Had taken loan from india bulls before 6 month and they release my first slab amount now from october they stopped disbursement and now builder is pressuring me for bt and there sales coordinator that is assigned by india bulls there manager and sales person is saying you can do one thing change your bank bt whenever i call him laughing on me

Who will pay my processing fees that executives are damn its totally frustrated with india bulls.

Had a worst experience from india bulls and we never suggest to apply from any loan through india bulls.

Also no one replying on email including board of directors

Indiabull is company formed by CHEATER POLITICLA PEOPLE OF MARKET. They are highly corrupted, unethical, dishonest people. I advise all Indians - do not deal or invest with this company.

      You guys are looting people, if balance is sufficient then how can you ask for overdue charges, there is a serious problem in there customer care they tell you that they will reply or call back but they didnt give dame, there customer care number is chargeable so I have to recharge my phone with 200 rupees, I have called them so many times they are saying that we will get back to you soon, but they didn't do anything, I have mailed them they didn't replied anything which can help... Now I am frustrated by calling them everyday again and again.. What do I do?

      Biggest Fraud and Cheater Company. Government have to take some actions against Indiabulls Group.

      I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

      Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

      INDIABULLS is the fraud and cheater company. I think it's not a company but it'a BIGGEST SCAM. Government have to take action against IndiaBulls.         I had invested in Singnature Global's Roselia project and availed a loan of 22L from Indiabulls. After making two disbursement till Jun 2018, now they have stopped disbursement.
        Indiabulls are not disbursing the loan since past 6 months, my builder has placed payment requests which were duly approved by me. On the other side, their EMI and Rates are following a north direction.
        Now I am constantly getting mails from the builder 'Signature Global' threatening me of late payment charges but Indiabulls has done nothing so far to help me in this concern.

          Sir,
          i have applied for loan on dec.24 and on dec.27 one of your agent mouseen from kalaburagi came to our flat and collected our documents like aadhar card, pan card, bank statement and check. And he told us that within 2 days our account will be credited but still the process is incomplete. I've already enquired about this to call center severe times. All of them said that my account will be credited within 48 hours but there is no information till now. Your agent mouseen is also not responding regarding this issue. I just want clarity about this issue from you.

            I have closed my india bulls home loan a/c no. 432906. I have submitted a cheque on 22nd dec 2018. Till now i haven't received my property papers. When i called the customer care they say it will take 20 working days to hand over the property papers.

            I would also like to state that for construction i had requested for a loan and i had submitted my papers two months before itself. After 2 months i got information that indiabulls has stopped financing for the construction loan.

            I had already started my construction believing that i will get loan but it is very unfortunate. Now for applying loan in other bank they are asking for the original property papers.

            Because of this my construction is getting delayed and i am not able to carry out any work last 02 months.

            The local branch persons are not responding properly. The sales executive is trying to make money of out this and he is telling that the property papers are in bangalore and demanding for 4000 rs to collect the papers.

            I don't know he is cheating or not. These incidents have really stressed me and i am thinking to highlight this case to top officials. If need be i might also get an opinion from legal advisor.

              Home loan account no is hhlvar00447344. My roi is not showing into my login account for the last one month and also roi is very high it was 10.95. Where roi of all the bank is around 9.0.
              And also very pathetic situation in disbursement. After many reminders they disbursed the amount get delay to handover the cheque. The response of the customer care is on mail is very slow.

                Hi,

                I have been paying my ems every month but out of the blue i noticed on the app that i have to pay 4k. However, even after making the payment it still reflects as unpaid.

                My emi is 1549 per month. So i wanted to know if the excess amount will be adjusted in my next month's emi.

                I have also tried reaching your customer care multiple times with no luck

                  I have made a prepayment of RS.710000 on 17th December and till date it is not accounted in my account, I have tried several times on customer care but response from them is pathetic and they don't bother to respond to my email.I have also tried to make call and send snapshot of the payment also which I have made in Indiabulls Axis Bank account Gurgaon branch in account number [protected].Please someone at Indiabulls take the responsibility and solve my problem.

                    vinay.vashishtha of indiabulls has wasted my 3 months which includes EMI of 3 months which is 74000 x 3 months which is 222000/- and EMI of Another Bank from whome i took loan to close my indiabulls loan that is 54670 x 3 = 164010, total amount of 386010/- . I must say SHAME on such person who dont have a curtsy to reply to emails or even meet his client in his office near Vashi Station. he just kept me waiting for hours and then said sorry cannot meet.

                    My simple Question to him was Why did indiabulls aply foreclosure charges on my account when My Account is On MY individual name .
                    indiabulls charged 5% forclosure charges which is incorrect.

                    he took more than 3 months to reply on this and even till date he has not replied to my emails
                    i have Emailed to all heads of Indiabulls but all are Shameless, no one replied on this

                    Please let me know how to recover my 4 lakh Rupees from Indiabulls or from vinay.vashishtha of indiabulls Vashi Navi Mumbai Maharashtra

                      Toll-free:[protected], i was taken loan about rs. 5000 through indiabulls dhani mobile application.
                      I paid 2 emis correctly, both times bounced and waived,
                      Now, i already paid my third emi this month. The same thing repeated. I tried to pay emi on 02.01.2019 due date. But the app shows system maintenance in progress like that. But mentioned wrong details like overdue and bounce charges in their mobile application and statement also. Both are different amounts shows, statement shows rs.1416 and app shows rs.2307. I am attaching which i purchased this month emi and overdue screenshots and screenshots. I already paid my emis as per correct date and i won't need to pay bounce charges and extra charges. Last time also, 2 months emis you bounces and waived. Every month bounced? Why? Please make it clear asap. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                        I have taken home loan from your office, as this is a plot plus construction loan as per terms and conditions i was given time of two years to complete house construction in the above property.

                        My loan was disbursed in march 2018, i have a time until march 2020 to complete house construction. At present house is in process of construction will be completed in due time.

                        I was told during the loan process that this home loan will be converted to plot loan only after two years provided if i don’t complete house construction by two years. But here there is sudden increase in the interest rate to 11.35% now 12.15% without prior intimation.
                        This has caused me huge financial loss and mental trauma.

                            I have taken a loan from india bulls they provided me the loan things went well, i have a proactive approach of paying back on time, in december 2018 they didnt deduct the emi from my bank i followed up with them and they said to make payment through the app manually, i did the same after 2 hours the emi got deducted so i informed the team they asked me to send an email, i did what was asked till today i havent heard back from them, january also emi has been deducted, no news about the excess emi yet. I have contacted service head, mr. Manish the nodal officer no reply. I have even call him and left him a message on his mobile still no reply.

                                India bulls (Ivl finance) is the very worst company i have ever seen or experienced. I'm an existing customer of india bulls n i'm facing issues from day 1 till now.

                                While applying for loan, i clearly told them that i want loan agreement for 3 years n without my knowledge they approved it for 4 years.

                                When coming to customer service, it is the hopeless service. I have completed 8 emi with india bulls, i had called them to check my outstanding balance and the agent is telling that she don't have any of my information n i was given various numbers to call. Though i tried all the numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]), ended up with no information at all.

                                After many researches, i was asked to go to malleswaram branch and i got the same response from them. Finally, i had to reach the india bulls koramangala and met sebsi (System manager) who is the worst lady i have met in this world.

                                She was very rude to me, when i tried explaining my issues, she was asking me the stupid questions in return and asked me the proof of the issue and all those stuffs which was ridiculous. She doesn't have the basic manners to give respect and talk to the customers. We had to end up with the arguments

                                I was highly disappointed with them n i badly wanted to close this account. Here is the calculation:

                                I got the loan approved for 1, 45, 000. I paid 8 emi's. I closed the loan in the 9th month. I was shocked to see my pre-closure amount. I paid 1, 42, 360.

                                I took loan for 1, 45, 000. Inspite of paying 8 emi i ended up paying 1, 42, 360.

                                This is what india bulls is up to.

                                I kindly request you all not to go with india bulls at any cost. You will have a huge loss of money, face many issues and security discomfort. Any changes made in indiabulls will never be notified to it's customers.

                                I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

                                Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

I have very bad experience with India bulls. every time whenever I visted bathinda branch office I was facing same bad or irresponsible behaviour by staff member. Now I share my latest experience with you and hoping you go through my complaint strictly and will urgent and strict action against indiabulls bathinda staff. . Firstly from last so many days I contacted via phone with office for fixing meeting with branch head mr Vipul as I have discussed some urgent discussion regarding my LAP. But every time I called office staff said sir is not available.i complaint about this to toll free number mam on another side said I am not helping in this regard I only arrange call from my senior. I said ok but no call is coming from your senior.Last Friday 3-1-19 I visted bathinda branch which is about 50 km from my home town.I requested mr Vipul and may b Jaswinder sir to go through my LAP as I want to close my account . I discussed my problem that when this LAP was done my business is combined with my brothers now there was a family dispute regarding bussiness and property. Please send email to your senior requesting your senior regarding wave off in for closer charges in my case. Way of talk of your branch head is so rude and with full of attitude said what is my benifit in sending mail to senior indirectly he was demanding bribe from me.when I said after my partition with my brothers it was difficult to pay EMI. He rudely said Hume paise dene aate hai to lene b aate hai..I was shocked by hearing this type of rubbish language from your branch head.i Said my current foreclosure charges is 3% he said apke like alga se rules thodi hai...ya India Bulls apki hai joh 3% hai Hum to 5% lenge..when I asked for complaint book he said no complaint book was available at my office. Sir muje personally laga ki mene loan India bulls se nhi kisi agli ke gundo se liya hai jo ess type se baat krte hai..agar aise hi hai apka working culture to sir to please meri advise hai ek ek pistol be le do in ko customer par zada Asar padega...sorry but it’s true

                                    ROI are being increased every month, 7 months back i have take a loan of [protected]@8.4 but this time i can see it is 9.85 which i can't pay.

                                    Your executive told me 8.4% but you are charging very high, i am very annoyed
                                    I can see, initially you at lower rate and after 2 or 3 months you start increasing.

                                    If you can't maintain the ROI (Rate of Interest) as you show on your site.
                                    your current ROI is 8.85% but charging 9.85% which is not fare.

                                    i request, kindly reduce my ROI with immediate effect so that i will be continuing my EMI with you.

                                      This is Suresh and i took the loan from Richmond circle, Bangalore.

                                      IndiaBulls is worst company, No proper stringent process to address consumer issues and Interest Calculation also wrong.

                                      1. Interest Calculation wrong (Attached screenshot)
                                      2. Every 3 months increase the ROI
                                      3. I am paying emi 2015 onwards and my loan principal is not decreased.
                                      4. I sent a mail to cancel my Home insurance (But they are not cancelled

                                      Note: My sincere advise is go for loan to Nationalized banks only, If not go for private banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis). Please do not go this kind of financial institutions and they loot your money.

                                      I took the loan for 30 years initially, now it is showing 41 years. See the last installment date is showing incorrect.
                                      How they are calculating the interest is surprise for me. They are not transparent enough to show the ROI and Principle amount outstanding.

                                        India bulls is cheating people by increasing home loan interest rate much higher than personal loan.
                                        I took home loan from india bulls in 2017. My loan amount was 23 lakh. After just one year they increased interest rate from 8.75 to 11.75 which is much much higher than personal loan interest rate.
                                        Now now one in india bulls listen to me and emi is getting cut from my bank account based on 11.75 interest rate.
                                        They are not even giving list of documents to transfer my loan to other bank.
                                        Though they are still offering lower rate of interest of 8.35 on home loan for new customers.
                                        8.35 is just trap to catch new customers.

                                        Please take action agInst india bulls.

                                        Since last 2 months i only get this single reply and your team reply with same answer. If you really understand my disappointment, then reduce my rate of interest. I don't know, Why are you kidding with customer's emotions ? I think indiabulls is not a company, it's a biggest scam.

                                        We do understand that just expressing words would not help. However, we would like to assure you that we are working continuously to ensure that your issue will be resolved soon.
                                        Your team is just get in touch with me nothing more than that. Since last 2 months they only get in touch with me but not doing anything else. Still my problem not solve. They giving same reply as before. If you have a no solution than why you get in touch with me ? Now i clearly understood that INDIABULLS IS BIGGEST SCAM.

                                        INDIABULLS is the fraud and cheater company. I think it's not a company but it'a BIGGEST SCAM. Government have to take action against IndiaBulls. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

                                        India bulls is a fraud company.
