. MIS Account No 7997956 matured on September 7, 2016 but Pos Office Sector 40, Chandigarh clerk Charan Kaur is not returning the maturity amount. she doesn't have any knowledge of work and she has entered the maturity date wrong in the computer as Nov 23, 2016. The monthly income scheme (MIS) account no. 7997956 in the name of Ayushi Gupta d/o Sandeep Gupta has already been matured on September 7, 2016.

Dear Sir,

My name is Sanjay Bisht. I am in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. Always come and ask too many question then threat us to complaint ours that we are running company, blah blah... and return our parcel and letter.

This time I was waiting for my Driving Licence, he had not handover me.

This is all started when we refuse to give him money for delivering post.

I have applied for issue of duplicate NSC certificates which I lost due to theft in my house on January 2015. On April 2015 I applied for duplicate certificates with all documents as requested by post offices concern. Till now I have not received any communication for the above issue. Postal dept. is unable to inform regarding the progress though it is more than 18 months since I applied for duplicate certificates.

Sending a letter addressed to The Secretary, Ministry of culture, New Delhi-11001 vide speed post letter no EW[protected]IN on 27.07.2016 for senior Fellowship from the General Post Office, Kolkata at 11-36a.m., but unfortunately we have not received the acknowledgement card till date. Please let us inform immediately after making proper investigation in respect of inordinate delay for non-receipt of acknowledgement .

Sir, I have a made a registry post with AD on 19/08/2016 but till date I have not received the acknowledgement of my registry AD. How many more days it will take to get the same from postal department? I am in confusion whether that party has received my letter or not. Please help me in this regard and acknowledge me in [protected] no.

As per tracking consignment, it shows it reached at NSH Chandigarh.
Why, I don't know such a discrepancy occurring in Indian postal delivery system!
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.all verified official documents has been sent for Police verification to concerned DCP office.don't create such a delay on the way to its right path.its a matter of someone's future ..career..everything else.

A speed post (EP[protected]IN) which was sent to Norway on 1st September'2016 has still not been received at the given location. Its already been 13 days which is too much delay in service according to the type of service it is "Speed Post" and charges are also way too much comparable to normal post. It was sent from Chandigarh, India to Kolbotn, Norway

I have my things sent through speed post from Dimapur on the 2nd of september. first problem which i faced was the website of india post which didn't show any details of the consignment for about a week and than it showed the consignment details which showed that the consignment was received on the 8th of september in D.K Mohan Garden S.O and i have been visiting the post office since the 9th of september to take my consignment as i have faced the same problem of the consignment not being delivered by them. so since 9th i have visited the post office everyday and they always tell me to come tomorrow or wait for an hour and after i wait for an hour than again they tell me to wait for another half an hour and they disappear. this thing has been continuing since 9th september. i am sure that i am not the only one to suffer this problem. the government officials takes the general public issues very lightly. the office workers behaviour is of more attitude than that of the prime minister. they are really irresponsible.last time too when my parcel was being delayed i went out to the post office to check it myself and ask them why my parcel was not delivered and their reply was that they were unable to get to my address. i shop online everytime and the parcel reaches right in my doorstep without any problem and it is these india post people that are unable to find my address. the phone numbers are even written in the parcel still they don't even think to give a call.

i just want the government to take special measures to ensure that people do not face such problems. the general public are paying for all the services that you provide and so you do not have any right to create any problem for them instead like the private sector companies you should also treat them well. and atleast provide good internet connection to your offices. last time i went to the postoffice and asked an employee to check the details of my consignment he said that the internet is slow and he wont b able to check. this is the country's situation please improve it.

I am on Sukanya samiriddi A/C customer at Branch R.R.Dist CBIT Branch,

issue with the CBIT postal branch is monthly when I go to office to pay monthly amount of Sukanya samiriddi payment they regularly says Internet connection is not available and they used to say Come tomorrow,

Please check this issue and fix it permanently.

My name is TALAT AZIZ an I book a speed post parcel in Bareilly Head post office in UP Bareilly on 31th Aug 2016 and he told me its delivered in 3rd sep 2016 but now is 12th sep 2016 but until my parcel is not delivered
all most 10 day delivered normal post but my post is speed post and most important this the post officers always rudely told me go there go there
I don't knowing anything and all Indian post office numbers are not reachable

We are residing in Sector 43- B, Chandigarh, U.T., for the last 30 years. at the same house/ same postal address. In the beginning when Pin code system started, all residents of the area were allotted Pin code of 160036. After some years it was changed to 160022 and all the residents have to go through a long and difficult procedure to get this new pin code altered at their ID proofs like, Pass Port, Voter Card, Pan Card, Adhara Card etc.....

We sent a laptop and several accessories from dehradun to Mana Camp, Raiour, Chattisgarh on 10th August, 2016. The contents were stolen on the way and replaced by bedsheets. We submitted a complaint at Dehradun Post office but they and the Raipur post office gave an unsatisfactory response after their investigation. We even wrote a complaint to the Post Master General of Raipur but have not received any response .The contents were worth over Rs. 50000. We expect either recovery of the stolen belongings or a justifiable compensation. Kindly help us obtain justice so that such acts are not repeated again.

The behaviour of the post office employees are really rude. They do not talk properly and treat customers which is not acceptable.

Their way of communication is really hurting and the they use toxic words while arguing. They dont have respect for elders too.

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees....

We are suffering with my post office employee negligence, we got the money from govt but post officers neglected our village people .
we had NREGS payment slips but we are not getting money from post office since one month, please help to our village people .when we are asking about money they are telling (Post Officers ) some silly reasons.

Please help to Poor and Village people.

I have a saving account no 814997 At malout post office, post officers gave withdrawal of 100000 to anyone on my duplicate signatures on date 21 sep 2013 .When i called to a lady (Madam Puri Faridkot) post officer then she behaved with me very rude. In this case no one helped me in police workers.Even I also request regarding this to SSP Muktsar Sahib before 1 year.. I feel very tired to go again and again police station .Please help me As soon as possible

Sent Registered letter to Asansol from Thane vide B RM[protected]IN . It was only 50 gram and the charge should be Rs.22 only. But Postal department Charged Rs 32 . It is nothing but to loot the innocent people. Nonsense. They also charged higher in Speed Post vide EM[protected]IN. It should be Rs.40 but they charged Rs.69. Why they charge Rs.9 as Tax

Sir/madam, i have not recieved my parcel yet which was dispatched from rajaji nagar on 3rd september for rewa (m.p.)
Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible .. as i need that urgently .. i have been calling the tollfree no which is given in the site www.indiapost.govt.in but no 1 recieving that .. kindly resolve d problem regarding that and make my courier deliver as soon as possible ..
