This is to inform you about the postman of my area. I live in libaspur, delhi–110042. The postman of this area is not performing his duty properly. He never delivers a parcel. As you know pan card comes by post. He return all the pan card back without delivering. And when we visit him in post office he becomes aggressive. So i want u to take some action. This will be a great help. And pls reply me.

    M. Veeranjaneyulu and the postmaster namburi sandeep was behaviour to me.
    They scold me.
    And they were told an incorrect information.
    I mean they are telling that they have the legal& official announcement for to ban the 10rs coins.
    So, they did not take the 10rs coins.
    But here the superindent of postal department told that they do not recieve such type of information.

    Now I want to deposite 10rs coins in this postal branch.
    And I want to apology from the Kollur postal staff.
    Almost 6 members are target me to use such abusing language and irritate me.
    And iam very upset to their behaviour about customers.

    My uncle was an advocate.He suggested me to raise a complaint in consumer forum.
    But I think once check the reaction o[censored]r complaint team.If iam not satisfy with ur reaction definitely I follow the legal action.

    Why are you come to postoffice to deposite 10rs coins.
    Why you are not opening bank account?
    These type questions are none of their business.
    I loss the respect from entire postal department.
    And they are telling come and do their work in postoffice.
    This type of such rubbish& ### things they are asking.

      This message is in regard for the order from uk which i received on 9th oct. Tracking number is ea[protected]nl. I have order my protein 5kg and bcaa 500gm from uk in which bcaa was missing. I dont understand how n why this happened with my order very frustated. When complete package was courier to you then why did i receive only one instead of 2 pack.

          This is in reference to my consignment no. Pp[protected]in which was suppose to be delivered at my home vill - nagla jado post sharay shish gran ps bidhuna dist auraiya address by 10 october and yet not received i. E, till time..
          Its been very hard reaching customer support for india post, and contacting india post offices doesn't seem to be of any help as one office ask to contact another everyone seems disinterested, and even there contact numbers are not mentioned on website or anywhere else so in order to find contact detail for the concerned area office you have to request/plead to whoever you are able to connect with but still of no use.

          Mentioning few of the concerns:

          1. Track consignment works sometimes, sometimes don't.
          2. Even if you are able to track your consignment still there's no surity you will receive it as there are no contact numbers mentioned in tracking page and it keep showing your consignement jumping from one location to another as days pass by.

          3. Bad customer support : customer support numbers given are not even reachable most of the time, personally i'm not able to connect any till date. Contacting regional offices turned out to be of no help.

          4. No updates from india post on your consignments unlike private companies.

          2. You can locate your post office but there's no info on contact details/ phone numbers.

          Overall my experiences with indian post are quite bad and this is not based on just this one case but my previous parcels are missing as well..!

          Not sure what else can be done, this really becomes frustating for customers, i do want to support our own 'indian post' and everyone should too but how can government expect fellow citizens support with this kind of pathetic service.
          Looks like government services are losing out big time with private companies on most of the ends.. I want go outside india but due to passport i can't. I hope this will be resolved soon.

            Sr i have booked one parcel on 26 sep 17 from hajipur punjab. Parcel no. Cp[protected]in.. I checked parcel status on net.. It was showing. Parcel despatched to 81 sbpo from 01 cbpo on 01 oct 17. Till now it is not showing any progress towards delivery.. I have contacted several time on customer care no. Some office s numbers.. But nobody is picking phone... Sir plz kindly help to deliver it soon... It is very urgently required...

              My parcel reached at ballabgarh s. O. At 10:31:29am and 11:09:00am book for returning without attempting delivery. I personally go on 2:50pm at post office but postmaster refused me for giving parcel, he said - “ab to maine parcel return karne k liye book kar diya hai ab nhi mil sakta.
              When i was go to ballabgarh post office and contact to post master and delivery person, they don't give me right information, he said - unke milo inse milo and one person said that my area delivery person does (Jagdeep) not delivered any parcel at right place and right person, when i'm in post office he was not there, he was go to home at 2:30pm

                Dear sir/madam,

                My package with tracking number rm[protected]cn is stuck in kolkata lcao since 25th september 2017 it is required to be delivered at new delhi. The package is urgently needed.

                In today's day and age it is surprising how the india post shall take so much of time to deliver international packages when it hardly takes any time from overseas to reach india.

                The customer care phone numbers are never answered and it delays the entire work that may be based on receipt of such foreign packages.

                Kindly look into this!

                    Hi,
                    Package/parcel sent from india through normal post in sep 4 2017 with a consignment no. Ck[protected]in.
                    On tracking of the package, it been stated that the parcel sent from mysore to mumbai on 18 sep 2017.
                    However, there has been no update on the whereabouts of the parcel after this, which is 18th sep 2017 has not been delivered until today.
                    My family member been to the local post office and there has been no information regarding my parcel/package goods. It has been over 1.5 months now since the last updated information.

                    I lodged a complaint to the india post on their website but the complaint was stating, “contact information is not visible “however same been updated post that until today no update from authorities. Complaint number: [protected]

                      My cousin sent parcel on 9 september 2017 from netherland. I received it after one month on 9 october 2017 with missing items. Parcel contains some baby products like oil, clothes, baby bag etc. When he sent parcel, the weight was 7 kg but when i received it was less than 5 kg and is was in very bad condition and also it was in open condition. I am requesting you pls enquiry about my parcel. I am expecting best results from you.

                        Description - the courier containing the aktu (Lucknow university) transcripts worth rs 1650 is gravely awaited. According to them on 07/oct/2017 addressee was absent, though everybody was present at the addressed house.
                        Also we tracked the courier in the post office today (10-oct) and yesterday, but the post office personnel have misplaced/lost the courier in a day. The post office have no satiate answer as to when i'll receive the courier.

                        Desirable resolution - since the transcripts are crucial to the application process in one of the organization and the deadline is 20th october. So i need it by 15th oct anyhow.

                              We are distrbutor of brand omron and are billed at same rates as the amazon in house vendors like cloudtail but amazon gives rebates/ promotion to there in house vendors because of it they are able to sell the products less then there billing rates on ecommerce website and we are left only to watch them how they are doing so.
                              As an indian business man this is a cheating which the amazon is doing with us.
                              Please help an indian business man aginst this type of frauds of these ecommerce website.

                                  There’s this initiative of linking aadhar number with bank account number and it’s now become mandatory to do so, else banks shall freeze your accounts after 31-dec-2016. There might be some great purpose behind this initiative but it has flawed and inconsiderate implementation

                                  1. There’s no single easy to use form and procedure for the same. Each bank has its own procedure, forms and formats making it difficult for customers to do timely linking
                                  2. Some banks take biometrics, others just take copy of aadhar some are okay with xerox others ask for originals, some accept e-aadhar others don’t
                                  3. The electronic and networking system responsible to fetch and verify aadhar data is many a times down and customers have to revisit the branch to do the verification
                                  4. There’s no easy anywhere banking facility to do it from any branch, some banks allow, others don’t
                                  5. Banks themselves are still not clear with the initiative
                                  6. Some banks allow online submission, others don’t. No single easy to use procedure
                                  7. Some customers has multiple accounts e. G. Saving and pension, saving & ppf and so on. Banks are not clear if all accounts should linked or not. Some say both some say only one and others just beat around the bush confusing the customer
                                  8. There’s no online status checking offered by banks that offer internet banking. There’s no way customer can verify that his bank account xxxx is now linked with aadhar yyyy.
                                  9. I am sure banks and officials are going to goo[censored]p at the end and innocent customers are going to suffer. Banks will refuse that aadhar kyc and linking was every done if there’s a computer error and customers have no way to validate and verify when dispute shall occur which is highly likely.
                                  10. There’s no clarity and consideration towards those senior citizens who have aged and are no longer very active to visit the banks. How are they going to submit biometrics now???
                                  11. Many a times the aged people have hardened or wrinkled skin on fingers making it difficult to validate thumb impressions. What is the provision in such cases??? The intellectual idiots who have come up with such an initiative have not provisioned anything for such cases

                                  Yes another flawed, poorly managed and implemented initiative by this government.

                                      With all regards i want to know why speed post (Indiapost) takes 10 days or more for just 200 km distance. Thereafter, customer care service is poor or null. They don't attend your call or wouldn't take issue seriously. The referred mail is an important document of my father's official leave purpose. Still i am trying to contact them from various alternatives available but still no response.
                                      India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir my wife had registered a consignment vide no. Rk[protected]in on 14 sept 17 from eastern extension post office hassan - pin. 573201. But till date said consignment not received by me and nor tracking by postal service. On queries from postal services no information provide by them.in this regard i had loge a complaint through indian postal web complaint vide complaint no. [protected] on 24 sep 17. But couldn't track the same and not updating the progress of said complaint. Request concerned honest officer may look into the matter and provide me said consignment at the earliest please. As i am very tired for tracking said consignment
