Dear Team,
This is to let you know that I received a communication from dhani team on 28.11.2021 informing me that I had some outstanding dues on my account. I accessed the app to check the costs and saw that Rs. 2065 had been levied on my deactivated account in lieu of monthly membership rates for the previous few months. There has been no notification of the due charges in the last seven months. The following is the rationale for the withdrawal of these falsified charges:
1. I did not receive an actual card.
2. On May 14, 2021, my digital card and plan were both cancelled (screenshot attached).
3. For the past seven months, I have not gotten any payment reminders.
4. On August 4, 2021, a communication stating that the due payment notice was issued by error was received (screenshot attached).
5. On April 20, 2021, the full and final payment was placed into the foreclosure account with the account number IDOFDEL[protected]screenshot attached).
6. For your convenience, a copy of the service shutdown email dated April 27, 2021 is attached.
In light of the foregoing, I respectfully request that you erase these charges from my account and permanently terminate my account.
