Myself vikram singh having your ib lan - hhldcp00342354. Had registered my complaint through your customer app regarding the rate of interest charged by the indiabulls on my home loan but no response has been received. Presently you people are charging roi of 9.80% whereas my loan was sanctioned @8.35%. I am a ca & do understand very well that the roi is floating & changes as per market rate.

I took a person loan of 5 lac from India bulls finance after a few emis had personal issues, i lost my job and had medical treatment of my father so all my savings was exhausted and since then i was not able to pay loan on and missed 4 to 5 emis.
Problem is the harrashment from the loan guys even after explaining them the suitation number of times, I asked them to reduce my emi amount by extending the loan...

Cheaters and fraudsters, they suggested a project and promised rate of interest on housing loan as 9% to day after an year they are charging 12.5 % rate of interest as like personnel loan, on asking for reason no proper reason was mentioned and rplr rate is mentioned.

Loan recovery guys they come in group of 7 to 8 people who are like bouncers they show muscle power and harass me like we need the money today or else we can do anything. As per terms of agreement and general laws there is no foreclosure charges in home loan.however hfc is charging foreclosure charges @ 2% amounting to rs. 288315 on home loan + 5% on home equity amounting to rs 68451 although this is against my terms of agreement and torture to me.
