          This is Nadim from Anantapur I have taken a credit line of 1600 rupees, due to the technical issues in my bank account the account was seized for 2 months in the year 2020 of months October and September. But these guys have charged a triple amount on me due to ECS mandate for a single month in October of amount about 1500 rupess. And the second thing is even if I pay the charges for one month I won't update on their app, which has cost me an extra amount of 450 rupees. and there is still no response from them about the payments that I have made earlier. A total amount of 4500 rupees has been paid by me for a small loan amount of 1600. It's very disappointing for me and i am getting messages that a case has been file filed against this loan non-repayment. i don't know what to do with this guys

            I paid full settlement amount in Sep-2021 after getting the settlement letter from dhani representative. But till then I am receiving emi reminders continously. How to complaint against these deceiving people.

              That problem here too, dhani is a fraud company, everytime my transection from dhani declines, also now they are asking for full repayment, paying in 3 installments is just their another scam, ban this fraud scam company

                I am using dhani one freedom card since May 2021 . after the first month usage i submit the cancellation request and i uninstalled the application but today i got a call from dhani customer care regarding the due payment of 4000 something but i am not aware that after i installed the dhani app and login again there is showing subscription fees for 499 plus gst for seven months . i am not using any single rupee in dhani one freedom card but why i have to pay the chargers . i sent a mail also kindly cancel the subscription and do the needful help . this is not good way to maintain the relationship with customer am expecting a positive solution from your side .

                  I was paid 1644 rupees on flipkart for buying a item on 28/07/2021 through dhani rupay prepaid card. Product then return by me flipkart seller refunded the money at 6 dec but the money is not credited on dhani wallet even after 10 days today is 15/12/2021. No money reflect in wallet.

                          Myself Jai Ganesh, I tried to pay my rents on PhonePe using Dhani Onefreedom Card 2 times, but it failed and PhonePe said credited to Onefreedom card, but in Dhani app, it kept showing pay dues for the failed transaction and I even paid the due for one of the failed transactions.                                 Indiabulls dhani making big fraud nowdays because they present ecs of 295 rs. Twice in 3 days Which was not agreed with me and ECS gone bounce charges imposed on me 1200 for only 295 rs. ECS which was not legal kindly look into it and help.

                                My concern is still same because i have not informed about any 295 rs. Deduction, but your agent is telling that this is new charge for dhani onefreedom card .

                                Previously it was 199 and now suddenly you guys made it 295. What kind of fraud is going on. Without informing customer you guys are changing policy and presenting bills. On dhani app this is still showing 199. That means its some kind of fraud. Sanpshot of dhani is attached

                                    Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Cancel my n-Ach Mandate ( ECS ) with associated with HDFC Bank, I am unable to continue the membership of Dhani One Freedom Plan cozz of high subscription they charging 825 per month if you use card or not also, I further no Longer wish to avail any kind of Dhani Services . I request them to please cancel Dhani Account and cancel my Dhani One Freedom Plan deactivate my subscription, deactivate my Credit Line and Card.

                                    I am unable to Cancel it from my Side as cancellation option is not Available in the Dhani Application, please I request you to cancel all my services there is no Cancellation Button is available in my application .

                                    I got 50, 000 Credit Line but i not used `1 rupee also but its asking to pay 825 subscription fees monthly without using a single rupee.

                                    So i don't want this fraud and hidden subscription 825rs monthly to be paid when we not even use a single rupee also.

                                    It's already 5 days but still no update on this complaint. But customer calling and informing same old stories to pay and get loan. I don't need loan or card were I need to pay monthly 825rs subscription without using anything. So please cancel all my plans and deactivate all cards and delete my account as soon as possible.

                                    Sir I already called customer service many times. No one is telling correctly some tells don't need to pay and some person tells you need to pay subscription if you use Or not.

                                    And also I sent many mail to close all my account and delete my account permanently but still no reply.

                                      Dear sir my self Swapan sen & im the only one who earn money in my family, im a electric rickshaw driver(toto), i was take a loan from IndiaBulls dhani 3 months ago Loan ID is (CL[protected], first time they was told me its 0% interest & one time subscription & i have to pay only 199 INR for 5000 credit limit, i use that limit & pay before time. then they increase my card credit limit to 10000 but now they r asking me to pay subscription fee twice 353+353 for last two months with lots of hidden charges. IndiaBulls Dhani customer care agent never tell me about that i have to pay subscription fee every month, They are looting poor peoples like us & also its not 0% interest IndiaBulls Dhani put lots of hidden charges & they will never tell you about that. Please help me because of corona my income is very low & now i dont have money to repay them, recovery agents threatening me & harassing me every day. i cant take it more im totally broken.im really scare to receive unknown calls every time i think this call is coming from IndiaBulls Dhani. also whenever i try to open loan details its show nothing no matter how many times you try you will never get yours loan details. Please take action against this Fraud loan app. They never reply your Mail, never solve your problem just when ever i call them they ask for money. i feel cheated, i request you to ban this kind of loan apps.
