[Resolved] [protected]@ICICI — recharge of jio number not successful

I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 30th january 2018 through upi through my sbi account, but i have not got any recharge on number nor the amount debited is returned. I have contacted my bank about this matter, they are telling transcation from their side is completed so please look into this matter seriously and return the amount debited. I have done jio recharge of ₹399 on 23 jan 2018 (12 am aprox.), using upi option after which my money get deducted from ani Axis bank account to indiaidea. Icici. But, my recharge was unsuccessful. My amount will be refund into my account
