Hi,

I do NOT understand how many more emails or phone calls do I need to make to Dhani before I am given a resolution on the matter. I have already made 100s of them and all i get is Work In progress ??? WTH ??

I will still try and make it simpler for you guys to get this sorted out ASAP.

1. You have WRONGLY REPORTED PAYMENTS AS LATE FOR Loan Account Number: CL09034947 BY 43 DAYS IN CIBIL & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS (EXPERIAN, CRIF HIGHMARK & EQUIFAX) WHICH HAS TRASHED MY SCORE WITHESE BUREAUS.(I have attached the credit reports)

2. THE REASON WHY I DISPUTING THIS REPORTING TO CIBIL AND OTHER BUREAUS IS BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE "ONE FREEDOM TRANSACTIONS" AS THE WALLET LIMIT WAS REACHED AND INSPITE CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES WITH THIS ISSUE NO RESOLUTION WAS PROVIDED TO ME. (Screenshot Attached)

3. I TRIED EVERY MEANS TO MAKE THE OUTSTANDING PAYMENT TOWARDS THE LOAN ID BUT THE DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UNTIL DECEMBER WHEN MY WALLET GOT INCREASED MAGICALLY AND THEN I DID MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT.

4. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED 3 POINTS INDIABULLS DHANI SHOULD NOT HAVE REPORTED THE PAYMENTS AS LATE IN CIBIL & THIS HAS BEEN DONE WRONGFULLY AND ARBITRARILY.

5. I WANT THESE LATE PAYMENTS REMOVED FROM CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS LIKE EXPERIAN AND CRIF IMMEDIATELY FOR THE Loan Account Number: CL09034947.

6. KINDLY REFER TO POINT 5, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT RECORD FROM CIBIL ELSE I AM GOING TO RBI & BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

Hope I have been able to make these explicitly clear to you what is the issue here and asking you to remove the Late payment record from CIBIL for the said Loan Account Number: CL09034947. REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT, JUST DO NOT UPDATE THE LOAN ACCOUNT PAID OFF AND CLOSED INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE LATE PAYMENT INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS.

Is This Clear enough Now ???? I have attached the CIBIL report and the Experian Report where you can find that Dhani has informed the Loan Account Number: CL09034947 as LATE by 43 days for NO fault of mine since you have NOT been able to collect the payments.

So the late payments from CIBIL has still Not been removed.

This was something that was getting resolved on priority & was promised to me is already done.

Now not only it is still not resolved, this issue but you guys have stopped calling & giving me updates about this as well ??

Can you call me & update why has you relevant team still NOT removed the late payments & corrected the DPD to “0” even after promising to get that done a ton of times ???

WHEN will this resolve & the late payment get removed & the DPD get corrected to “0” ??? Can you please let me know & update on the same ??? I have been waiting for over 2 months now.

Kindly call me & let me know when will this resolve & the DPD get corrected to “0” - I even sent you a fresh CIBIL report in 7-8 different times. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee resolve this, it has been going on for over 2 months !!!

Hi,

If I remember correctly did you guys not promise & confirmed that this wrong DPD reporting in CIBIL & EXPERIAN has already been rectified for the months of October & November & the late payments have been removed when end of the month January CIBIL updation by your relevant department ??

Yet it is coming to end of February & the wrongly reported late payments & DPD for Oct & NOV 2021 is still reflecting in CIBIL. Dhani totally TRASHED my CIBIL & EXPERIAN for being a good loyal customer to you guys !!

You CIBIL department just does NOT give a damn about what happens to my sufferings for something that is NOT even my fault & they are just playing GOD while here I am begging & pleading you guys month after month to correct something that should NOT have been there in the first place !! Neither we can contact them by via any channel nor they care about us since we are NOT celebs whose complaints get dealt in NO time !!

Seriously it just takes a moment to correct the CIBIL if the intention is there but seems like you guys just want to keep me suffering for NO FAULT OF MINE !!

CHECK MY ACCOUNT, I GIVE INDIABULLS DHANI BUSINESS IN LAKHS EVERY MONTH WITHA PERFECT PAYMENT TRACK RECORD, THESE WRONGLY & WRONGFULLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENTS WILL EVENTUALLY DROP OFF BUT YOU WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER LIKE ME IF THIS DOES NOT GET SORTED BY THIS MONTH. I PROMISE DHANI THIS !!

If you guys SERIOUSLY MEAN a word that you have said till now or the promises you have made, get the CIBIL corrected instead of just buying time by repeating the same thing time & over again !!

CIBIL just twitted me (I have attached the screenshot) that Dhani is NOT even RESPONDING to their dispute request !! How can I even trust a single word that is being said here ??

This has been ON-GOING for the last 3 months yet you have shown complete DIS-REGARD to my problem & the situation in every sense possible !! Even CIBIL is tweeting saying that they have been UNABLE to get a response on the matter from Dhani yet you are telling me you guys have been working relentlessly on this for the pst 3 months !!??

Dos correction of wrong reporting in CIBIL take 3 months to resolve ? Also what kind of behaviour is this NOT even responding to CIBIL over the dispute so that the matter is resolved ?

Next I will take I will take this to court & claim for all costs too if you do NOT resolve it for me immediately. Enough with all the fake promises for the last 3 months !! Trust me I will do It !!

    I Have A Proof Of Dhani Payment Gateway Which Is RAZORPAY And This Is The Payment I'd( pay_Idk4eiWdGoEdrh ) Of My Payment Of Credit Dues. Your Customer care executives Never Recieves Calls And I Can Go To At Any Extend Far As Much As I Can. Worst Experience From IndiaBulls Dhani . Activate My Daily Credit Limit And Remove That Due Amount Which Is Fake.
    My Name Is Mohammad Aamir Raza, And Because Of This Issue My CIBIL SCORE Would Be Decrease. And I Can't Afford This. Respond Through Mail Quick As Possible. And Do Check Photos For Your Intelligence Executives.

      Today I Have Cleared All the dues of 443rs and My Credit Limit Is Still Inactive, infact they are again asking for dues which I had already given my money has been debited from the account and they still asking for 443rs due amount . Sorry But This Ain't Going To End Here, I'm Going To File A Complaint. Worst Experience Ever. If You Not Activating My Daily Credit Limit Then I Want A Refund For That 443rs Amount That I Have Already Cleared.

          My dhani Freedom Card is not yet received after the message i recived that it has been dispatched neither the tracking number was sent for me to track it. the customer care line also never gets connected.
          when it gets connected they only say that i will receive it and to be patient.

            Address: INDIABULLS housing finance limited F-205, 2ND FLOOR, ADITYA PLAZA 2, Sector 14, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201011

            Hi ..please confirm why subsidy Rs 271264/- is mentioned as CLSS (add back) instead of Rs.267180/- in foreclosure letter sent by you on 23 Dec 21 due to which fore closure charges increase to 2.71 Lac..please revert .. foreclosure letter attached..

            Note:- If this benifit every indian citizen got through PMAY subsidy, why INDIABULLS has add back in foreclosure now.??

            Yesterday I have visited in Kaushambi branch they give a printout with reason ( not validated ) mention in attached .

            If not validated, than why subsidy ammount released in 2019.

            Also check the foreclosure letter sent by you on 23rd Dec 2021, 23:32..in which total payable amount is rs 1482077.96 which is increasing 2.71 Lac due to CLSS (add back)

            Please correct this and send correct foreclosure letter ASAP.

                Some fraudster had taken loan on my name just by providing half kyc documents and wrong mobile and address. Dhani has tagged the loan to my pan. I have complained to dhani ombudsman and support. But they are not taking any action. They are in turn asking my proofs to that they can update the correct address in my cibil.

                    I have One Freedom Card from Indiabulls Dhani, Every month 26th They Convert my Freedom card Spend into Credit Loan and I have to pay back as 3 EMI's. They will directly Deduct from My bank account on 5th of Every month. Last Month They Wrongly Calculated the Transaction instead of Rs.16, 500 and Created Loan for Rs.22, 965 (Loan id- HLKVID6JLFNWJRX) . So I didn't pay the EMI and Asked them to Correct my Loan amount and then I will pay. I raised complaint Via email and Contacting their customer care. Finally i got call from their team to revise my Loan amount.T hey updated the Loan Amount to Rs.16, 500 and send payment link to make Revised EMI amount. In-between Two Recovery Agents come to my residence without informing me When i am at my office.They Spoke abusively to my neighbor and Called me via neighbor phone.I explained them that there was a mistake in my loan and i raised complaint in DHANI and its under process. But they are not ready to listen and asking me to pay Loan amount again and again and shouting infront of all of my neighbors, They didn't stop witht that, They went to my Hubby's Mothers residence by Showing our proofs to that Area people. Finally they met my Sister in law and Spoke to her abusively like giving warning using Bad words and Shouting, Everyone gathered infront of her house and it was very shamefull moment for us. I will file an FIR against both of them if they not appologise to us . This is unacceptable Behaviour from Dhani Recovery Agents. Dhani India Bulls should take action againt them. I will not stop untill they take action proper action.

                        I am from Howrah named Riya Das and I have been using your one freedom card for a long time. My card details as mentioned below :

                        Several times I have consumed your credit line and paid it back, but in the last 3 months I lost my job and I also had an accident in which my leg was in injured and I had to take bed rest for about 15 days. Now my over due is Rs. 5534/-only. I falled my commitment due to a critically difficult financial situation.
                        Your recovery agent named Avinandan ( phn no- [protected])and Bibha Chowdhury (no-[protected]) had talk with me and forcing me mentally to pay the full amount immediately but now I need just 15 to20 days more to arrange the amount to pay.
                        Now if you please give me this period and set me free from this problem I shall be grateful to you.

                          I have never used IVL FINANCE LTD app or anything to take loan and here on my cibil score it shows an outstanding loan amount on my report which I have not taken

                            I have cleared all my due but they can't update rs 25000 it's show rs 24989 that's why I am unable to cancel my card plan. They charge me 589 in every month since September 2021. After 35 complain 30/35 email they can't solve this problem. Every time I call they tell wait for 2/3 days. They destroyed my civil score ruined my career. If I don't pay subscription charge they torture me, life threatening msg call, effects my mental health. I have cleared everything but don't know why they can't update full credit balance. It's been a 4 month they can't solve my problem .this is ridiculous.

                                Sir, I have facing issue related Dhani account. I already deactivated card and inactive all the service in march month june -21 and already closed auto debit mode from my side because i dont want to use dhani one freedom card and I never taken any services of dhani one freedom card at all but after that dhani mention every month subscription charges.

                                i have already mail to dhani customer care and provide all supporting document but he dont close my account.

                                        हम 17 /12/2021 से इंडिया बुल्स से मेल पर फोरक्लोज़र लेटर मांग रहे है फोरक्लोज़र लेटर हमे अभी तक नहीं मिला है इंडिया बुल्स की टीम ने जो भी डॉक्यूमेंट हमसे मगे है हमने सबमिट करे है, उसके बाद भी हमे कल मेल पर कहा जा रहा है की आप ब्रांच में आये जबकि ब्रांच यहाँ से ५०कम दूर है जो की हम नहीं जा सकते है, क्युकी हमे ऑफिस से छूटी नहीं मिल रही है.
                                        इतने दिनों से हमे मेल पर कहा जा रहा है आपकी कम्प्लेन अंडर प्रोसेस है फिर आज क्यों हमे फिर से ब्रांच में डॉक्यूमेंट जमा करने के लिए कहा जा रहा है जबकि सभी डॉक्यूमेंट हम मेल पर दे चुके है.
