I have not activated dhani one freedom card still dhani is charging money 1250 as card interest. I have not used the card nor made any transaction through it. But dhani customer care representative told that I did transaction. What is happening with them.
Nobody should ever take loan or any other cards from Dhani. Your life will be in trouble.

Also customer care representatives are calling many times. Not good way doing business.

Seriously company management have to think about that.

They gave me a credit of Rs.25, 000. And I've paid 23, 351 already, but it is showing that I still have Rs. 18, 000 due. What I don't understand the math is that how can it be possible? If the credit limit was Rs. 25, 000 of which I've almost paid Rs.23, 000. They are charging late fee on dues that's already paid. I spoke to the customer service they said I used Rs.20, 000. Most of the time it's unreachable. I even wrote them so many mails. The only reply I get is that I haven't paid the loan. They don't provide proper service and gives inadequate responses. But I recieve calls everyday for repayment. Even on Sundays and holidays.

Am transfer money 5, 000/- from dhani wallet to bank account but amount was not credit so please solve the issue and please credit amount as soon as possible. Please find transaction slip details below or give me a call from your support team.

In my cibil report there are unknown loans from IVL Finance Ltd., and IDFC Bank and INDIAASSET, please solve my problem about that unknown loans, please do ASAP

Sir I just open a account in dhani and I first send 235 rs to dhani to activate my credit limit and money deducted from my account but my credit limit is not activated it keeps showing me to activate credit limit send 235 rs..

I have applied a personal loan 250000 rs in indiabulls finance company. they asked 4500 rs for the purpose of insurance, i paid that amount.after that they ask 7500 rs for TDS CHARGES, i paid that amount also.after that 11250rs for NOC FROM RBI i paid 4000 rs .i cant pay remaining amount.after that they are not responding to me.total i have pay 16000 rs.i want my money back.so please help me sir.thank you.

Why is IVL Loan amount of Rs.778 showing on my cibil record, when i have not taken any loan from your company.

If this is related to dhani loans then please check your records that i have closed my account couple of months back after clearing all your made up dues.

I spoke on customer care and mailed request for closure of my account. The team informed me on mail that the account has been closed.

Kindly resolve this issue and delete/close my account immediately.

Sir, i have activate dhani freedom card april last year, i have paid all emi time to time but card is blocked show due, i have complaint costumer care and paid advance emi but emi refund and card is not work so i have paid my all dues in advance and mail costumer care to close my card and my libilities. Company not close my card and show due subscription fees . costumer care ask pay all due subscription fees .kindly tek action and close my account.

I am unfortunately a customer of dhani app, and had subscribed for dhani one freedom card. I had cancelled the card later and there was zero dues. but few months back I think September or October 2021, I saw again some outstanding/ dues are showing I paid them and again cancelled the card have sent mails to [protected]@dhani.com to cancel and acknowledge but NO REPLY. again yesterday I opened dhani app and I saw 200 rs Dues against Dhani Freedom card, I took this issue to linkdin then I got call from some Neha where she mentioned that card was not cancelled and you have to pay 200rs which again I paid and was trying to cancel but today (5th January 2021) I woke up and can see another 400 rs as a dues. I am so sick and tired of this I want to close the account permanently. This is so irritating. Customer care number always gets cut in one ring, they dont reply the mails, they asked me to msg on Facebook but they blocked me over there also. people gets so frustrated with this kind of harrasement and hang themselves. I request through this portal that I want to close this dhani app right now Kindly help.

Hi i m chandan thakur my register mobile number is [protected], i want to complain agaist the fraud company indiabulls, pls take strict actions agaist them, i have paid the subscriptions fees of 249 for dhani one freedom card, on 6th december, but the card was inactive and i did not get any benefit in that month, please i request the consumer complaints to take strict actions agaist this fraud company or else i have to complaint in the police station, regarding this they are increasing and adding the amount of subscriptions fees every momth to my income tax details please take strict actions agaist this fraud company indiabulls
