[Resolved]  [protected]@ICICI — jio amount deducted

I recharged my jio number on 30th of october 2017. Although the amount of rs 400 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

Kindly return the amount asap.

Debited amount from my account but recharge not done
Sir I have done recharge on 21 April, 2018 on my jio no.[protected] via Upi on my jio app of ₹349. The money was deducted and taken by "[protected]@icici " but no recharge was there shown and no msg was received of recharge done.
Jio customer care also responded in negative as they said that we have no money received so we cannot take action.
Sir I request u to take [protected]@icici customer care strict action to refund my money back.

I have recharged my jio number [protected] with amount of Rs 348 on 21 May, 8:22 PM. I requested an upi through MyJio app. I got a collect request in Tezz app. I paid the amount, it got deducted but recharge was not done re. I have attached payment details below

I recharged my jio number today (18th July 2018) by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

Kindly please return the amount as soon as possible.

Same Thing happened to me just now, i wonder why JIO keep upi payment option when it is not even useable. Please refund my valuable money. Here i also attached a proof for my payment.

My name is kalpit and i recharged 399rs on jun 19th transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.
