Myself anitha gaonkar. India bulls has a loan disbursement in the month of jan (21st) 2019. I had sent the demand note on 26th of december 2018. But the payment got delayed for 21st of february due to some internal problem in bank and the od has been changed to customer. Dispite of endless calls, personal visit and mail, no responsibile person is reverting on this. It's been totally harassment from this bank. I have been literally harassed since 3months. Request you to plz help in resolving it.

    I have paid my personal loan on 28th april 2019 of indiabulls dhani but till date i have not received noc and also they deducted emi even after payming a full loan payment and every time they gives only one reply we have escalated to our concern team you will get in 24 hours or maximum 48 hours but its not getting it my loan account number is ipersur01063775 with the name sadrani manojbhai i have mailed them many times but they dont understand my problem and not providing me noc

        Firstly they harassing me in calls and rude behavior. I attached they called number she very rude behavior and she said we will decrease cibil score so very shocked. She like a intimidation me. She without knowledge to said. I will explain you all now. I tried to paid my outstanding balance but debited my bank account but they site not successful so very frustrated. I tried to pay all due for 2416 but debited my bank account but they site error so i contacted they local employee and he said you can't pay full payment so pay only one month due so i again tried to pay 1000 rs but that amount also debited but they site error so totally you debited 3416 rs so i immediately contacted your local employee and told this and he informed me we will revert you but now 2 weeks after. What is this?. I want my money. Also multiple times email sent them with attached debited amount. Also don't judge without knowledge. They how to ask extra bounce charge? It's not my fault. Check my previous email i complaint also issue. Also if any cibil score is decrease so i will fill a case to consumer court. Because it's not my fault. I want my full cibil score. I have checked my all documents with previous cibil score so don't bad my cibil score if you do this so i will complaint to consumer court and also i discuss to my lawyer. Loan no: pl21641567

          Dear ib team

          Myself vikram singh having your ib lan - hhldcp00342354. Had registered my complaint through your customer app regarding the rate of interest charged by the indiabulls on my home loan but no response has been received. Presently you people are charging roi of 9.80% whereas my loan was sanctioned @8.35%. I am a ca & do understand very well that the roi is floating & changes as per market rate.

          Presently, you peoples are making cheesee commitments to your prospectove customers with women coapplicant offering roi 8.70% along with also certain waivers to them. Whereas i am also under the same bracket & as an existing customer you people had raised my roi to 9.80% whereas presently all the banks/ nbfcs offering roi of 8.7 to 8.90%.

          Its my humble request to your team to review my roi with an immediate effect & also allow waivers on the roi arrears for past months wrongly charged to me otherwise i will switch my loan to someother banks\nbfc who is loyal in his services & able to provide me roi as per the present market rate. Please take it as a serious reminder & resolve it as earliest.

            Please take actions.
            I took a person loan of 5 lac from India bulls finance after a few emis had personal issues, i lost my job and had medical treatment of my father so all my savings was exhausted and since then i was not able to pay loan on and missed 4 to 5 emis.
            Problem is the harrashment from the loan guys even after explaining them the suitation number of times, I asked them to reduce my emi amount by extending the loan duration but they didn't listen to it.
            Let me make it clear that i do intend to pay but need some cooling period as i am not able to focus on work and generate some extra income due to harrashment
            List of harrashment i faced.
            Daily threatening calls to put me behind bars
            They enter my wifes office and my residence forcefully and don't leave from there.
            They locked my door from outside
            They also fight with the security guys and enter the society and they discuss my personal matters with security guard and neighbours, also they followed my wife and she was scared to hell and what if she had met with an accident before she was able to call police or for any help.
            Because of this harrashment my wife is on the verge of loosing her job and if she looses her job, we may to commit suicide due to more undue pressure on us which we may not be able to handle as a human

            I had taken home loan(458420) from Indiabulls and the sectioned ROI was 8.65 and in last 6 Month they have increased it to 10.40 (almost 3%).

            I would say never ever go and apply for a home loan from India bulls as it the worst company to deal with .Its a complete fraud.

                Cheaters and fraudsters, they suggested a project and promised rate of interest on housing loan as 9% to day after an year they are charging 12.5 % rate of interest as like personnel loan, on asking for reason no proper reason was mentioned and rplr rate is mentioned.

                On asking for settlement, they threaten of charging cheque bounce case against me, i totally lost all my money paying their interest and please dont take any kind of loan either housing loan or personnel loan from them

                    I am complain to india bulls since oct'18. About wrong interest charge. I have informed ihf via call email, but only i use to get complain number. I had called indiabulls for pmay and they missleaed me. After my 1st complain on this forum, ihf missleaed me via recording the response of pmay against my complain on this forum. On 23/04/19, i received a email from ihf for payment of interest amount of rs 23/-. And also they threatened that they will go to cibil and also may take legal action. How they can send threat mail to customer like this. How govt. Of india allowing them to do so. I am waiting for answers. Ihf don't call me, instead ihf reply on this platform. Let it be clear conversation, and could be used for further process.

                      My son shray saxena has taken a personal loan from your organisation and he was paying his instalments continuesly . But this month he is not able to pay his instalment due to no job with him. But y people have haired the recovery agents who are highly criminals. Today 4 workers from the recovery agency came to my house for recevery but my wife and my daughter were alone at home. My wife told them that we will pay next month .then they called up my son & abused him and threatened him very baxly. His voice recording is with us. I am lodging a complaint to the police and also sending this to pmo and finaance ministry also. I hope u will understand and take a strict action againt this type of criminals.

                        I have borrowed loan amount of 2 lakhs from Indiabulls. I had been making monthly EMI's promptly. After 6 months I have done job shift and my company was not making me salary on time. So
                        called the bank and inform them that I need 3 months of cushion for making the payment. And they have agreed for the same. Now the collection agent has come to my home and treatend my family. My father has got an heart attack because of this issue.

                          I am having a personal loan from India bulls . Loan recovery guys they come in group of 7 to 8 people who are like bouncers they show muscle power and harass me like we need the money today or else we can do anything. If this is what India bulls method of recovery showing muscle power then I will file a FIR against them and India bulls.

                          No action has been taken on this complain instead I get a message stating that it's there his to use muscle power
                          People taking name of India Bulls and take processing charges and gst tax and insurance fees to complete loan process.And after receiving money they are not recy calls when their phones are active but not responding.Please help me Sir/Mam.Some people can we save from these frauds cases.

But my problen is the recovery agents neeraj joshi[protected] and kuldeep[protected] are harassing me and my family. They calledme many times in a day and threaten me to pay the debts also abused me. Moreover they visit my house 4 to 5 times a day and harassed my wife and mother for money and start shouting in my neighborhood. Sometimes they came in group of 3 to 4 people and start shouting in my locality and forced my wife to pay. As per law its totally illegal to use these kind of strategies and harassing me and my family. I request you to tale appropriate action against both of them otherwise i will file f.i.r. in 3 to 4 days after waiting for your response. Mehardeep singh from ludhiana.

                              I had taken loan at 9.3% floating interest rate in sep 2016 from indiabulls housing finance company with loan no. Hhldcp00295075. For decreasing rate i talk to indiabulls moti nagar branch and they demand a cheque rs. 1250/- for decreasing roi 8.7% and i have given the cheque for that but after few months again roi increase and now i am facing 9.75% current rate. I have taken loan amount 7 lac for 7 years (84 months) and almost 2.5 years but now emi pending is 87 months. Indiabulls moti nagar branch service is so bad i call to crm department again n again for take loan statment and forecloser letter from 7 days but not pick any call and never pick call to customer.

                                I raised a request 2-3 days ago for getting sanction letter, foreclosure letter, list of documents etc to transfer my loan to the other vendor.                                 Moreover, none of your customer care no are working since months now. I hope you are aware of it. I do not know how you are serving your customers without giving them even a single no to contact you in case of need. Your toll free no[protected] is not working since last 2-3 months.

                                Please take my request of above reference no in consideration and provide me necessary documents at the earliest. Also provide me the working customer care/executive no whom i can talk with if i did not receive.

                                    I took a loan Nov, 2017 from indiabulls. For which my repayment amount is 5266/month, which used to get deducted automatically from my bank account on 2nd. However, due to some economical problem I was paying that amount by cash to the collection representative every month & the same was given on last month (March '19). However, due to some unfortunate reason in tge month of April, there was a delay in payment as I defauled. I have inform them several times through myself as well as my family members that the repayment will be started again from.the month of May as on above mentioned date from my bank account as it was used to be & I was also agreed to the fact that I will be paying defaulter charge if any applicable. Still collection team people physically going to.my place anytime of the day or night & harassing my mother who is acute heart blockage patient, Along with my relatives & friends.
                                    Kindly look into the matter to stop harassing my family members as I am not denying to pay the loan amount & same has been discussed with them as well. My loan account # PL00298028

                                      I had taken loan at 11% floating interest rate in august 2016 from indiabulls housing finance company with loan no. Hlapsur00281990. Rates have constantly kept changing every few months by 0.20% to max 0.50% everytime. But in november 2018 the rate has been hiked straight 1% from prevailing 11.5% to 12.5%. Again in december there was another hike of 1% from 12.5% to 13.5%. I complained at the nearest branch about it but they said rates cannot be changed. So i had to forcibly take decision to foreclose the loan.in that also they are charging 3% + gst. I had taken loan of 62lakhs and now after paying about 22lakhs already in emi i still have to pay 60.83lakhs to foreclose loan.

                                      Indiabulls is charging 2.05lakhs charges for foreclosing which i have to do forcibly because of such steep interest rate hike for no reasonable market conditions. Indiabulls is giving new loans at 11.50% right now and they are charging 13.5% to old customers.

                                      This is not fair at all and i have already lodged complaint with national housing bank (Nhb) regarding the issue.

                                        I received personal loan from indiabulls 6-7 months earlier. I started business with that amount and last month i had lost my business. Because of loss i made late payment last month and i don’t have anything to pay now. Continuously i am requesting them to give me some time and i will make arrangements and then i will pay amount or for sure i will pay in next month but collection team is calling since morning 7 am to late night. Yesterday mr. Sunil (‭[protected]‬) visited my house in my absence and threatened my mom and brothers. My mom is sick now and she is a diabetic patient. Mr. Srinivas, mr. Ashok, mr.
