I have applied for personal loan
I have paid 6 EMI already and want to close the personal loan
I have mailed 6 times to [protected]@indiabulls.com but still didn't get any reply from indiabulls
Customer care is also not supportive they just giving case no but no action
Please if you want personal loan go to banks rather than mobile app.

This is worst customer service i have seen from so called big finance company.
They didn't bother to reply

      Thats y i m not able to repay my emi y aap or other uses.
      So plz solve this problem..
      N i am also getting a msg daily that ur loan is approved, i think its my top up of my loan, but bcoz of this problem i m not able to continue my loan application.

      Dhani app is not working for 3 days now. So I missed making my payments and it is not my fault. India Bull's customer care doesn't seem to respond with the reason. Any glitch of an app used by millions o[censored]sers should not take this long to find a fix. Either your technical team is highly incompetent or you care a damn to get the issue resolved.

          I tried to apply for a loan on indiabulls dhani but the principle amount was not dispersed as the process was not completed.
          Now, on 3rd sept rs.3820 was deducted from my account.
          Worst customer service ever. I am still waiting for their reply. No one is providing a proper solution. Without my approval how could they do this. Is this some kind of joke. I want my money back.

            The list of documents received from indiabulls on 09-mar-18 and the document handover to me are different. At the time of handover the provide the different list which was not known to me.

            Have attached both the letters

            The below serial no which are missing in the documents handover to me.

              I have applied for a home loan (Ref no: 1012078) for rs 16 lac from ibhfl in august 2018 for purchasing a flat in orchard avenue with signature global as the builder. I am facing serious issues with the working of your colleagues and the way of their working. The issues that i am facing currently are:

              1. As per the sales team member, mr. Vikas and mr. Arvind from gurgaon office have told me on around 15th aug. That my loan has been sanctioned to me. But i have not received any intimation or any sanction letter from the official email id of ibhfl. Even after requesting and following up with these sales persons numerous times i got the same revert that their laptop window got corrupted due to which the emails got deleted and they will soon share it. But still, it is pending.

              2. 2 days back i got a call from so-called insurance manager from ibhfl who was asking me to take an insurance cover with a premium of 60k. And told me that it is compulsory and you are required to take it mandatorily. Even after reiterating all the applicable laws and regulations that a housing finance company can not force to take an insurance cover he kept on insisting on it.

              I also talked to the above-mentioned salespersons and they also said the same thing. Which to me is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional on part ibhfl.

              I would request you to look into the matter seriously and take quick action in this regard.

                Indiabulls personal loan application no.                   I am receiving spam messages offering personal loans from India Bulls Dhani company regularly when I have not made any queries.

                  I have not opted or subscribed to anything from idhani. I made a complaint on complaintboard.in in the month of July and got call a from the company apologizing for the same. But there is not resolution to this problem.

                  Still getting messages even after complaint. Stop messaging me immediately.

                    Loan account no - hhlbag00343014

                    I would like to bring to you kind attention that there was an error in calculating the refund amount of home loan payment.

                    As on 6th august – foreclosure amount to be paid was

                    - 35, 65, 405.55 – as per india bulls

                    Amount paid :

                    - 35, 48, 290 – (Hdfc bankers cheque – dated 31st august) – submitted in bommasandra branch - bangalore before 11:00 am on 6th august – monday
                    - 3, 895 – (Amount was already in excess with india bulls) – please refer to the soa
                    - 37, 925 – (Ecs – amount debited from salary account and credited in india bulls account – 6th august – monday) – bank statement also shared (Password – siri2209)

                    Error in computation of charges :

                    - late payment charge – 119 – (Amount was charged despite the ecs – to be removed)
                    - interest was computed for 5 days upto 9th – cheque submitted on morning of 6th august (3 working days – 866.08 * 3 inclusive of 6th august = 2598.24)

                    So the actual refund should be :

                    A - amount to be paid to india bulls – 3521734.79

                    O 35, 65, 405.5
                    O (3895) – excess amount already in india bulls account
                    O (119) – no late payment charge
                    O (1731.76) – excess amount charged towards interest
                    O (37925) – ecs payment – already credited in indiabulls account on 6th aug
                    O amount paid on 6th august (35, 48, 290)

                    B - amount paid – 35, 48, 290

                    C - difference amount to be returned – inr 26, 555.21

                    Also i would want to understand why this entire process takes so many days. To calculate refund you take 9 days’ time. Also to let the customer know of the amount you take no initiative at all. You just take on blanket date saying the process will take 21 working days. 21 working days is just too much.

                    Sbi just takes 3 working days to close the entire thing.

                    For the excess amount, you don’t pay any interest to the customer for holding the amount for such a long duration. I am not sure if this is a deliberate act or it is just a miss from someone. This is not at all acceptable. Now i feel my decision to move out of your bank was good.in fact my very introduction was bad.

                    I want someone to please look into it it.

                      I have recently taken loan and the internal, team member name eswar misguided me about emi's and interest. Depending on that i have nt maintained first prepayment emi so my cheque got cancelled and my cibil score affected. When i reach them for alternate solution to do the payment they were not one seriously helping trying to multiple people in their team. No response or care about customers.
                      Finally i tried to customer care number even though it is not connecting.

                      Worst service that i ever have seen when compared to other banking services. Feel bad as i have taken service from them.

                        I have generated about 7 leads out of which 4 got rejected and after i asked a reason for that, i was told its confidential, i couldnt argue further so i sad ok as you say. The other day i generated on more lead and after all going through all the all the process, the case got stuck in kyc verification and was put to hold and i was told by the customer care that there an other department which deals with it and will call the customer soon, after waiting for 4 days and continuous follow up three times a day when the customer got fed up he asked the customer care to cancel my application and never contact me again, he was told to uninstall the and your application will be cancelled. Than again i gave it chance and generated a lead and customer was eligible for 2lac and i had some issues uploading the documents so i called for help and i was told that "you are the agent and you have to process the application by your self" this it the most worst service i ever experienced.

                          I had requested for the foreclosure amount for my above loan account number. But when I received it I was shocked to see that the Foreclosure Amount includes 2% foreclosure charges on the principal amount as it was confirmed from your end that as TVISTA HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. is also one of the co-borrower in the above loan so foreclosure charges will be implied.

                          I have some objection and would request you to send me the details at your earliest

                          1. While doing the paper works it was clearly stated that no foreclosure charges will be levied.The Sanction Letter and the Loan Agreement doesnt specifies any sort of foreclosure charges too.

                          2. The loan/ Loan Sanction letter was in the name of VIVEK KOTHARI. How and since when TVISTA HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD has become co-borrower. It was very clearly stated and paper was taken from your representative asking that they will make TVISTA HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. guarantor and not the co-borrower and it was clearly told that no foreclosure charges will be levied as because of that it has not been mentioned anywhere in the sanction letter. All the Emi till date has been paid from personal account of VIVEK KOTHARI.
                          While filling the form your representative has played a foul game by putting TVISTA HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD as coborrower/guarantor and clearly stated when asked that TVISTA HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD is the guarantor and not the coborrower.

                          3. Without giving any intimation rate of interest was increased from 8.5% to 9.00% on 5th of april 2018. whereas again the rate was increased from 9 % to 9.2% on 5th june 2018 and this time i was intimated via sms and mail.

                          4. I had already got sanction of balance transfer from other bank @ 8.50 % so need to close it at earliest. Already more then 1 month has gone and till date I havent received the exact clear dues excluding the foreclosure charges thing and who is going to bear the difference of interest ?


                          I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY FINAL CLOSURE AMOUNT TILL 10/08/2018
                          AS I AM PLANNING TO CLOSE / TRANSFER MY LOAN ACCOUNT WITH INDIABULLS
                          KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL AND MAIL IT TO ME AT UR EARLIEST.
                          THE SANCTION LETTER, LOAN AGREEMENT AND THE OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED

                              I took home loan from indiabulls one and half year back. I wanted to forclose my loan and shift to sbi. I got loan from sbi but indiabulls not acceptiong cheques since last two months. Last month i forclosed my loan with full payments. I am not getting my original property documents from indiabulls and it has been passed more than 20 days. Because i am paying interest to sbi also and indiabulls also. Please let me know can i go for legal action since i already paid full amount and not getting documents since 22 days. Can i ask for claim of my interest already i am paying.

                                I had taken a loan from indiabulls home loan and now i want to transfer my home loan to another bank and i have the final cheque ready with me. But employees of noida sec. 63 branch are not accepting the cheque and they are saying that they cannot accept a cheque from 25th to 5th. Its really disappointing because i am being charged by both the banks.

                                I will request you to please instruct the indiabulls noida sector63 branch to accept my final cheque as i need to close it asap.

                                They did nothing. Now they are saying that the I again need to raise another foreclosure letter (which they are not allowing me to do before 6th) and ask the payee bank to create another cheque.
                                So actually they want me to go in never ending loop.
                                The fist foreclosure took more that a month and then the second bank took 15days to prepare the cheque. Now if I raise a foreclosure again (why I dont want to do that again) the foreclosure will take some time from Indiabulls and then the second bank will also take time to create another closure cheque.
                                Then again Indiabulls will say that they dont accept any cheque between 25th and 5th and then they will again ask me to raise another foreclosure.. So actually they are harrsaing me and my family and keeping us mentally disturbed.

                                Its really disappointing that Government is unable to take any actions on the ill practices of Indiabulls. I will also take printout and screenshot of this communication and will raise it will Government ministers and hope that they will listen to me.
                                Can you please confirm what action has been taken in this issue. I am raising this issue from three days but it appears this platform is also working as per Indiabulls. No action has been take so far apart from forwarding this to Indiabulls.
                                Can you please escalate this matter to your seniors so that action can be taken against India bills.

                                I have not seen any action so far

                                  I had applied for a loan application from your site a month back.
                                  At the time of filling informtaion in app second name is mandatory, while i don;t have surname in my docs and neither any execptions mentioned in your site for applicant with sibgle name. My application was forwarded to manual mode. I called customer care and informed this that i don;t have surname and my file is on hold, they guided me that it will go manual since name on docs mismatch. After folowing up for 1 mobnth my file was declined.
                                  Please explain what is the fault on custonmer behalf or your app does not apples for single named customer.

                                    I got a call on 14th july and he told me that your executive will come on 16th to collect documents. Hence he has not come. Then i call proactive to your customer service to reschedule for document collection on 18th july. One madam picked my call and she told me definitely your executive will come on 19th/20th. No body comes yet. Then i called again to your customer care number on 21st again she rescheduled my appointment. And she told me this time definitely our executive will come. No body comes yet. I called again on 25th july again one madam attend my call and she told me that your executive will come on 27th. Today is 28th july. No one came yesterday. I called up in the morning to your customer care again. One lady told me to reschedule my appointment again for 30th july this time definitely our executive will come.

                                    My question is that are you all joking with me?? For 6 times?? What is this?? I think either you don't have any work that is why you all are joking with me or else your agents are too much busy to collect the documents from other clients.. Please do not joke with me. I am a simple man. But little bit busy person i am carrying my all documents since 15th july. No body is coming.. If that happens with you? How will you feel? Is it really good?

                                      I want to transfer my home loan to another bank. But employees of Kalyan branch is not cooperating with me. Once I went to Kalyan branch but because of their server issue they didn't accept my cheque. Next day also they asked me to don't come. And today when I went to parel branch they were saying we don't accept cheques from 25 to 5 the of next month. So I have to wait for 10 more days and have to pay more interest without my fault.

                                        I have applied for loan amount of rs.50000 on[protected], and got the mail stated that amount will be reflected in 1 working day. But still no amount has been credited, also poor customer service, they have a template every time when i call they where (Apologize for inconvenience caused, some technical issues wait for 24hrs to 48hrs) they don't even know bother about this, i have talked to more than 10 associate but no one gave me a solution to this. Also when i asked them to talk to supervisor they asked me to call after none hour.

                                        When i requested callback option from india bulls dhani app no one called me.

                                        They have sent emi amount of rs 473 for this month,

                                        My question is why am i supposed to pay if i didn't get the loan on mentioned time.

                                        It's pathetic and one of the poor service i have ever faced.
