India bulls (Ivl finance) is the very worst company i have ever seen or experienced. I'm an existing customer of india bulls n i'm facing issues from day 1 till now.
While applying for loan, i clearly told them that i want loan agreement for 3 years n without my knowledge they approved it for 4 years.
When coming to customer service, it is the hopeless service. I have completed 8 emi with india bulls, i had called them to check my outstanding balance and the agent is telling that she don't have any of my information n i was given various numbers to call. Though i tried all the numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]), ended up with no information at all.
After many researches, i was asked to go to malleswaram branch and i got the same response from them. Finally, i had to reach the india bulls koramangala and met sebsi (System manager) who is the worst lady i have met in this world.
She was very rude to me, when i tried explaining my issues, she was asking me the stupid questions in return and asked me the proof of the issue and all those stuffs which was ridiculous. She doesn't have the basic manners to give respect and talk to the customers. We had to end up with the arguments
I was highly disappointed with them n i badly wanted to close this account. Here is the calculation:
I got the loan approved for 1, 45, 000. I paid 8 emi's. I closed the loan in the 9th month. I was shocked to see my pre-closure amount. I paid 1, 42, 360.
I took loan for 1, 45, 000. Inspite of paying 8 emi i ended up paying 1, 42, 360.
This is what india bulls is up to.
I kindly request you all not to go with india bulls at any cost. You will have a huge loss of money, face many issues and security discomfort. Any changes made in indiabulls will never be notified to it's customers.
