    Dear IndiaBulls Please Take action on this recovery agent name Swapan ([protected])he is very unprofessional, never carry any ID card & behave like he is a police & im a criminal. if company dont take any action against him I'll never pay any bill & also will file a FIR in my near police station, RBI because (he is not following any RBI guidelines)keep harassing & torturing me & my family, if i dont get any help i have to suicide, Company( IndiaBulls Dhani) & that recovery agent will be responsible for this, i'm in depression now please help me i dont have money to repay you, i lost my job,

            I was paid 205 rupees on Jiomart for buying an item on 11/12/2021 through dhani rupay prepaid card. Then i was changed my mind and cancel my order. Jiomart refunded the money the next hour, but the money is not credited on dhani card. Dhani didn't attend any call.

                I have made an online payment for a phone on Flipkart. I paid 8499 through dhani one freedom credit card and placed the order. But due to late delivery issue I cancelled the order on Flipkart and Flipkart refunded my amount to dhani one freedom credit card. but the amount is not found on my dhani account. I had already paid the first emi for using 8499. Please help me with this issue.my remaining two emi's should be removed and the first emi I paid should be refunded.

                COMPLAINT 2: While I was trying to contact the dhani costumer care to complaint about the above mentioned "refund amount issue", I recieved a call from [protected] claiming to be the dhani costumer service and he manipulated me into disclosing OTP for login follwed by OTP for a transaction of 9851 INR . Before I realised the fraud, money transfered. Iam attaching the screen shot of the transaction.

                So the total amount I lost is now summed up to 18350 [9851 + 8499] . Harshly enough I have to pay the frist emi by tommorow or else my credit score will be effected.

                Iam just a student, this is hard earned money for me. please prioritize my complaint and kindly solve this for me as soon as possible.

                  I am receiving spam messages offering personal loans from India Bulls Dhani company regularly when I have not made any queries.

                  I have not opted or subscribed to anything from idhani. I made a complaint on complaintboard.in also, But there is not resolution to this problem.

                  Still getting messages even after complaint. Stop messaging me immediately.

                      I checked my Experian report to find out a loan issued under my name with a fake address and mobile number by IVL Finance, on contacting customer care they told me that a Dhani one freedom card was issued by uploading documents under my name, no Aadhar OTP verification, no physical verification, this is a case of Identity theft by fraud documents, the support email id is clueless and asks me to first pay the dues, how can I pay the dues when I never took the loan, the loan is issued on a phone number that I don't own, I asked them to kindly block the card so the fraudster cannot withdraw any additional amount but they are unwilling to do so.

                      How can an NBFC like Dhani and Indiabulls sanction a loan just on the basis of an Aadhar card and pan card photo and no verification?

                        I was facing some refund issue with cred app so i made some tweets on twitter someone took my details from twitter and called me to confirm all details.I provided OTP to login in cred app and adhar otp then i received the OTP from american express card of Rs.45000 and then i got to know that someone fraud person is accessing my all cred details and using it on some other apps as well. I initiated the complaint to cred and then they investigated the same and found that my account is accessed in two devices they immediately deactivated the same.
                        I have only one mobile phone which is [protected].
                        Fraud called numbers-
                        He called me from this no [protected]
                        Got msg from from him [protected]
                        He created my dhani account from [protected]

                        I am copying the cred team as well who investigated all fraud activities done in cred app.
                        Request you to kindly block all transaction from dhani app and card and i am not liable to pay anything to dhani if any transaction occurs.

                          I order 977ruppes medicine on dhani pharmacy via slice card and failed later i used icici credit card and did same thing, money debited from my account but cannot complete order such a pathetic service i pay 977+977 for a order later i contact them but there was no responce kindly help

                            My self Salma Gadkari and had taken a personal loan of 40000. My last EMI was supposed to be deducted on 5th Dec, as it was last EMI I was getting no. of calls from your team saying that If i pay that amount before the due date you will start the process for foreclosure and you will waive off late fees. This is said by your team to me . I am sharing the message which is sent by your team. I was supposed to pay 2093 but the link which I have received there says I had paid 2213+ some charges = Rs. 2225 on 29th November. After paying this amount now I am getting a reminder message saying to keep the balance. Firstly I have paid all my EMI's so I will not maintain the balance because I have paid the amount which is extra. and waive off the charges as you have promised. I am not going to pay the bounce charges if you deposit the cheque on 5th Dec, because the payment is already made. Sharing the Screen Shot of the payment. One of your assistant told me that he has sent a request to the foreclosure team. and whatever the penalty charges are, that's all because of this. I pay and you deposit. Then why did your customer care call and send the link to pay early ? I need an answer to this. I have sent many mails on [protected]@dhani.com. If you want you can check.

                            Also I need a refund of my bounce charges because I had called 20 to 25 times to the customer care and I have sent many mails . If you feel i am lying you can check your inbox.and informed about the EMI i have paid but still u had deposited and cheque got bounced. Do you want me to complain against you all ?

                            I need a solution and revert as soon as possible as I am fed up with the follow up. I didn't face any problem in 2 years but now in the end I am facing a lot of problems. Please resolve my query. or call me. You can share the no. of particular team with whom I can speak.

                              I forclosed my dhani personal loan (IPERHYD[protected] on 29th Nov21 and requested for NOC.

                              I provided all the details to dhani loan care and after that they deducted the EMI and not process the loan closure.

                              I sent more than 5 mails to [protected]@dhani.com and no responce from them.

                              Please fix this ASAP.

                                I tried using the Dhani One Freedom card on 8th December through paytm to pay someone. For some reason the payment failed through paytm but the anount got deducted from my dhani account. The payment failed and paytm later texted me that the rbl bank has accepted the refund. And now the app os prompting me to pay my due money, due for what money? The money that I didnt even get? I mailed the customwr support team thrice but got no reply from their side. Below are screenshots of my account, paytm transaction and the text messages.

Dear sir i take credit line loan from IndiaBulls dhani one freedom card, my loan amount is 10000 but during corona pandemic my husband lost his job, income is so limited thats why im unable to pay my dues in one shot right now but im collecting money & still paying my EMI, today i got a threaten call from dhani recovery agent his phone number is ([protected]) call me & threat me to clear all dues by tomorrow or he will come to my home & tell about my loan to everyone in my neighborhood i dont think they r following RBI guidelines properly i tell him ill pay my half dues this week & last half next week & clear all dues but he dont want to listen to me. he just give judgment like a judge.

                                    On Nov 19, in Amazon my order has been cancelled and they informed me that I will get the refund on or before 24th Nov. Today it's 9th December, almost 20 days has over but till now I didn't get any refund. I have a medical emergency, the money is very urgent. I don't know what's happening, I need my money asap!.

                                      I took a some loan of rs.3450 for 12 months emi and I paid regular emis on time after completing 12 months I paid rest of full amount. After paying penting amount again it's showing 473 overdue amount that also I paid. After I try to close the dhani account it's not allowed. And again it's showing rs.568. I called customer care it's not getting connection and I mailed with complete details but not get any reply. I request for call then they called me but they so rude they are not understanding customer problem. After that I received a call from Vineet from credit team I explained indetailed.
                                      He told that he will update details with in 24hours will reslove. But it not resolved.
                                      The amount which earlier 568 then again shoes 96rs I received a call from customer care she sir just pay 80rs we will closed you account so I paid that also.
                                      I paid more amount which required.

                                      But now again I check the app again 568rs reflecting.
                                      This dhani people are herrassing me.

                                      I take one freedom card also of 5000rs credit limit that also I cleared all me EMIs but still available credit limit showing 4033rs I don't understand why this dhani people playing with customers and herrassing.

                                      This is totally disappointing me due to small amount I took facing alot of problems.

                                      Please take it serious action against Dhani app.

                                      I am requesting please close my account completely I paid more amount With charges. Please close it on priority.

                                        I transferred around 2671 to my bank account from the wallet on 6th dec.. Its been 2 days, but still I haven't received any. I tried contacting them on both calls and emails but haven't got a single reply from both ends. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.
