I posted a add in olx he contacted me in the name of army personnel I believed and spoken later money was exchanged and found fake went to ulsoor police station but no complaint was taken

I checked a advertisement on olx and negotiate a active scooty at the price of rs 20000/- from pramod kumar (Id and aadhar attached), mailed rs 2000/- advance through paytm. Next delivery receipt is attached. Next day i was asked to send rest of the amount through rupay app. I send rs.17850/-
Then i was asked to send insurance and security deposit, which is refundable, as mentioned in receipt. I did that because it was mentioned in receipt. Then they told that process was wrong and i need to send the 8100/- and 9100/- again which is again refundable. I did that. Then they told me that network issue is there and i need to send rs 16000/- which will be refundable in 10 minute. Somehow i believed because of army reputation and process and was cheated for rs. 74400/- in a day.
I am cheated because i feel respect for army but they cheated because they are kind of terrorist.
Please do the needful, punish the person so that people could have respect for indian army. And let me get my money back.

My problem was same with other, i seen the ad from olx, then i ask to give phone nb... He gave me... We started chat... His name nazim abbas from indian army.. He send me his adhar card photo, liquor, scooty rc, insuranse.. I trust him but i' m wrong.. He cheat me... For email, bill, delivery etc he said send me your scooty will arrive only 24 hrs.. I send 2000, 7000, 5200, 10800...=25000.. Pls hlep me i want back my money and can u find out this man and give him punishment.. Pls hlep.. His phone number located rajasthan state..

And i want to make relation certificate but due to fault of indian army clerks i want to be able to make a relation certificate because they wrote the wrong name of my mother in my father's documents. Sir/Madam,

I, Divyanshi Mangal, residing at Uttam Townscapes Vishrantwadi Pune and working at Schlumberger Ltd. Pune, am a victim of a huge scam. The details are as follows:
I was planning to purchase second-hand Activa through OLX. I found an Activa Scooter for 21, 000 posted by Mantosh Yadav. I called him and on negotiation, he said that it will cost me 18, 000. He asked me for the token money of 3000 on PhonePe. He also sent me the pictures of Activa with License Plate Number MH12PL6706, RC, Insurance, his army canteen card, etc. (which are attached with this mail.) Also, I have attached the entire WhatsApp chat screenshots. I searched the license plate number on the RTO official website, and the details were matching with what he sent and told. This made me think that he is genuine. I transferred 3000 on his PhonePe number [protected]. The name was Roopak Kumar maharana. I asked him to confirm the name also. Again, he asked for 2000 rs more to complete the documentation process, I sent that also. I also sent him my aadhar card. He called me to Datta Mandir, Vimaan Nagar to take the scooty and give the remaining amount. I went there. He said that he is sending someone else for it as he himself is on-duty in military premises. He was calling me from this number: [protected]. On truecaller, it was showing Mantosh Yadav from the Indian army, Maharashtra. After this, someone else called me from [protected], shown as airforce cargo on Truecaller. He said that he is stuck in military premises and he needs to show receipt of entire 18, 000 Rs. to show to the officials who will permit him to go out. So-called Mantosh Yadav was building pressure on me to give 13, 000 more saying that the person is just 5 minutes away from your location and that you can not get inside the premises. Both of them convinced me to send 13, 000 more after giving his aadhar card photo, some location's photo where he is on duty (which is attached). After believing that he is genuine, I had to send him 13, 000 more. I realized he is a fraud when he began demanding for 3, 000 Rs. more since that person's PhonePe limit has been exceeded. Then, I and my father went to the nearest police station (Vimaan Nagar police chowki). They redirected us to Shivaji Nagar Police Headquarters Cyber branch. We went there and the policemen were already aware of our situation since they receive the same case many times each day. I filed a complaint there with the complaint number: 4179 (attached photo). My 18, 000 Rs + conveyance charges + time was wasted. When I searched on google, many people had filed similar complaints on various forums.
Now that, he has my aadhar card and photos, he can misuse them as well. Police must be really serious about it since it's going around from so long.

I want to ask that why is Pune police not doing anything if they are already so aware of it? Also, how come PhonePe is not helping out customers with the details of those fraud people? Why are they using PhonePe as their transaction portal? Why is OLX not getting serious about such issues? Why is their so much lack of security that just with a mobile number anyone can try to sell anything on OLX? Why does truecaller show anything that anyone wants it to show? Also, why are those people using the Indian Army's name and degrading it and no one is doing anything about it? Why is it not a big social media issue until now?

I pradeep traveled pune to nzm on 27/06/19 in duranto exp. Pune to delhi is minimum 22hrs journey. Attender issued 1bottle water to me from the starting stn pune. I want a second water bottle in night but he refused and he said that only one bottle authorized up to delhi. Rice is very low quantity served and any body need some more they refused... You just think that how to suffer 22hrs journey with one litter water bottle and low quantity/quality food. How to authorize railway this type of menu...

I devendra hereby want you to inform that i wished to take a second hand phone so i've seen one oppo f11pro add on olx.
I talked to it's owner that i'm interested in buying that oppo f11pro
He agreed and the deal was done for 9000/rs
He told his name as sahil kumar.
He lives in army can't. He said that he works in army cannt in gd.
I asked about proof, so he sent his adhaar card photo and his i'd card proof which made me believe on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that iphone oppo f11pro within 24 hrs. Then suddenly he called me and said that he had kept that parcel on hold. To unhold that parcel he demanded me to give 5000 rupees.
So i gave him 5000 within two instalments through my bank account.
Then again he called me n demanded for more money.
Like this he called me and anyhow i managed to give him 5000 rupees. He was demanding for more amount of payment but i rejected and gave him almost more than full of the payment.
Again he was demanding for money but i said that "first to parcel the phone and then i will send you rest of the amount."
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.
I just have his adhaar card photo, i'd card proof and his paytm transition number.
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a normal student.

I had posted an ad on olx for floor touch gown sale. This person called me on aug 9, 2019 and identified himself as an army personnel. We settled for rs 1500 as payment. He called me after couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. I told him that i don't use google pay but can take on phonepe. He sent me a request of rs 1500 on phonepe through upi. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree to it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 5 transaction and i agreed to it. Rs 5 got debited from i account and rs 10 got credited. Believing him, i accepted rs 1500 transaction. My account got debited of rs 1500 but rs 3000 didn't get credit. Upon this he said that there is some error in swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 2987 as code for receiving 1500 so i can get my money back but again same thing happened and i got duped of approx. Rs 4500. For which he said that you have to click pay and recieve option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card though swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didnt do. This went on for couple of hours.

I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

Please help me get my rs 4500. The id of army person praveen sharmais attached.

This is very shameful act by indian army.
I saw on cardekho.com that a person wants to sell his swift zdi car so i contacted him he said that he has been posted to jammu and kashmir he used to stay in jaipur and now he wants to sell his car in urgency so he is sending his car from jaisalmer to jaipur he asked me for rs 5250 as transportation charges i gave him the amount after that he sent me the receipt of that and told me that i will receive my car by today now he called me and asked for 35000 more and no car came he is a fraud i want my money back along with this the person in crime should be punished. I hope indian army is going to help me out.

I am cheated by vikas patel for 48000/- towards selling car through olx. That rascal, son of a # introduced himself as an army officer. Sir please do some thing and put him behind bars, we respect indian army alot, seeing such incidents we loss our respect on indian army. This is my hardworking income, i am so depressed. Sir i am diagnosed with grade ii haemorrhoids by a medical practitioner and advised for laser surgery since i am a echs member i was referred to mh secunderabad for referral to my apathy the army doctor whom i met in the surgical opd on 09 aug 19 at 1045 hrs straight away refused for laser surgery and said such facility is not available in mh secunderabad hence you have to go for a normal surgery i requested him to refer me to any private hospital as normal surgery is very painful and it takes lot of time to get cured once there are morden facilities available at hospitals it should be taken under consideration to my agony he started saying that no i will not refer you to private hospital and i am here to save money of the army and i will save lot of money by not referring your case and so on...

Sir may i know if i am admitted in mh then no money is spent on me by the government of india and the medical officer is serving the nation without taking his salary i am sorry to say this but the way the medical officer spoke to me was really irritating also i was in to much pain due to my health issues. Sir is that true as said by the medical officer that if laser treatment is not available in mh can't i be referred to private hospital and if so the contribution made by me to echs i don't know where it stands if the same is not useful to me in my painful times. I have seen an ad on olx and then i called him and he said ok i will parcel u dslr .next day he called me and told me that i had delivered ur order through indain army transport parcel department.and said that u have to pay to 3500 in advance and next 3500 after order confirmation .i send him 3500 in advance and next 3500 after parcel boy called me to confirm order u hve to pay ur last 3500 then i paid all amount of 7000 after a while he(parcel boy) Called me and told me that sir u have to pay 3150 and then i paid him 3150 then again he told me that sir u to have to pay 3000 again again he took 25000 from me

next day (Aug 7, 2019) he again called me and apologized that I lost my money and said that he is an army person and will never do fraud and also send me his army ID card over whatsapp. He said he will make the transfer through same pethod but from phonepe this time and refund my entire money. The same trial with Rs 5 worked but when we did with Rs 999, it didn't work. So, I lost another Rs 1000.

I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. he keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

This person is a fraud. He also had an accomplice who posed as a shopkeeper with swipe machine. When I confronted him, this person started abusing me.

Please help me get my Rs 4000. The ID of army person Praveen is attached.

Same has happened with me.
I called the seller named srikanth to buy activa, he said its new and used very less. We had a deal for 16000rs. He convinced me by saying he is from army and he just transferred from hyderabad to nagpur and took the vehicle with him. He said i should first pay 5020/- for delivering the vehicle from nagpur to hyderabad & if i like the vehicle after seeing it, i have to pay the rest amount and if not, he will pay me back my rs5020. I was totally convinced by his words as he showed some id proofs (Aadhar card, cisf card, and rc of vehicle) of him and vehicle. Even though i had a doubt after seeing his adhaar card which was iittle blur but believed him because of his identity as an indian army. He said he can't video call anyone, not even can use his own account for transferring amount except his manager's. I paid the amount on 6th august 2019 at night through google pay acc no:[protected] ifsc: pytm0123456. He showed me the slip, wrote all the details for delivering the vehicle and said it will be delivered on 7th (The next day) at 12 pm.
I got a call from the delivery man (Ravi) he told me to pay the rest amount, as he can't process it further, only after payment he would get an email about delivering it. I called srikant and told the same, he said yes mam we have some rules and we need to follow it and i am following the rules, i'll ask my manager (Sadam khan) and tell you in a minute. He called me back and said the same to pay the rest amount because i am an civilian and delivering it to the civilian has some rules and we need to follow them. I asked why didn't he inform me this yesterday and reminded him his words saying i had to pay only 5020/- and the product will be delivered then if i dont like it he will pay me back. Anyhow, this went for a while later he again convinced me to pay the rest amount 10, 000/-. I paid after some time thinking whether to pay or not then called srikant and he said these are the rules and you need to follow as you paid late and some problem occurred, i have sent the screenshot of my payment and they said activa will be delivered within 20-30 mins.
Then i just checked the payment slip on net and found about olx fraudsters in which i saw srikanth's name.
Again ravi called me and told to pay rs 11, 000/- for security purpose as he didnt get the email on time and was late because of my payment. I got angry and started scolding him then called srikanth and he said you have to pay the amount then he will deliver it, pay the amount he is waiting there or else the vehicle and the amount both will go in pending something i didn't understand. I said i don't want the vehicle give back my money. No, you can't get the money now only after paying 11, 000 you will get the vehicle and if you don't like it you will get all your money back. I didn't agree to this and threatened him to expose his fraudness.
He didn't agree anything about his fraudness but was again trying to convince to pay the amount but was trying hard to convince me to pay. I told him to show the proofs of email he denied by saying because of security issues he can't send the screenshot, as an army person he has some rules and need to follow.
Now he isnt even paying my money back nor delivering me the vehicle.

I see the rally in dogra center in 3 april 2019 and i complete all task in rally process but dogra center worker feed my detail wrong in computer i am son of war widow but he feed son of excervice man. I see on olx honda activa 5g (2018 model) and there price was 33000 /- (At near my location)
I contact the seller via olx chat and he share his contact number was [protected].
I call and discuss about vehicle after this his last offer is 23000 /- but i said i want some time to make a decision and disconnect the call.
He call back and said he show me vehicle on my address, i said no.
He call again and said he was an indian army officer and he got a transfer to other location (Lucknow), and said he was delivery and check/show the vehicle at my location by his delivery person. I said ok
After this he call back and asked my aadhaar card, pan card and passport photo for legal delivery process in indian army transport services office, i give but i asked for his ids and he share his aadhaar, canteen card, driving licence and his photo.
After the process he demand some delivery charges (Rs. 3150/-), i said why i am pay for this i can't but he said we deduct from the deal price if deal is ok
But i said if deal was not done when? He said don't worry he will manage delivery charges.

After this all he will force me to make some advance for make trust between us, i said i don't have money yet, he force me to make some 50% of delivery charges, i give 1000 /- and 500 /- (Because i m fool)
I will make total payments is 1500 /-, he said ok on next day i received activa for check in front of his delivery person (He said delivery person was his friend military man).

After a 2 - 3 hrs olx show me suspicious user detected on this ad. I m shocked and check his name and contact number on true caller (His information is correctly show on truecaller)
But i check his contact number on google, i see there was many of fraud cases by vikas patel (Indian army officer)

I totally blame on myself but after this i was write here!

So i request to everyone who see this be aware don't fool as like me.
I also request indian army please make some action and secure your identities.
I also request olx, please make sure the seller or buyer too much secure

So now i waiting for next day and think about what i do with this call a cops or make some trap by police complaint?

मैंने(गौतम यादव) ने Olx mobile app पर एक आर्मी ऑफिस(विकास पटेल) के द्वारा डाले गए प्रचार के माध्यम से बात किया जिसमे वो अपनी हौंडा एक्टिवा बेच(35000/-) रहे थे।

मैंने उनसे कॉन्टेक्ट किया तो डील फ़ाइनल(25000/-) हो गया।
उसके बाद विकास पटेल ने अपने बारे मैं कई डॉक्युमेंट(संगलन) भी दिया।

कुछ घण्टे बाद उन्होंने 1500/- पार्सल ट्रांसफर मनी मांगी
जो मेरे द्वारा दे दी गई। (paytm to paytm)

1) Paytm no. [protected] पर ट्रांसफर किया गया। ( जो किसी "राहुल कुमार" द्वारा संचालित हैं।)

फिर उन्होंने और मनी की मांग की जो की 1650/-की थी, वो भी दे दी गई (paytm to paytm)

कुछ और घंटो के बाद उन्होने बताया की डिलीवरी मेन( मोबाइल no.[protected]) आप के घर से 5-6 किलोमीटर दूर हैं। मुझे और मनी चाहिए जिससे इंडियन आर्मी की gmail अकाउंट खुल सके, नहीं तो वो नहीं आएगा।

फिर मेरे द्वारा 20000/- का कोटक बैंक से NEFT( संगलन) किया गया।

जो मेरी तरफ 100/% successfull रहा।

लेकिन उन्होंने कहा नहीं मिला। और आपको तुरन्त imps करना पड़ेगी अभी के अभी।

फिर मेरे द्वारा imps 20001/- रुपए भी क्या गया। जो उनको मिला।

लेकिन फिर उन्होंने 11500/- माँग की और मुझसे।
लेकिन सुबह से रात के 9:00 बज गए लेकिन कोई भी पार्सल नहीं आये।

उनके द्वारा मुझसे 43, 150/- एक दिन में ठगे गए।

"क्या वाकई ये इंडियन आर्मी के ऑफिसर हैं या कोई और???" कृपा पता लगये...

अतः अब उनके द्वारा कोई भी रुपए वापिस नहीं दिया जा रहा हैं,
कृपा करके समस्या का समाधान करे तुरन्त।
