I have booked a speed post on dated[protected]. Tracking detail er[protected]in. About one month has passed. But parcel is not delivered yet. I have buy this from amazon and want to return. Now the date of returning item has passed. Now you can send my parcel to me at kuchaman city nagaur raj341508.
I have also tried phone no. Destination post office phone no. Of 110018 tilak nagar west delhi. They have received my article on date[protected]. Please help me.

I had send rs. 500/- through money order (Emo pnr no:[protected] on 21.03.2018 but sorry to inform you that it has not yet delivered till 21.04.2018. I have sent a reminder on email to [protected]@gmail.com but the said office have not yet responded till 22.04.2018. I have marked a copy to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in but the said office also not responded.

Today a woman account holder visit to surada so, due to withdrawal some money from palakatu village. Due to no cash availability at home branch office. She was very harassed & bad behavior by post master of surada so. The post master fired him & also uses some vulgar language to talk. The office such no human beings to how behavior with a woman. He said your local pm is commissioned by you, so you may only ask them for withdrawal.

I applied for transfer of my savings a/c no. [protected] from kurukshetra h. O to amravati (Panchkula) p. O on 21.3.18, to postmaster at amravati. I also contacted ambala concerned person many times. Now ambala office has returned the case to amravati p. O without doing the needful and i am told to contact kurukshetra h. O. However my ppf a/c, has been transferred by ambala office. Both cases were sent by amravati p. O to ambala office one month ago.

My name is dr. Gaurav sood. I am a dentist from india and right now i am living in canada and my address is b-3 62/46 karkhana bhagwan dass hoshiarpur punjab india. Name of the postman in our area is gulshan.
I am explaining the incident that happened on april 18th 2018. There was an important letter under my name from medical dental association and he went to my house to deliver it and he asked for me. My mother said that i am not there so she asked him to give letter to her but he refused and asked my mother to come to general post office next day
On next day (19th april 2018) my mother went to gpo at 10 am and asked for letter and he said why do you want letter if your son is not there, and he refused to gave letter to her and he said you can go talk to my head if he allows or not
Then my mom went to the head (I don't know his name) and explained him everything and the head talked to my mom very rudely and he said if postman don't want to give you letter then its his choice i can't do anything.
Letter was there and my mother saw, it was written there, reason for not delivering was door locked but in reality it should be person not available at the moment
So my question is who the hell they are to decide if they can deliver letter or not?
Who gave them right to talk to people rudely like that?
They are there to help people or to harass people?
I have lots of important letters coming under my name
Doesn't matter if i am there or not unless someone is there they should deliver it to them.
My request here is that please take a quick and strong action against gulshan and his boss and i want my letter asap.

Hi my order no. Is eq[protected]in. And its been processed from club factory by gati express to aftership indian domestic post. I dint receive the order yet nor m able to track it down. Sir i have purchased nsc certificate at amount 2000 in jairampur (Arunachal pradesh) post office and maturity date of that certificate was 19/01/2018 and like to withdrawal in maharashtra but it is not show online and so no any post office receive that concrete. Second i have open sukannya account in jairampur post office but this account is also not show online and so i have not possible to deposit money in that account. No any post office receive my money but at the time of opening that post master say you have transferred account anywhere in india and such board also print in same post office.

I have purchased a Lenovo K8 Note mobile from Amazon Site on 16/03/2018 (Invoice Number: DEL[protected] for Rs.11999/-. While using the mobile i found that it was discharging very Fast, then i talked to Amazon Technical team and they tested the mobile online and found that there was a problem in the mobile. They told to return the mobile for replacement. Since my job was transferred from Chittaurgarh to Jodhpur, they told to send via courier or preferably by Indian Post.
I sent the mobile via Indian Post on 28/03/2018 from Jodhpur and same was delivered on 02/04/2018 (As per Indian Post tracking details). Amazon informed me on 07/04/2018 that the box received at their end is empty.

Sir' I am live in Kasganj My complain against Courier Boy of Post Office And Whole Staff in the post office where as in Kasganj My Paytm Debit Card Delivery was not successfully Done because my fault the address is not fully described but courier boy call me so I am described to full address but he was abusing me and say I am go in post office so I am go in the post office but Post office staff was very poor all the people saying my fault but after My paytm card not gjven Staff is very cheap pls help me and action it please please please Sir Action in kasganj staff and courier boy...I hope you understand it ...I[censored] action in my problem then very thanku so much sir

The delivery was not attempted and it showed failed and sent back.

I was in an urgent need of the documents and now due to the negligence of the department or the delivery boys, i am facing severe problems and delays.

I have been trying to call and contact the post office in chowk lucknow and the helpline number but none is being picked and recieved. No response at all from the department.
I request an immediate action on this and my parcel to be delivered asap.

I was expecting a parcel from the bank under consignment no. Eb[protected]in delivery to my home address but the same has been returned by the post master without contacting me.. Kindly look into the matter so that i can receive my consignment as early as possible with out further delay.

I have a pli and rpli scheme for myself and my wife respectively. I have gone to post office to enquire about some deposit issue about the scheme but the post office staff mr. Chakradhar misbehaved with me and not solved my issue. I have lost faith in postal customer service. Please look into the matter seriously. I am waiting for the solution. Please maintain integrity of postal service

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by INDIA post from LUDHIANA HEAD INDIA Post office on the 11th of APRIL, 2018.The receipt no. is DP[protected]IN.Ufortunately the parcel hasnot yet reached its destination I.E KOLHAPUR MAHARASHTRA till today, 15nd of APRIL, 2018.I've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable.It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department.Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

On 16th of april 2018 around 12 pm. Post man from matunga east post office (Mumbai 19) came to our house to give delivery of registered post in the name of mrs. Neela r. Kothi. He asked us to call her to collect the post, my wife ms. Seema ketan kothi informed him that mrs. Neela r. Kothi is not available to collect the post as she is expired before 5 years and she requested him to give letter as we are legal hair of neela r. Kothi but that postman refused to give the letter to us. He said as per law he can not give letter to any other person except neela kothi. I am very much surprised to know that i have never heard this type of law. On the above his behavior was very much rude and totally unprofessional. He should learn how to speak with a female person. There might be a important documents in the letter, who is responsible if i miss important documents.

Government announced that aadhar card update will be done from local post office. I have visited baranagar post office for last 2 weeks but every time employees refused me for unknown reason. They are not willing to work. Government pay them for doing nothing. It's very hard for common people to get the benefits because of this type of employees. Baranagar post office, pin code:700036. There is very few people and huge workload. There is no form for opening new account. People are lethargic and not punctual.
Today i went to our main post office khekra for my nsc got matured and i want to again input my maturity amount again in nsc but first they did not listen to me and i kept standing there for an hour then an old man suggests me to come back again after 3 hours. Very dull service.

My consignment was booked on 31 march 2018 and had been sent for sorting on 1 0/04/2018 and was bagged for nsh itanagar and sent to palam tmo on same day and despatched for nsh guwahati the same and since then no any updates are available in the tracking. Track id eq[protected]in. I have been trying the customer care and other toll free numbers of india post and non of these numbers are functional. Its becoming a matter of concern as these phone numbers are shown invalid.
