I had taken a loan from indiabulls home loan and now i want to transfer my home loan to another bank and i have the final cheque ready with me. But employees of noida sec. 63 branch are not accepting the cheque and they are saying that they cannot accept a cheque from 25th to 5th. Its really disappointing because i am being charged by both the banks.

I will request you to please instruct the indiabulls noida sector63 branch to accept my final cheque as i need to close it asap.

My loan is already closed but Indiabulls is delaying in giving me property papers. I want my property paoers asap. Please provide my property papers on Monday 13th August. It's very urgent

They did nothing. Now they are saying that the I again need to raise another foreclosure letter (which they are not allowing me to do before 6th) and ask the payee bank to create another cheque.
So actually they want me to go in never ending loop.
The fist foreclosure took more that a month and then the second bank took 15days to prepare the cheque. Now if I raise a foreclosure again (why I dont want to do that again) the foreclosure will take some time from Indiabulls and then the second bank will also take time to create another closure cheque.
Then again Indiabulls will say that they dont accept any cheque between 25th and 5th and then they will again ask me to raise another foreclosure.. So actually they are harrsaing me and my family and keeping us mentally disturbed.

Its really disappointing that Government is unable to take any actions on the ill practices of Indiabulls. I will also take printout and screenshot of this communication and will raise it will Government ministers and hope that they will listen to me.
Can you please confirm what action has been taken in this issue. I am raising this issue from three days but it appears this platform is also working as per Indiabulls. No action has been take so far apart from forwarding this to Indiabulls.
Can you please escalate this matter to your seniors so that action can be taken against India bills.
