1648=00 through dd payable to 'sanjay kumar verma'.
Hope things are clear.

Manipal before one and half months. Now it is around 2 months over, i had not got my parcel. I have booked one consignment from sp new raj nagar 201002 to deliver at amritsar to one of my client on 11th may 2016. But consignment not deliver yet.

I talked to concern person who booked my consignment that time he's refused to entertain my request and said that booked one again it will be delivered this time.

I have received an SMS from Passport Seva Kendra (provides passport services under Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India) that my passport have been dispatched from Passport office, Delhi on 06.05.2015 through speed post having consignment No. PP[protected]IN. When I tracked my consignment on the portal of post office(www.indiapost.gov.in) it shows that item have been delivered on 11.05.2016 at 16:25:00. But I didn't receive above said post yet as on 14.05.2016 11:30 AM. It is for your kind information and necessary action please.

I am Veeraraju from Eluru. I posted one postal cover with acknowledgement on 18/03/2016 to Controller of Examinations, BSE Department in Hyderabad.
My receipt no. is A RN[protected]IN. But till this time i did not received the acknowledgement. I faced the same problem before 6 months to the posting of BSE Department. Its need to me follow for further actions on the same department.

I posted speed post article to Sri Lanka on 30/04/2016 from New Delhi GPO, but it still has not been delivered. They say speed post takes maximum 10 days, but now its 2 weeks! My receipt num is ED[protected]IN.

I tried reaching them through email addresses provided in the indiapost website and phone numbers, but got no response.

Please look into this matter as I have not encountered such experience with India post before.
