I have taken a personal loan from india bulls have paid 12 emi though delayed but within the month due to salary arrears from my previous employer.
Now a new agent has been assigned and he is unnecessarily pressuring every 15 mins with call and msg to pay emi even after i have clearly explained that it will be made but in a delayed date. While i have clean record of emi payment and have never missed a emi payment. His calls and msgs are getting higher and meaner from 6 am in morning to 11pm in night even after repeatedly saying i am committed to payment and have even made a part payment to show my commitment. This is getting out of hand now. If this is how a regular paying customer is treated i am frightened to think of the way this company works. Worse than interest walas.

    I have taken home from india bulls. For which 4 emi were due and they seized my property without any notification. Notice came to us today whereas property was sealed on 11th april. When we went to check with them they were not entertaining us nor were providing any details about it. Just asking from one branch to other but no solution yet. Also not providing 60 days notice period also before seizing. Even not behaving properly with my parents also and misbehaving with them.

      As per terms of agreement and general laws there is no foreclosure charges in home loan.however hfc is charging foreclosure charges @ 2% amounting to rs. 288315 on home loan + 5% on home equity amounting to rs 68451 although this is against my terms of agreement and torture to me.
      I am the only borrower and by including my proprietory firm as a co borrower they are charging foreclosure charges.
      When at the time of signing i asked why they are including this they told me it just co. policy to do so and cheated me so that they can levy foreclosure charges afterwards.
      I am a sole proprietor and i had taken loan for my home and no other purpose.
      and home loan was given to me only for sloe purpose of construction of house.

        I have closed my pl - iperban0124298 on 30-3-19, however an extra emi of rs.10231/- was deducted on 5-4-19. Against the same i have called to customer care on 5-4-19 and sent a mail request for refund and also provided the bank statement in pdf. Also doing follow-up on a daily basis…. However, as on date, from past 12 days i have not received my refund and noc also.. Please look in to the same and do the needful..
        As a customer i am feeling very bad and poor service of your bank.

            As i am a middle class person who invest the money in a project of shree mahaveer patwa at kharbab, biwandi on july 2010. And deposit rs.300000/- rs as a booking amount. But project is not yet ready to deliver and the concerning body also did not respond as much. I booked this flat by indiabulls. But meanwhile indiabulls also not responding on the same. I feel cheated and fradualabt.

              Hello,

              This is the regarding of home loan interest rate and loan tenure. Indiabulls suddenly increased my home loan interest rate and loan tenure without any prior intimation.

              When i took loan that time the terms was interest rate 10.10% and tenure of 20 years ( 240 months)

              After emi payment of 4 years, the indiabulls portal showing my tenure period of 498 months ( more then 40 years).

              Indiabulls have increased my emi amount and tenure also.

              I will be switched to other bank along with that I have all the rights to complaint against Indiabulls so look into this issue as soon as possible.

                They have charged me bouncing charges unnecessary. And also deduct around 1000 from my account on account of e mandate charges. They charged around rs. 3000/- for a loan of rs. 5000/- only. As i paid my all emi on timely basis, but they are still charges unwanted charge.

                  Indiabulls had already harrased me while in job even being a female employe. Still i left quitely but they are not providing my fnf salary now. After mail chains i received my relieving letter that too they mentioned my reliving date as 11th january instead of 14th january. This is such a fraud. I want my salary.                       Hello, I have taken a home loan from indiabulls (a/c number ending with 261569).
                      Initially the intrest rate was 9.2% and all of sudden they have increased to 11.3% that too without intimation.
                      Why indiabulls is charging this much where rest of the Bank's/nbcc are ready to give at 9%.??
                      Please take a note of this complaint. Same is being reported to RBI site, UP Jan sunvai and to court.

                        I was take a home loan for a 2bhk flat in year 2013 in supertech eco village 3. I was taking loan amount 1645603 ra at 10.25% rete of interest it was on floating point intrest. It fluctuate according to repo rate. But in month of jan repo rate down 0.25% but indiabulls hike my rate of interest 10.45 to directly 12.95%. Its very high. I have some pl @ 11%, how indiabulls hike 2.6% in a single time. I am still not getting my flat as well till today. I am paying rent and emi as well and indibulls hike my rate of intrest 12.95%. Its very unfair and difficult for me. I am going in deep depression because of indiabulls.

                        Today i got call from indiabulls but they cant solve my issue, they are not roll back my rate of interest. its still 12.95% . indiabulls is a fraud company. i am unable to understand how they are hike rate of interest of HOME LOAN, which is greater then a PERSONAL LOAN.                         I Got Call From indiabulls but they still said its depend on market conditions, but market condition is already well repo rate is no 6%. i am unable to understand which market condition you guys talking about. Indiabulls kewal apni manmani kar raha hai. totally fraud company hai. supertech aur indibulls milkar customer ki jaan nikalne par lage. dono ki sajish hai customer BT karwa nhi kakta to uska fayada udao. chor company hai dono supertech aur indibulls.

                          Hello sir
                          My home Loan A/c no.HHLDCP00220788 in India bulls housing finance.
                          Recently my loan interest rate is jumped from 9.3% to 11.90% at a time in January 2019 with out any pre intimation. I have never seen earlier this type of big jump. At a time 2.6% this is very rare. EMI tenure increased by 13 years 9 months (228 months to 393 months). I enquired in my branch also. They told that ” we don’t know anything, it has decided by management committee.”
                          I was surprised after seeing this high jump in rate of interest .Then I analyzed the interest change pattern through my re payment-schedule. Till now I didn’t see this type of mega variation. Maximum 0.20% hike at a time I observed. Now this is more than 14 times of regular hike. Although my flat was booked under floating rate of Interest this much of hike is irregular. Till now I have not been missing a single EMI payment at least.
                          When interest rate was changed from 9.10 to 9.30 in Dec 2018, the India bulls housing finance had explained me how much was IMLR rate and how it was related to my interest change. Fine. (Old explanation of IMLR.doc enclosed).
                          Now I want to know what is present IMLR rate? And how my rate of interest is jumped 2.6% at a time?
                          Please decrease my interest rate.

                            They have increased their interest rate twice till november although i have took loan in august. And today they again called me asked me to sign a agreement if i require my final disbursement. The agreement is to again increase the interest rate. Being the third time in a span of less than 3 years i am really frustrated just can't understand what to do.

                                  I had loan account number (Pl[protected] with indiabulls shivaji nagar pune.
                                  I have closed loan acccount by given complete amount of chcek on 31st jan 2019, as per the process they should have to call customer for takeing document within 30 days.
                                  I have not recived any call from them, when i call to customer care, they said we have raised your concern you will get call from bank within 3 day but no call.
                                  Again i call customer care. (Process repaedted for 3 times.)
                                  Actually i am the one who is following with customer care they are not givning resposnse. And finaly when call customer care one of customer care exicutive said, "collect your document from bank" so after 4 day i went to pune shivaji nagar branch to collect original document. Officer don't have any information regarding my document.

                                  What process they are folling after 54 days also they are not returning my original document.

                                  Very very bad experiences with indiabulls.

                                  Please help me to get documents back.

                                    Since 2018 oct, indiabulls is charging me overdue payment for no reason. I already have intimated indiabulls employee who was contact person me via email. Still i was overcharged.
                                    When i requested to foreclosure of account, without informing me about list original documents which they have received, sent me foreclosure letter with 2 working days to pay the due amount, else they will charge 1011/- amount each day as interest charge. On what basis, on which ground and with which terms and conditions they sent such letters.

                                    Irrespective of so much complain, still how govt. Of india allows indiabulls to operate in india without proper management to take decision wisely.

                                      I am Jayant Kumar Mishra loan account number is "HHLVAR00447344". I asked to my respective branch to issue credit information report on IBA format which is asked by UCO bank to take over the loan from India bulls as per the RBI Guidlines but IB deny then I called and mailed to customer care on 13th March with request no " IHF-289770-W3T6M3 . But still my request is pending and I did not get any response with the IB.
