My order from aliexpress is still showing as ro[protected]cn at edi received, air, airport kolkatta sorting office. Last updated on 22/09/16 its 20 days but there is no update after that on tracking system of india post portal. Moreover, site ia showing as under maintainance so complaint cannot be registered there.

Ita lethargic way of working, not sure how will this change and when will these postman take responsibility of delivering good to the respectiver receiver.

I have placed an order from Mumbai which has been shipped on 8/10/2016.. which then came to delhi as per the tracking details to Gurgaon 45 post office. It shows that it has been delivered on 13/10/2016. But i haven;t received the parcel. Nobody is picking the phone in sector 45 branch and also in head office.and the toll free number provided for delhi is incorrect.

Please check where is my order and why it is showing delivered as i never received it.

Speed post No. EW[protected]IN does not reached to address though booked on 29/09/2016.Please confirm immediately otherwise I may lodge a money suit by the help of the Law. Because the posted document is highly essential for my business.

Above was booked on[protected] at 1603 hrs. from gpo mumbai was addressed to mr. i. s. yadav, 9/6, gr. floor, trivedi niwas, near pinky cinema, old nagardas road, andehri (e), mumbai-400 069, item is received on[protected] at 0814 by andheri (e) s. o. india post tracking is showing the remarks as in transit from[protected] till this time i. e 1345 hrs on[protected], where as the office is always open late in the night, would appreciate if the above is traced and delivered or if delivered yr system needs update.

EI[protected]IN in dispatched from transport authority dwarka on dated 26.12.16 but still i dont have recived my artical (police Verification ) ill 3 time visit the post office Pachmarhi but no body answer properly about my artical.
Sir pls. provide my artical (Army related paper) so that ill drive my vehicles on road.

The parcel (Tracking ID: CU[protected]IN) was delivered from Bijnor, U.P.(246762) to Bangalore, Karnataka(560087) on 5th October 2016. The parcel got delivered on 13th October 2016 in Bangalore. When I opened the parcel the artificial pendant, Bangles and silver anklets was missing from the parcel. The total cost of these belongings was around Rs. 3000. Shame on India post if their staff is involved in these kinds of acts. Please take an action immediately. I will also log a police complaint against India Post.

The acc. May we have submit the rs 1, 50, 000. We have submit the check of the icici bank, newai of the date 02\08\2016 and the next date 03\08\2016 the check clearance of the post master of newai and the clearication entry in the icici bank passbook clearly 03\08\2016 payment send to the post master. But our ppf passbook show this entry in the passbook 11\08\2016. So the difference of 9 days and we loss the the interest of this month. So in the post of office we couldn't hear our problem. Please take the action and relief judicial we.

I sent an Article Through Speed post from Thane Hd. Post Office dated 4th October vide receipt no EM[protected]IN to Asansol. It was supposed to deliver on 7th October, but till 13th October up to 7 PM it has not delivered to the consignee. I am afraid that the Article might have lost, damaged or misplaced! Please arrange to hand over the Article to the consignee immediately.
Also, please treat this matter as an Ordinary post, and refund me the Speed Post Charge.

This is an ongoing problem, i have been selling online and i get some 10-15 orders that i need to use post office to send shipments.

They do not take my packages, stating "we do not know what is inside" although i have "declaration form" attached, they still can't believe what i am sending and hence refuse to take them.
Now, i am selling "immitation jewelry" and i mentioned the same on declaration form!
This is the problem i'm facing with your pathetic service.
i can't even do my business.

I have booked a consignment by speed post to get delivered at chameli apartment
D/127 baghajatin kol-32 and the booking id of the consignment is ew[protected]in which was booked on 14/09/16 at 7:26 pm. The consignment reached kolkata jadavpur post office 16/09/16 at 10:48 a. M. But that time i was unable to receive the parcel, so they return the parcel on 27/09/16 at 11:34 a. M and the horrible thing is that they delivered my parcel to lingampalli s. O (500019) on 30/09/2016 at 5:11 p. M. How the indian speed post is so irresponsible on their work (Especially jadavpur p. O)
Sir this consignment is very important to me. Please help me out of this problem and make the consignment delivery asap at my given address. Please do it fast.

We are not receiving 90% of the normal post (including journals) since last 6-8 months. It seems that Post Office has handed over the delivery task on contract basis or to contractual employee, who even not ready to meet us personally for the issue. He simply throws the post without getting down from his cycle. We requested him to deliver the post at our office but he simply said that he is going to deliver like this only because he has to distribute all post in 1 hour only.

We posted on sept 06, 2016 and after that when i tracked my parcel it was in new delhi. And after that i was busy i did not track my parcel. Now i got email from my educational organization they sad they did not get my documents. Thy need this parcel. Please send it asap.

A consignment (ed[protected]in) booked on 30th september 2016 by speed post for vapi, gujarat, from sansad marg post office, delhi has not yet been delivered till 10th october 2016... and the postal service of india calls this service a 'speed post' service. i am sure this dak would have reached by ordinary post. will the india post return my money and let me know the status of my shipment.
