Hi,

I have received an order mentioned in the subject on 30 Oct 2021. In the order received there was an item missing Cartigen Duo Tab-4 Strips, for which I am invoiced, amount is deducted already.

I have requested on 2 nov for refund but they never answered. Even I tried to contact grievance email but all in vain.

Do not use Dhani Pharmacy ever.

      My Name Is Sonkusare Parth Umakantbhai, Email Id [protected]@gmail.com .I Have Been Using Dhani One Freedom Card From Long Time, My Daily Available Credit Limit Got Inactive All Of Sudden I've Wrote Emails Couple Of Times Connected Through Customer Helpline Number Too So Many Times They Told Me To Wait Your Problem Will Be Solved Soon, I Couldn't Use My Available Credit Limit Since Last 2 Months Still It's Showing Inactive, Now I've Paid All Dues In Hope That May Be They Can Restore And Make That Daily Limit Available To Me To Use So I Paid All Dues And Subscription Fees Of 998 Rupees Too, That 998 Rupees Still Not Getting Updated

        I have purchsed your product dhani app, and im fully satisfied with the app, the problem is now i have orderd one freedom card at november 10th for second time by losing my first card i ordered, its almost one month, 3 days before the delivery boy called me and i went for collect and then they says its RETURNED and we cant do anything, and also they says call your dhani app for further details..and i tried for whole time, you even didnt give your specific customer care number, what shall i do now.??

          Every month they are auto debit the amount and it is not credited to my one freedom account and calls center are calling daily without checking the payment and I have mailed to dhani support till 20 mails i have send but no response till date they are only taking the money and not credited the amount to one freedom then how can customer can use the freedom Card to purchase and they are using activation charges 500 every month but after paying also they not activated the account nearly 9000 amount to be credited most of the people are facing same problem kindly resolve the complaint

          TILL NOW THE AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND ONE FREEDOM CARD ALSO NOT ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT ALSO SHARED TO REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE TELLING THAT AMOUNT CREDIT TO MY AC ON DATE BUT STATEMENT ALSO SHOW THAT ZERO AMOUNT RECEIVED THEY HAVE TOLD THAT WILL SEND MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE BUT I HAVE SEND 25 MAILS NO RESPOND AND CONTINUOUS CALLS AND SMS THAT TO PAY THE EMI KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AND TO CLEAR MY DUE

            Iam sathish from hyderabad. i using dhani app and card from two months and paying my emi"s .[protected] also i paid two emis amount of 4234. but they taken this amount as subscription fee for two months. i told them allredy. iam not intrested to take any subscription. because im not using this card from one month. i decided after payment of all emi:s i will close this card. they promised me 100 percent cashback on first transaction of my card. so i swiped this card and purchased 10, 000 rupees items in a groceries store. but they did"nt give a single rupee till now. i mailed many more times and called so many times. they could not resolve my issue. these people do not know what is the rules and regulations and terms and conditions of dhani card. i want my 10, 000 cash back and clear all my dues with out any issue. these people forcefully collecting subscription fee with out any information. that too from emi dues.

                  I had made a transaction on paytm due to some reason the amount was not added in my paytm account but the amount got deducted from dhani card.
                  Then i received a message from paytm stating.
                  Your refund of Rs. 1400 against Order ID- [protected] on Paytm has been accepted by your bank. RRN - 6385209014976405806122

                    Hello team dhani why you sending recovery agents to my home?They r forcing me to pay by deadline, They shout at my neighborhood(my doorstep) & let everyone know that i have loan with dhani, my mother is a heart patient she is scared & now she stop eating, your recovery agents just completely distroy my & my family's reputation in my neighborhood, everyone asking me about my loan now & this is against RBI guidelines. if they come to my neighborhood again I'll file FIR against them & your company too.i never refused to pay my dues but this is not a way. I'm jobless now, i have no money right now but ill pay for sure when ill have money.You should understand that im using dhani app past 3 years, but never get late to repay my dues but this time im facing a very critical situation please dont make it more critical for me

                        Hello This is Tapas Debnath me & my wife i was open dhani account 2 years ago, whenever we take CREDIT LINE from dhani onefreedom card we pay on time but this time im unable to pay (20K) on time because my shop is closed, income is very low thats why we cant pay our emis but we never deny to repay to dhani.also my wife is a hart patient, my son was met an bike accident & broke his femur last year 3 surgery has already done still one more surgery pending tell me in this situation INDIABULLS recovery agents coming to my home & force me to repay total 20k i told them ill repay when ill have money but they r giving me dedline, speaking loudly about my CREDIT LINE in my neighborhood, im mentally harassed now.i urge to indiabulls officials PLEASE stop sending RECOVERY agents to my house this is really disrespecting, they r just destroying my reputation in my neighbourhood ([protected])this is my registered number & ([protected])this is my wife registered number. i'll definitely pay dues but at this time i cant repay please try to understand Thank you

                        stop your recovery agents to visit my home, i never deny to pay my dues, but They r trying to prove me as a criminal, shouting loudly in front of my house about my loan, now everyone know about my loan & this is against RBI guidelines. they cant tell third person about my loan but they did, they humiliate me & my family, now i cant take it more, if they come again then i have no choice because my mother is a heart patient & she is scared, I'll file a complain(FIR) against your agents & your company in my local Police station & RBI.

                        Just Stop your recovery agents ill pay, if they come in front of my house again, ill go to my local police station with call recordings(company & recovery agents), massage screenshot, recorded video clip & with other proofs that your company & your agents doing illegal practice even not following RBI guidelines .They dont have any Company issued ID. recovery agents number is - [protected] 2nd person- [protected]

                              I took some loans or you can say emi from Dhani from march month and my last emi is paid since may. I signed the e-mandate but unfortunately for some reason or for better condition i paid all the emis by the application.
                              But for this i have some extra payment deducted from my account.
                              After so many mails and calls i got back my refund in my dhani account.
                              But still my credit line is not restored yet to its original value for which i am unable to close my subscription. I mailed several times saying that please close my account but they didn't solve my problem and my subscription is increasing every month. today i got a call from collection department and they are saying to paid the subscription fee. I have all the proves that i want to cancel the account when i have my subscription.
                              Please close my account now only i will not pay any fees for nothing.

                                I had cancelled all my services through the customer care of Dhani app but they have sent me a message to pay for the subscription plan of Rs 800 but after requesting to deactivate all my services, I am unable to login my Dhani app account. I have already paid my dues. Please deactivate my all services again.

                                  I did transaction 2 times from mobiwik and paid the rent thorough dhani one freedom card and transaction got cancelled due to technical issue but mobiwik refunded the amount and still it is not visible in dhani one freedom card... I tried to call customer care and also forwarded tha mails and all but no response from their side... Please help me as only hope is left with me. Kindly help me in this regard

                                    I'm here talk and get help on money looting and harrssment from Dhani.

                                    I started using Dhani card few months back, paid subscription fee of 200 for limit of 5k asper them, I used 500 rs from that and paid nearly 700 rs to close this.

                                    After that I closed the card by realising there intent to loot money.

                                    Now I'm getting calls from them and saying I need to pay 1500 rs which pending subscription fee, when Im not even using the card why I need to pay subscription fee that to 1500rs in total.

                                    Requesting help here.

I accessed the app to check the costs and saw that Rs. 2065 had been levied on my deactivated account in lieu of monthly membership rates for the previous few months. There has been no notification of the due charges in the last seven months. The following is the rationale for the withdrawal of these falsified charges:

                                      1. I did not receive an actual card.

                                      2. On May 14, 2021, my digital card and plan were both cancelled (screenshot attached).

                                      3. For the past seven months, I have not gotten any payment reminders.

                                      4. On August 4, 2021, a communication stating that the due payment notice was issued by error was received (screenshot attached).

                                      5. On April 20, 2021, the full and final payment was placed into the foreclosure account with the account number IDOFDEL[protected]screenshot attached).

                                      6. For your convenience, a copy of the service shutdown email dated April 27, 2021 is attached.

                                      In light of the foregoing, I respectfully request that you erase these charges from my account and permanently terminate my account.
