I Paid My Dhani Due Payment 464 Via UPI and the transaction was successful. But it is not credited to the dhani app.
I have UPI reference id also.
I have also spoken to Paytm Support Care they said that the transaction is successful by our end.

in september 2020
but dhani collection team never show courtesy issuing NOC letter
aftr many month follow up and branch visit and many calls they gave excuse only ..
. iam following since one year for noc letter. i went andheri office then
vidhyavihar office from last 5 month received 50 calls from dhani collection
team gave 50 times receipt number requested for close, now i fed up.. i met maharastra collection head
mr pankaj his number [protected]., then i called many times mr santosh manager
arranged foreclose and who sent boy for collection
payment his number [protected]. every month 2 times my ecs presenting .
then bouncing per month total 2 loans 4 times minimum 25 times bounced
avg 8000 cheque return charge i have to bear from my bank account .????
now threating sms from dhani mr ashok lawyer .appointed,

I emailed twice above this matter in april and may month respectivly to dhani nodal officer.
but they no fear to reply my mail. kindly look into the matter. other customer also dont be harrased like me threating sms my number registered number [protected] and number [protected]

My PAN number has been used for a fraud loan

I paid rent through phonepe of Rs 3484 using dhani freedom card on 25dec21 but transaction failed but same day money transaction seen as the amount had been refunded into the card but money not yet refunded and not reflecting in my dhani account.please help

Dhani is not crediting my refund for the cancelled orders.

I cleared my dues still it is showing inactive. And I received massage stating you have outstanding amount. For which company say you have to pay in 3 Emi. And in app it is showing due 0. So what does it mean. Is this fraud. Kindly help me and active the amount as I'm a housewife and need this card for some important work.

I checked my cibil but i saw 2399, 2 loans showing in my cibil, but i had not taken any loan from this company, and showing current balance is 10726 and overdue 1378 and second loan showing of current balance 12147 and overdue 6309, please solve this issue this company missuing my pan card and defect my cibil score.

I had a freedom card with India Bulls Dhani. I paid all my dues on time and till now the same is not updated and they are charging me and affecting my CIBIL. I did gave a written complaint on their Twitter account but no resolution has been provided. Also their collections agents have mentally tortured me day Nd nite by calling and using abusive language.

Hi ..please confirm why subsidy Rs 235068/- is mentioned as CLSS (Addback) in foreclosure letter sent by you on 22 Dec 21 due to which fore closure charges increase to 2.71Lac..please revert .. foreclosure letter attached..

Also check the foreclosure letter sent by you on 8th Sep 21 10:59..in which total payable amount is rs 1850141 only...

Please correct this and send correct foreclosure letter ASAP.

I've done a transaction on Mobikwik using Dhani One Freedom Card and transaction failed but money has been debited. I've been harrassed to pay the EMI and refund has not been credited yet.

. I create a watsapp group for this if anybody want to add this and fight fraud against this company please message me on this no. 952II524I2.

I have also presented all the documents, yet I have not been given a letter by removing subsidy amount from the fore closer letter so far.I have been mailed and talking to India Bulls from 17/12/2021 to till now but still I have not been given my for closer letter to the PMAY SUBSIDY Remove.

I dont take any loan from ivl finance ltd but in my credit report its showing 4298/-Rs from ivl finance..
In my credit report showing pending payment from last 90 days this is imapacting my credit score...
I dont know why this guys are doing fruds like this...

Several tinems i have consumed your credit line and paid it back, but last 3 months i lost my job and was not able to pay your dues properly. Now my total overdue is showing is Rs. 9607/- only. Whereas in this dificult financial situation i have already paid Rs. 2000/- only on last 4th of december 2021 which shows my good intention i hope. Some recovery agent named Pijush Mukherjee (Mobile no: [protected]) came to my home and with his forcefull atitude threatened me that if i dont pay the rest amount by 24th December 2021, He will come again and create a chaos infront of my house to hamper my socioal dignity.

I just need more 15 to 20 days to arrange the rest of amount to pay. Now if you please give me this period and set me free from this problem i shall be greatful to you.

As a under treatment petient of Instute of psychiatry for anxiety and depression i am not fit for facing this type of situation as well.

Iam chitra i got a call from dhani to pay the settlement amount i paid the amount and shared the screenshot with them till now my loan is not closed daily i got a call from them to pay the amount now again i paid the amount on december 18th still they not closed the loan and not provided the noc

I have activated freedom card credit of 50000 and i have charged monthly subscription fee of 900rupees so i paid that amount . But after that I don’t want to use that credit limit so i cancelled my plan and blocked the card, but now i got a msg that i have a due of amount 5844. So i call to customer service and told about it so they told me that pay that due charges and i will got my money back in wallet. So i made payment of that due amount. After that i was not get any case back so again call to customer care so they told me that i will not got any cash back . So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Amount refunded from the Zomato app on 07/12/2021 but not credited in my wallet by dhani team
