Respected sir

I, manoj kumar sahoo rpli no r-or-ea-479656 beg to state that i deposited my all premiums till mar 2017. But my pass book cann't be updated till oct 2016. I also complain in our branch post office nuapatna & sub post office niali. They replied me they also inform chandinchouk post office, katak & chandinchouk post office put a complain file to circle pli office, bhubaneswar. For this matter i also went to circle pli office, bhubaneswar on dated 26/02/2018 to inform & conform about this matter. They replied me some computer problem i. E macamiz settle was shown in few pass books just like as your pass book. It will be solved by few days. They also complained it to head office, new delhi & told me it will be solved with in 5-7 days. I stay in puri. They said you can also conform it in puri head post office. I went to puri head post office on dated 23rd mar 2018. By seeing my rpli no they told me it wasn't updated till oct 2016 & you can solve it in your spo, niali & circle pli office, bhubaneswar. Where my account could not updated till now, how can i deposit my premiums for this year? Please solve my problem immediately by which i can deposit my premiums.

    Total 5 kvp i have submitted at raigarh (Cg) post office for cash on 7 feb 2018 arc[protected]in
    82dd139580, 82dd139581, 82dd139582, 82dd139583 each for rs.5000 and16ce665030, 16ce665031 each for rs.10000. But still i am waiting for cash.
    Same resended
    On 16 feb.2018 arc[protected]

    Again resended on 12 march2018 arc[protected]in form raigarh to patna but nobody cares. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Dear team,

      I am writing to you with regards to untraceable of post.

      I was supposed to get rc via speed post, since i didn't get any update i have been rto office which is belongs to my area but they were advised me to go nearest postal office as they didn't receive my rc. So, i been jntu postal office and waited till the evening from morning to get the update on article, at last i got an answer that they were unable to find where at was, and they advised to check at kukatpally branch, i have checked with them also, as per the kukatpally staff in system the article was delivered on 31oct17 then i have asked to show me the delivery receipt book, when they opened the delivery book they said it was not delivered as comments was written by delivery person that it is not delivered.
      Then i have asked if it is delivered how they update in system as delivered but no answer from manager also. Then i have asked if it not delivered they need to send to back, then they checked in system but nothing was found. Later i have asked for next procedure they simply telling me to go online and rise complaint we will not able to do anything.
      I am so sorry for this big mail, but hope you understand my situation i have shuffling in between rto offices and postal offices to find missing rc.
      I really appreciate if someone look into this case.

        To whom it may concern,

        I have been waiting on my package status to update. Track rr[protected]infor the past 12 days it has been stuck with the status insert item into bag (Otb), dimc new delhi 110002, india. This is not at all acceptable. The package needs to arrive by the end of next week. It is supposed to arrive march 31,. I have been trying to be patient. But now i am more then a little angry. Either resolve the issue and get the package here or clear it snd let it come. I have never had such a bad experience. I will not be shipping with india post again. I have complained twice and still nothing has been resolved. Do something about it.

          I booked speed post delivery, consignment number ew[protected]in of my utmost important document (My class 10 marksheet) on 26th march from serampore to varanasi.. Nsh kolkata airport is so careless that they despatched the document to nsh lucknow instead of varanasi cantt. On 28th march after which there is no updation in the tracking details. I dint expect such poor speed post delivery systems.

            On 4th march 2018 a speed post was booked from "sp bhubaneswar rms counter" for hyderabad - pin - 500059, bearing no eo[protected]in. It reached hyderabad on 13th march 2018. There was no update for the period between[protected] &[protected]. This is most horible service we have ever faced. The parcel contained a "odisi dance costume" which was been send to my sister in london. One of our friends was suppose to carry it from hyderabad to london.
            The booking officer who accepted the booking at rms bhubaneswar confirmed that the parcel should reach hyderabad by 7th march 2018 (Wednesday). The flight was on 11th march.

            In order to meet our requirement we have to purchase another set of "odisi dance dress" and send it through international courier.

            Due to inefficiency of indian post - speed post service we has to spend more than rs.15000.00. The cost includes the cost of second set of odisi costume & the international courier charges.

            Who is going to compensate us for our loss,

            The worst part is that there is no platform or office where we can go & get the update. The gpo bhubaneswar was holding to the excuse that their it - system is not functional.

            But the real question here is that if the it infrastructure fails does it stop the physical delivery of the parcel???

            I want the compensation of rs.15000.00 from indian post, with an apologize.

              My friends and i have sent parcels to our families in guwahati on the same day for scholarship purposes. My friends' families have received the parcels but my family has not received it yet. As i tracked it, it's been 4 days since my parcel has been despatched from nsh guwahati to beltola s. O and there's no sign of any progress. Please look into this because it's urgent as 31st january 2018 is the last date of submission for the scholarship

                This is in reference to earlier PG complains Reg no: DPOST/E/2016/16683 and followed by another Reg no: DPOST/E/2017/00298 about my Public Provident Fund A/c no:[protected] formerly 43 at Madhyamgram Post Office, there showed a Loan which I have never taken and amounts started debited from my account. Later, as per my previous complains an amount of Rs.71400.00 was credited back to my account on 21.01.2017. To my surprise, on 21th Mar 2018, when I went to Madhyamgram Postoffice to deposit Rs.2000.00 and later got my passbook updated on 24.03.2018, I found that again a Loan Recovery amount of Rs.10149.00 got debited on 01.04.2017. That means no resolution happened on my previous complaints and it still shows this loan debit which I never took.
                Also, Rs.10, 000.00 deposited on 13.06.16 which shows in the old passbook is not reflecting in the new passbook.
                Again, I found that the address on my new passbook is wrong and the date of birth is wrongly showing as 29.02.1960.
                I raised the matter to the Madhyamgram, Post Master, he said that this transfer of data happened from the old passbook to new and also due to change from manual to the computer made all these errors and many of the customers are facing this and that they are short staffed so I should not expect an early response. The date of maturity of this PPF account is 31.03.2018. So all this needs to be settled otherwise I won't get the correct matured amount for the withdrawal of the matured value and I just have 2 more days left on this account to get matured.
                So there are 5 things that need to be resolved:
                a) There is no loan taken and hence all money deducted so far needs to be credited back including the amount debited of Rs.10149.00 on 01.04.2017
                b) The amount of Rs.10, 000.00 deposited on 13.6.16 showing in old passbook needs to be credited in the new passbook as well
                c) The correct final amount to be settled so that the matured amount could be taken out, the maturity date is 31.03.2018
                d) The correct address & date of birth as mentioned in the old passbook to get reflected in the new passbook

                All relevant documents are being scanned and attached for your reference and prompt action. This is going on since Aug 2016, and I am fed up now.

                Sir I have not received my consignment whose tracking no is EQ[protected]IN send by canera bank on[protected] when I am tracking this they show me as my consignment is in Rajnagar post office when i am contact them they tell me this is not delivery point for my pin code nobody was responding please into the matter urgently

                  Very disappointed... I went to purchase nsc in btm 2nd stage, bangalore post office today.. Around 11 i collected form and asked for all required documents.. When i completed all necessary things and went around 12.30 to submit all, they said we were working till 12 o'clock only today!! And now we can not accept, even though all post office work till 2 o'clock from monday to friday.. And didn't accept the application.. Also they said they wont be working on saturday (31/3) as well and will open directly on 2nd april though all other post offices are going to work on saturday.. Since it is closing of financial year it was very important that instead of making excuses they help the people..

                    Being extremely disturbed and irritated,
                    I'm finally writing this complaint against India Post, regarding a SPEED POST article I sent some days ago.

                    I had to Return an Item to Amazon's Returns Dock Office, Hyderabad, Telengana, as I have opted for Return in their website. First of all, I spit on Amazon.in organisation's face for such a Disgusting Self Return System where you have to Return Items by own.

                    The Destination was :-

                    Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.,
                    Customer Returns Dock,
                    GMR Airport City,
                    Survey No. 99/1, Mamidipally Village, Shamshabad,
                    Hyderabad, TELENGANA - 500018

                    Since no other Courier had service in the Destination Area, I had to choose India Post with no other choice. Generally, I sent the Item via SPEED POST which I booked at ARAMBAGH HO (Head PO of my Town) on 16 March, 2018. The Consignment Number was - EW[protected]IN

                    Now, we all know that A SPEED POST ARTICLE is delivered to ANY Location in India within a Maximum of 5 Days. But, this time, it has been 11 DAYS, and still its NOT DELIVERED !!!
                    Since, last 5 days, it has been Stuck in the Destination Office, R.G.I. Airport S.O., and there has been NO STATUS UPDATE. Last status I saw was "Item Received at R.G.I. Airport S.O".

                    So Now, where the Hell On Earth is my Item ??

                    WHY its not Delivered yet ??

                    WHEN will it be DELIVERED ???

                    Has any Greedy Dog working there in RGI Airport Office STOLEN it ??

                    If not, then What the ### happened to my Parcel ??

                    I Really want GENUINE ANSWERS and SOLUTION from India Post as Fast as possible !!

                    Otherwise, I won't think twice, about Facing them in the DISTRICT CONSUMER COURT !

                      I SANTOSH KUMAR KARN an Employee of BORDER SECURITY FORCE (BSF) and working under a very hardship circumstances in SRINAGAR (J&K).My Grievances is as under
                      1) Post man of LAHERIA SARAI H.O (846001) POST OFFICE in Darbhanga Bihar Mr. Pappu Paswan is not deliver my any letter at my address since his join this post office
                      2) Even today he kept my letter in his own custody which is SBI concern and not deliver since a week long even after many request has been done.
                      3) He is put my letter to either shopkeeper or anyone at Barheta Chouck without inform my relative and my many letter have been missed in this malpractice by above postman. When I made complaint in this regard to postmaster of LAHERIA SARAI H.O the above post man given open challenge to not deliver my letter at my address any more.
                      4) Head of this office is also not taken any action against him till date.
                      Kindly resolve above matter at priority basis

                        I am the receiver from germany. My parents had posted the parcel on 19.12.2017 from cuddapah post office and the tracking no is : ca[protected]in. If you track the post it is still in chennai foregin do. Its not been updated since months. I have mailed the foreign post office but i don't get any reply nothing but waiting. I have lodged a complain in india post website and its still going on since months but no proper response. They are saying its been delivered. But the german post is saying its not received. Its still in india. I don't see any impromemt rather than postponing it. All my article would have been spoiled by now its worth 10, 000 ruppees. This is very disappointing from the government side as you are not making any proper effort for resolving the issue.

                        Kindly look into that issue.
                        Atleast i would expect a refund for my parcel soon.

                          Today i went to race course vadodara (Guj) to deposit cheque of 1, 50, 000 for my ppf account no. [protected], but the clerk refused to accept cheque and said only cash is accepted. How can any post office deny to accept cheque. On the one hand government pushes for cashless transaction and any govt. Entity just simply deny to accept and process cheque? Immediate action be taken under information to me.

                                I send one consignment no. Ed[protected]in on 20th march2018 from sarojni ngr head post office to srinagar which reached there on 23 march but was not delivered till 26th. Now on 26th they called up nd told that it is torn come nd collect it. If this is the service then what for we r paying. This is shame for postal service especially jawahar ngr kashmir

                                  While I am going to post office Sausar, Pandhurna and Chhindwara for take the service of VPP the concern person which work on counter has decline my request due to some silly reasons..I need the VPP service on regular basis on these post offices
                                  Amravati Camp post office service are very poor. There staff doesn't have any scenes. There behavior about customers is very bad
                                  I ordered a product from Taiwan in Alibaba.com and I paid 20 u.s dollar for shipment after came to post office they are asking 600 rupees for the package to deliver...

Actually the problem is for my address actual post office: ambattur h. O. But the parcel send to padi s. O. Office. And i have checked with the aliexpress they have correctly mentioned name, address & pincode.
                                    In postal department simply updated wrong address. Then i called to both the post offices no response and now the product returned to mumbai.
                                    Then i have raised the mail complaint no response.

                                      Sir, i have a consignment no. Which is rm[protected]in. The last update made on 15/03/18, there is no further information given in consignment tracking. The cosignment is valuable and important for me. I tried to search my letter from my post office having pin code 412105 but no any information given by the postal person. The bag have already despatched from the main rms pune to my local po on 15/03/18. Plz do needful
