I am send a parcel from saudi arabia date of 09 may 2016 but still parcel not deliverd,

The tracking number is cu[protected]sa but this number only tracking in saudi post not tracking in india post site,

Audi post told it is in mumbai but mumbai post not good responce,

If costem department is stayd nothing in my artical only computer and good qwality bed sheets inside..

Plz make good service for your custermers..

A speed post was registered from bangalore (Banashankari ii stage po, india post) on 1st june 2016 addressed to vtu belagaum. The article id is ek[protected]in.
The post has reached belagaum on 3rd june morning but the product is still not delivered to the addresse. I tried contacting the po at bangalore and belgaum more than 10 times but i am not getting a proper response.

The person taking call only says "it would have been delivered". I have no proof of it. The post had a dd drawn in favour of "the finance office, vtu" towrds my phd comprehensive viva. The delay in the delivery would cost me a fine of 3000 and will lose the benefits i am suppose to receive from the college.

It is also causing me stress due to non response.

We www.onlyimported.com are receiving many parcel from Nasik post office 422101 and all the parcel are not delivered to customer and comes back directly to us with newspaper or soap inside.Kindly look into the matter as we have tried many times calling them but still no response and people are creating issues with the customers as we have telephonically received many complaints

The postman does not deliver the posts to us and when checked online, the post status shows that 'Delivery attempted, Addressee moved' even though the address is correct and we have been there for the last 10 years.

The postman does not bother to call upon the given number. This has happened thrice that important posts were not delivered. Bad and delayed delivery is as good as No delivery.
the recent post: EX[protected]IN was also not delivered.

And this the INDIAN SPEED POST we are talking about. Disappointed.

My 5 - year recurring deposit with Phoolbagan Post Office, Kolkata - 700054 matured on 19.01.2016 and when I was about to file the claim for maturity proceeds, I was told by my Agent that I need to open a Savings Account with Post Office to get the maturity amount. Prior to this there was never any intimation from either the Post Office or the Post Office Agent. Thereafter I have visited the Post Office n number of times only to face harassment on grounds like CBS, Computer not working, new account opening suspended for a month and blah blah. I am yet to get the amount even after almost 5 months.
Where shall I go now?

Whenever I get my item from the postman I get it every time open. This may cause leaking of my sensitive information enclosed in the envelope. Please solve my problem urgently and take immediate action against concerned postman.my area postman name is ram sanware and my area pin code is 272302. Im living in bhayander west pin code is 401101 im here to complain about the post office manager and employes of bhayander west 401101 official timings for the post office are from 8am to 3pm but they close speed post and registered post at 2pm and they do thier lunch during working hours from 12.30pm to 1.30pm while people are waiting in q when we common people say pls complete your lunch later we all are waiting in q they say its closed u come tomorrow or keep waiting wat kind of thing is this are they the owner of india post office pls take strict action against this or soon we all common people will gather and file a legal complaint also will remove their video how they behave with common people like us its a shame on india post pls look into the matter seriously issue is with the post office employes and manager of india post office bhayander west pin 401101 hope some action will be taken soon against this people thanks

I send a letter through registed post on 25/05/2016 vide no-rw[protected]in for mohindergarh, haryana but it has crossed it delivery time limit then lodged a complain on 01/06/2016 bearing no.[protected] but no result is found against my track no-rw[protected]in. I like to know whether it has been delivered or not. What is the latest position of the article. I saw on track scharching it has been send to rewari haryana on 29/05/2016.

i had purchased a product from Homseshop18 but i wanted to return thet product. On 17 May 2016 i made a courier to Kundli(131028) from Sirsa (125055) but it still Havn't reached the desired place. The tracing is showing that it is at NSH Rohtak from 18 May 2016. I have registered a complaint against this problem on 25/05/2016 with complaint no. [protected]. It's status is still showing pending. I will be very thankful to you if you can solve my problem.

Two registered parcel was sent for me from Delhi Rajinder Nagar post office 110060 on 11th May containing numerous book of 18 kg and 9 kg. It reached Kolkata post office according to information entered in the website and has been dispatched to Port Blair, A&N islands on 17th May and it still hasn't reached my home. It's been over 20 days and nobody is giving any satisfactory reply. It contains many important books for my UPSC examination that I'm going to appear this year. Please find a solution as soon as possible as valuable time is running out.

My original degree dispatched from CUSAT (11-jan-2016) has not been delivered to me till date . Parcel no (EL[protected]IN) complaint no :[protected].

I have been following with each gpo with comes in between source and destination (Kochi to Ranchi). No one is taking responsibility of my missing original certificate. Every time I call gpo they ask me to be physically present there which in my case is not possible . I have been continuously following up with each post office through call and mail but not getting any reply from destination office (Ranchi).

I dinesh negi, advocate registered under bar council o[censored]ttrakhand have an mis a/c in prem nagar post office on which i received monthly interest which i want to transfer directly into my post office saving a/c which is in the same post office, but the official at the counter mr. Manmohan singh refuses to do the said work.
Further, he misguides, misbehaves, abused and scolds me in front of the public. At that time this rude and arrogant behavior is very painful to me. I complaint the same with the postmaster, premnagar but he refuses to entertain my complaint as well as refuses to give me the contact number of senior/chief post master. The post-office staff misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to provide them the complete support.
I request to you to please get the matter resolved on the highest priority. Otherwise i would have to approach to the consumer court and various other courts in defamation under section 499 in the indian penal code.

I have returned a product to paytm through indian post rp on 07/05/2016 but till on date 28/05/2016 the status is not updated to delivered. Due to this i can not take my refund. The service is too poor. I complained on indian post. The screen shot of the complain status is atteched.

Ev[protected]in se ghaziabad (201001) k liye ek parcel flipkart company ko return kiya jisko flipkart company ne apne kuch technical issues k karan[protected] ko delivery refuse kar di to[protected] ko ghaziabad se return hua parcel[protected] tak bhi wapis nahi mila h or online track karne se pata chala ki[protected] ko parcel srinagar (246174) pahuch chuka tha lekin post office ne mujhe deliver karne ki jagah parcel ko dubara dehradun nsh ko dispatch kar diya or current locatoin bhi dehradun nsh hi show ho rahi hai is regarding post office srinagar (246174) se telephonic baat karne se mujhe bataya gaya ki parcel dehradun se srinagar galti se aa gaya hai wo dehradun se pauri hote huye srinagar ayega uske baad hi parcel mujhe receive hoga leking jab maine unse iska reason pucha to post office sringar ke employee ne phone pe hi mujhe galiya sunana start kar diya ki jab tumko pata nahi hai post office ke rules to baat mat karo or apna kaam karo iske baad unhone gusse me phone disconnect kar diya, sir is parcel k product ka price 35000 rupees h jo ki ek time limit k ander flipkart company ki policy k according return karwana hota hai jiske baad hi mere paise flipkart company se refund ho payenge but post office ki late service ki wajah se is kaam me unnecessary time spend ho raha hai, sir agar speed post ki wajah se mera product company ko time se naa pahuchne k karan mera 35000 rupye mujhe refund nahi milta hai to iska responsible sirf of sirf post office hi hoga or iske nuksan ki bharpayi bhi post office hi karega, plz sir post office ki speed post service ke against mera case registered karne ki kripa kare coz is tarah se easy going road route pe ye log parcels ko pata nahi kis kis route se chala rahe hain or inki wajah se consumer ko is tarah ke nuksaan ho rah hai, dhanyawad..

I am gurdit singh. I am in deep trouble from our area postman. Always come and ask too many question then threat us that i will not deliver your documents and books sent by icai - the institute of chartered accountants of india. And between 20 to 24 may a dd (Demand draft) and a form was cancelled and returned by ignou (Indra gandhi national open university), i may have wrong address it was #85 a, where supposed to be #85 only, so i went to the area post office, never able to meet him, other staff members always say that he is late or not sure when he will come, or he is gone!!
And he also demands for money on occasions, even if we give him he says that he need more, etc, ;


Please help us sir, he is doing this for a long time. We will be highly obliged for your help.

I sent an e MO from Chandigarh Manimajra Post Office on 23rd May 2016 for New delhi. the PNR No. is o[protected]. This Amount of Rs 1000/- has not so far delivered to the addressee inspite of the fact that four days have passed. Please check as to why the aamount has not been delivered so far.. The tracking record shows that this has reached Tilak Nagar P O on 23rd May 2016 arround 14.00 hours.

Now, KYC documents are mandatory for Bank transactions and many other organizations. However, individuals are facing many problems with change of address. Details:

I am a software engineer, age 27 years; changed my 3 jobs last 6 years, in the cities of Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi - which is very common in our generation. I have been staying in rented apartments all these years at various addresses.

Banks send documents only to the address mentioned in my KYC documents, which was changing. My bank letters were going to my old addresses. I have to beg the owners of my previous apartments to deliver them to me. Sometimes those apartments will be rented to others and they may throw away letters that are not belonging to them.

Banks need utility bills on my name to update KYC. But these days, apartments are fully furnished; no more utility bills on individuals who rent. Electricity, Water and even wi-fi is fully paid by owners. I have my data plans on my mobile.

I have seen in Chennai - name of the street where I lived is changed; In Bangalore, house numbers are changed, they are given new numbers. But my IDs have old information. Banks want exact information, they would not accept anything that is different from IDs.

My parents have died and my brother and sisters are living in different locations; I am living on my own. So I do not have a permanent address. I frequently travel to US and UK on company assignments.


I respect KYC, but we need to understand the costs on the society, costs on individuals with changing information. It is really a big problem to update IDs each time we change our lives. How to deal with these issues?

1. Individuals should not change houses. Everyone should have a own and permanent house/ apartment - to satisfy KYC.

2. Street names, house numbers and city names should not be changed - satisfy KYC.

3. Do not change your job and location - to satisfy KYC
