My name is Ishaque Khan, my loan account no. is IPERMUM01618351. I would like to bring to your notice, that I was fooled to get this loan by your agent. I received a call from Indiabulls regarding a personal loan, the agents name was Sagar Parkhe his mobile no. [protected], and I had given him my requirement of 5 lacs. But your agent told me to first take loan of Rs.8000/- and then after this he will get me approve the bigger amount loan. He made false promises of giving me a big loan and forced me to take this Rs.8000/- loan, which was of no use to me and now he is not answering my calls.
I would like to also know that how he processed my loan without any documents, I never met him, never gave him any documents both hard or soft copy, never signed any papers, then how did he processed my loan and even my e-mail id is wrongly mentioned in account details.
My confidential details are going on somebody else's email id, how can your agent fill up wrong details of mine without my confirmation.
I would like to request you to update my email ishaque.[protected]@gmail.com, so I can start receiving all loan related details

    We have a similar problem, my wife is in maternity leave and did not get salary as she had to extend her leave duration. Ur india bulls recovery agents kept on harrasing her everyday and kept on coming to our house inspite of requesting time. Mr venu and his manager guru talk very vulgur words and i have all the call recordings.
    I[censored]r bank has such unprofessional ppl then i advice ppl to avoid such banks.
    I ll be lodging an fir and complaint on this soon.

      We have closed our home loan on 31.12.2018 at india bulls, Bommasandra, branch, Bangalore. Mr. Gopal
      Told we will get the documents within 21 working days. For closing, each day you were asked to pay
      Interest, based on that we arranged private loan for interest and closed it. Based on your staff's
      Commitment of 21 days, we have applied loan for construction and loan process got hold due to the
      Documents. We called Bommasandra and Hosur branch for the updates, but we are not getting proper response. They
      Asked me to contact customer care, when we called customer care, they are asking me to contact the
      Branch, we are really frustrated and helpless with the un-prompt response from the branch and dont
      Know what kind of service are you providing to the customers?.
      Every day we are calling and not getting proper response and it is spoiling indiabulls reputation. Why
      There is no progress of dispatching my document?. Would require an justifiable answer for this delay!!
      Help me out in this current situation and let me know when can i get the documents and cancel
      The modt? We too have further commitments and it is really frustrating!!

        I have complaint on local branch but local branch answer me "minimum 30 day to give your original property papers" and call center team but they are not any response.

        One lady called me and told tat she vill do pmegp loan by preparing project I need to pay 2.5k I also paid and cal verification was done and one lady called me telling tat she is calling from bank of baroda and asked me to pay 32900 in half n hour ur account vill get credited with loan amount now I dont know what to do

          My company guy narander singh is working in airtel as a team leader only six months ago. And apply in indianbulls in january in gurgaon as a asm with all fake scanned duplicate documents like salary slip bank statement edit salary 23 k to 35 and got 45 thousand salary and asm post in indianbulls this is very bad. There is lost of guy who hard works in there life's for this post and this type of such persons spoile their carrier. I think company hr dept can verify all documents to stop such type of fraud person.

            This company is a fraud company.
            I suggest all the customers to not serve with this company.
            I have never see such behaviour of any of the company.
            There is no mangement in the company.

            Biggest Fraud and Cheater Company. It's not a company, it's a biggest scam. Government have to take some actions against Indiabulls Group.

            I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

            Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

              India bulls is fraud.
              Increases my home loan interest rate all sudden from 9.25% to 11.85% and didn't bothered to inform me. There online loan account shows interest rate as blank. When I did follow up than they are saying your interest rate is 11.85% which is more than car loan, personal loan.

              I am customer of indiabulls since last 6 year's and never delay my EMI. Now this is how they started looting existing customers. This unethical business practices should stop with immediate effect.

                This is very sad to inform about indiabulls housing fooling it’s Customer by giving Home loan. They initiate process deduct processing fees etc but don’t disburse amount as they don’t have money as informed.
                After cancelling request also, Indiabulls not refunding processing fees amount. It’s been more than 3months no response and didn’t receive my money.

                      I want to bring to your kind notice that think 100 times before getting homeloan from indiabulls. Its a trap to grab your property.

                      I had to take a loan from them because i wanted to buy a plot in 2016 and no other bank offered me plot loan. Later in 2017, i took construction loan from them and build my house.

                      Both of my loans were 10% and 8.70%. First one was more because of plot loan.

                      In 2017 and 2018, they have raised the rate of interest 6 times and now rate of interest is 14% and 12.50%

                      Not only this, my tenure of loan has become from 180 months to 480 months. That means, from 15 years to 40 years.

                      I have tweeted many times to finance ministry and rbi but no one has replied and i see hundreds of persons tweeting about the same as they are feeling cheated. No bank is charging this much roi. It is an utter trap because how one can pay emis for 40 years? I will die by the age of 70 right? So, will they possess my property even after 38 years? I am feeling very frustrated that i did took a loan in hurry without showing patience and going for a nationalized bank.

                      I have applied for a foreclose of loan and have to pay 2% which means over 80, 000 just to transfer my loan from them to other bank. Moreover, i know that they will waste my time during this process.

                        Hi,

                        I am Tarun, an existing customer of indiabulls and i started paying my home loan only from last April 2018. At start my initial interest rate was 8.50% and within 9 months they have increased to 8.9 and again in jan-2018 they have increased it to 10.90% without notifying anything about this.
                        I called customer care and written many mails to customer care but they use their standard reply like it is due to because of their imlr rates, rbi, inflation, due to market condition etc and they justify their increase in interest rates and they are not all ready to listen their customer concerns. Now i am thinking to transfer my existing loan to some other banks since my installment have been increased from 220 to 463 and with this i will be end of paying around 50 lakh additional amount to them in next 20 years.
                        I know this is very unfair and unethical practice but since we agreed to all their conditions while entering to loan agreement not sure we can do anything on them : (.
                        Also checked with other banks they have increased a maximum by 0.5% in last 1 year not like india bulls who increase without any valid reasons.

                        It would be really help if they are ready to keep my interest rate within 10% in next 5 years so otherwise very difficult to manage.

                          My name is Sanjeev Kumar Balodhi and my loan A/C number is - HHLNOD00482013 which was disbursed on 12/07/2018 from noida 63 branch but my loan amount cheque has been still not cleared and my seller is threatening me to cancel this deal.

                          I am very depressed due to this late processing so please help me, otherwise I will cancel this loan and apply with other banks.

                            Had taken loan from india bulls before 5 month and they release my first slab amount now from october they stopped disbursement and now builder is pressuring me for bt and there sales coordinator that is assigned by india bulls there manager and sales person is saying you can do one thing change your bank bt t whenever i call him laughing on me and saying do bt asap
                            Who will pay my processing fees that executives are damn # its totally frustrated with india bulls.

                              Hi,

                              I am nagesh, an existing customer of indiabulls and i started paying my home loan only from last may 2018. At start my initial interest rate was 8.85% and within 6 months they have increased to 1% and again in jan-2018 they have increased it to 12.35% without notifying anything about this.
                              I called customer care and written many mails to customer care but they use their standard reply like it is due to because of their imlr rates, rbi, inflation, due to market condition etc and they justify their increase in interest rates and they are not all ready to listen their customer concerns. Now i am thinking to transfer my existing loan to some other banks since my installment have been increased from 108 to 131 and with this i will be end of paying around 5 lakhs additional amount to them in next 10 years.
                              I know this is very unfair and unethical practice but since we agreed to all their conditions while entering to loan agreement not sure we can do anything on them : (.
                              Also checked with other banks they have increased a maximum by 0.5% in last 1 year not like india bulls who increase without any valid reasons.
                              If any one from india bulls want to look into my concern my account number is hhlbag00370327.
                              It would be really help if they are ready to keep my interest rate within 10% in next 5 years so otherwise very difficult to manage.

                              I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

                              Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

                                My loan account number is - hhlmar00469003
                                We have closed our home loan on 18.12.2018 at india bulls, velachery branch, chennai. Mr. Manavalan
                                Told we will get the documents within 21 working days. For closing, each day you were asked to pay
                                Interest, based on that we arranged private loan for interest and closed it. Based on your staff's
                                Commitment of 21 days, we have applied loan for construction and loan process got hold due to the
                                Documents. We called velachery branch for the updates, but we are not getting proper response. They
                                Asked me to contact customer care, when we called customer care, they are asking me to contact the
                                Branch, we are really frustrated and helpless with the un-prompt response from the branch and dont
                                Know what kind of service are you providing to the customers?.
                                Every day we are calling and not getting proper response and it is spoiling indiabulls reputation. Why
                                There is no progress of dispatching my document?. Would require an justifiable answer for this delay!!
                                Help me out in this current situation and let me know when can i get the documents and cancel
                                The modt? We too have further commitments and it is really frustrating!!

                                  I was holding my housing loan in dhfl. I paid the dues for two years. Due to some reasons, i needed extra money. A friend of me, tried to help me and he suggested an employee from india bulls. He convinced me to transfer the existing loan from dhfl to india bulls since the interest rate will be changed from 10.65% to 8.75% and the interest rate for the topup loan will be only 10.65%. I mentioned that i needed some time to think. He manipulated me stating what is there to think sir. If you see the interest rate it is very transparent and even a child could notice that the benefit is on our side. Also our bank name itself says that we are the best in providing home loans. As suggested i converted my existing loan to this bank and paid dues for around 3 years. On jan 11, 2019 i received a letter to my home address stating that the home loan interest rate is revised to 16% due to market conditions and this is implied from last december month. I called the customer care and asked them to explain whats happening. They said they will arrange a call back in 3 days. I received a call back today (From last friday to this friday is 3 days) and the lady who spoke to me repeated the same slogan. Sir “your loan interest rate is 16% due to market conditions” and you are not the only person. All our customers need to accept this. I asked for how many months and what is the percentage of interest when i took this loan. She said 120 months and the interest rate was 10.65%. I asked what is the balance tenure. She said 167 months. I was surprised. I asked her i took this loan for 120 months and i already paid 30 months approx. And how come 167 months. I am disappointed and don’t know what to do. I called the bank person who convinced me to take this loan. He replied sir we are paid to do our job. We will say what ever we want but it is your responsibility to decide and choose what is best for you. I want clear explanation on how can 10.5% interest can be extended to 16% and how can they send letter on january stating that the change is from december and how can 120 months tenure will get increased to 167 months even after paying 30 months tenure?

                                    I took home loan of 35 lakhs, my last set of payment delayed due to unknown reson inspire of i pay my emi regularly. Id - hhlporoo452577. If you people don't provide remaining loan amount i will swipe into other bank. Loan people says we processed your loan but head office problem, this happens to me for second time, and porur branch from chennai people are not responding properly.

                                    I have invested in property with indiabulls at dovedeck baroda and the possession was suppose to be given to me on dec 2017.
                                    But till date there is no update on the same and also no one picks up calls and lastly i am suffering in this as my interest is going in pre emi and no benefit in income tax also, only i am puppet of indiabulls home loan dept and bearing fruits of intrest for them..
                                    I feel it is big scam of these indiabulls guys as they forge such property and then other division of loan gets benefit for the same..,,

                                      Still there is no update regarding my property documents. Also there is no proper response from your channels i. E. Branch personal/ call center. This is really ashamed to know that india bulls home loans having higher reputation is taken such a long time to dispatch the property papers after been closing my account a month earlier (13th dec'18) and as well as harassing the customers for follow-up.

                                      I been doing more than 50 calls a day to know my document status since last 20 days and everyday the status is same that work in progress (
                                      This can't be acceptable when you are dealing with reputed customers). Why there is no progress of dispatching my document. Would require an justifiable answer for this delay.

                                      i too have further commitment. If there is any further delay there would be awful consequences faced with written complaint raised to rbi and nbfc ombudsman
