recently i just watched the bike posted in the olx and set a deal for 25000 and paid the whole amount to him using google pay to jora singh and then he didnot delivery the bike to me and asked 22500 for gate pass of indian army and it is completely refundable then i paid the amount and then later he asked the amount of 21500 for mrp related issues then i asked his id and details then he send his details then i thougth he is not fake then i realized then after he is making continues calls for the money then i checked his id but it is not showing. instead i searched about fake indian army photos then i found him on the website then i was completely dumbfound and i realized i have been cheated.

I sent around 50000 to them for formalities and they thugged me of 26000 rupees on whole
First they asked to pay full money and then asked to pay for insurance and security deposit and all

On[protected] today morning itself i have transferred money through google pay 3150/-for ifsc code pytm0123456 account number[protected] for dio bike model 2018 finalized for 30, 000/- and paid 3150/- as transport charges from domlur army transport camp bangalore to malleshwaram bangalore 560003 person name : jora singh contact number [protected] said me that bike will be delivery door step and remaining amount i can pay after deliver of bike and now the delivery boy says that for chech post i have to transfer 50% of the amount i kindly request you to provide solution for this and delivery boy contact number : [protected]

I got a call from a person at 12:30pm on 3rd July 2019, he said his name is Vikas Patel Mob no. [protected] and is interested in buying my cooler which I have listed in OLX for selling and I should send him my Google QR code. He fraudulently withdrew a total of Rs 19, 726.56 from my HDFC SB A/c. to UPI account in the name of Pooja Shrikant Rao Kulkarni with upi id [protected]@upi. The guy claimed to be an Army officer. I want all to know he is a repeated offender and loots people through OLX. Why is OLX not blocking such repeated offenders? Is OLX too a part of their Fraud Racket? Request immediate action against him. He is still available on the same number [protected] and he also spoke to the police inspector and challenged that he wont return the money. Whats wrong with our judiciary system? Are the banks a part of this scam too? Why can't anyone track such people they are all so digitally active and pool money in and out through government banks and majorly secure apps like Google Pay and UPI?

We have elderly at our home and no one to question. They are taking advantage of it and shouting at us always unnecessarily without reason. For example: he keeps his big car on the place were we have to take drinking water even after requesting them to remove etc. We are so much afraid to do anything. Please take some action. We respect indian army a lot but we r loosing that respect due to the indecent behavior of an army person and his family. They just make the situations and fight with fellow people who live near them. It's very sad that because of this kind of people indian army name is going down. They claim that they save india by there service but doesn't look at people near them. It's out of pain iam saying. Please train the army people who live outside army campus (Especially near hydershakote, hyderabad, telangana) on not only serving our country but also how to behave with people around them. I request you to identify and remove that kind of people from indian army. They r bringing bad name. Hope we have the best indian army.

I send 6250.00 to him he send me indian army courier receipt. And the courier boy called me on 6/7/2019 your vechile is arrived you pay 11500. Ooas army ce. I paid it. He say again you pay wrongly you pay again 11000+500. Again he say insurance 15550. I paid. And agin say 23400. I paid. Again i paid wrong i paid 23000+400he say me i will give the m jithenderoney at the delivery time of vechile. Totaly taken from 213500. The courier boy number is [protected]. The account number i transfer the amount no is[protected]. Ifsc code is pytm0123456. He say again gprs problem he say me rs.51, 150. I refused to pay him he say me he say me 12000.00you pay me i will pay remaining. I ask him return me the money he syas 1 month, and i asked loudly he says 1 week, finaly i give him 11. सर जय हिन्द, मैं विकाश पटेल के बारे में कुछ कहना चाहता हु । विकाश पटेल अपने आप को एक आर्मी का जवान कहता है जो उसके काम पे शोभा नही देता । सर, मैं आपको बताना चाहता हु की इन्होंने दिनांक 17 - 18 अप्रैल को मेरे साथ fraud किया । जिसमे विकाश पटेल ने olx पे अपना विज्ञापन दिया जिसमे एक dlsr d3400 nikon का camera था जो कि ये बता रहा था कि मुझे अर्जेन्ट है इसलिए इसे 15000 /- में बेचना है मैंने order किया और दूसरे दिन मेरे पास कॉल आया और मुझे कहा गया कि आपका पार्सल आ गया है हमारा आर्मी कूरियर वाला लेके आया है तो आप अपने product की आधी कीमत अभी मेरे office के paytm no पर भेज दीजिये तभी आपका login हमारे computer में open होगा और तभी हमारा आर्मी कूरियर वाला आपके address तक पहुच जाएगा तो मैने 7000 / - भेजी और फिर वापस मेरे पास कॉल आया कि आपने 50% से ज्यादा राशि भेजी है इसलिए आपका login नही खुल रहा है तो आपको अब बाकी बची राशि भी send करनी पड़ेगी तो मैने वो भी करदी ।

फिर वापस मेरेको कॉल आया कि आपका product आप ले सकते हो लेकिन उससे पहले आपको इस product की security fees देनी होगी जो 5151 /- जिसमे से आपको 5000/- वापस मिलेंगे ।

जब मैने 5151 रुपये transfer किये तब दूसरे paytm के number दिए गए । मेने 5151 भी transfer कर दिए और फिर मुझे कॉल आया कि आपको ये 5151 एक साथ नही देनी थी अलग अलग transfer करने थे ऐसे करते करते इनका वापस कॉल आया और मुझे कहा गया कि ये पैसे कोई काम के नही आपको वापस अलग अलग 5100 अलग और 51 अलग से करने होंगे ।

तो मेने भी कह दिया की इस product को return में डाल दो । मैने मना बोल दिया कि मुझसे अब इतना नही होगा तब इसने मुझे धमकी भी देने की कोशिश की तुम्हारे खिलाफ fir दर्ज कर दूंगा क्योंकि मेरा camera return करने के बाद मेरे पास 3 months के बाद आएगा और आपके पैसे भी 3 months बाद आएंगे और मेरा camera भी खराब हो जाएगा ।
मेने कहा कि 3 months return वाली एक भी online shopping site नही है इसने कहा कि ये हमारी अलग से policy है ।

इसने मुझे इतने पैसे transfer करने के बाद भी किसी प्रकार का bill भी नही दिया ।

जब मैने कहा तब इसने मुझे कहा यह हमारे computer का प्रोसेस है और मैं यह कहता हूं कि आज तक ऐसी कोई product compny नही है जो कोई product खरीदने पर उसका bill ना देती हो ।

तो फिर इनसे मुझे कहा कि आपको आर्मी पे भरोसा नही है मेने कहा आर्मी मेरे दिल के रगो में भरी हुई है और मैं हर indian आर्मी का दिल से सम्मान करता हु और आर्मी हमारे देश का गौरव होता है।

जब product ये बेच रहे तब मैंने पूछा कि आप इतनी कम कीमत में क्यों बेच रहे हो तब इन्होंने बताया कि आर्मी वाले मुझे salary time पे नही देते इसलिए मेरे परिवार की condition अच्छी नहीं है इएलिये बेच रहा रहा हु।

देश की सेवा करने वाला आज अपनी salary की बात कर रहा है थोड़ी बहूत भी शर्म नही आयी ।
और ऊपर से देश के लोगो के साथ आर्मी का नाम लेके fraud कर रहा है कही कही ये बन्दा इंडियन आर्मी को बदनाम कर रहा है जो कि आर्मी एक देश की गौरवशाली ताकत होती है ।

मैने कहा कि आपको को तो देश के लोगो से प्रेम नही है तो फिर देश से कैसे होगा ।

ये चार या पांच जने है जो इंडियन आर्मी में रहकर ऐसा काम कर रहे है ।

मेरी तो एक ही विनती है सर आपसे की मेरे पैसे गए उसका गम नही है मुझे लेकिन अगर इस तरह के बन्दे इंडियन आर्मी में होंगे तो कही अपनी ही इंडियन आर्मी को सर से झुका देगें।

इनके खिलाफ सर् जल्द से जल्द करवाई की जाए नही तो क्या पता और कितने लोगों को ये अपना शिकार बना देंगे ।

इस जैसे जवान को देश की सेना में नही रखो तो ही अच्छा रहेगा मेरे अनुसार ।

Vikas patel call me up today morning and said I have seen add and I want to buy I said him please give me all amount in cash he said I will have pay half by cash and half by Google pay i said I don't use Google pay then also he said no if possible please try to give. So I send him my sister Google pay acc and took her phone on conference. And they both had a chat first she transfer 100 rs and gave her back 200 rs and after that he hack her account and in five minutes he transfer 5000 rs five times immediately. And then he did not pick up the call. And did not respond at all. So please don't entertain this type of person. And please arrest him.

I am umesh. I was looking into a nice 2nd hand car in carwale used car app. I found an add posted in carwale at 01.07.219 of maruti suzuki swift dezire vdi (Priced around 2.2 lakh rs).

I received a message in whatsapp, who shared their contact number. ([protected])
So i texted in whatsapp. Immediately he sent me the documents and photo of the car. It was looking beautiful. I continued chatting with him. He was speaking in hindi, but i was not fluent with hindi so i continued to text in english (I was able to understand what he is saying).
He (Abdul khadeer shaikh) said he was working in indian army jaipur location. So he is selling the car and its urgent for money. Later on he said, indian army has courier service and they will deliver the car to my location itself. If it is good, then i can buy else i can send it back.
I got few doubt about his conversation and immediately he showed his army canteen card. Again i started conversation with him found him genuine. Abdul khadeer shaikh (Culprit) asked me to pay rs. 5000 to one of the account google pay ([protected]), so as to receive the token from his army office. Also he asked me to send my aadhar card to deliver the car. So i made payment. After he sent the army courier copy. After 1 days the transporter called me asked for payment of rs. 21, 150 for deliver the car. So i made that payment also. After some time again called me and asked for another payment of rs.31000, so i directly doubted on this. After that i called to abdul khadeer, he also told me to make payment its a formalities of indian army transport. So i rejected the request and told him to i dont need your vehicle, give my amount. But till he did not responding to any call or message.
And also he taken my aadhar card & pan card photos.
I request certain department to take necessary action on him and give me my hard earned rs.26, 150.

I saw an bike ktm duke 200 on facebook for 40000 person told me he is from indian army and is urgently selling his bike so he again and again every day he said I work at IGI airport delhi mobile no - [protected] wattsapp. And he said you just transfer me 2000 so I can send you parcel I transferred him later he said delivery person on call will inform delivery person said - [protected] - that you will have to pay 19 thousand so I will get mail...

So this person calls me and tell his name as ajay yadav asks me for 5000 google pay [protected] in this number and then he send me his bsd id carda and aadhar card and tells me to send money. Then while swiping through olx i found a ad of other bike and after contacting the person he says his name is also ajay yadav and sends the same id and aadhar. Then tells the same address he is staying as the first ajay yadav, wow u guys don't even know how to do fraud, but in the name of indian army? Why dude why? Remember that because of them you are safe in india at least leave the great indian army out from this.

I am rakesh. I was looking into a nice 2nd hand car in olx and mutc (Manipal trading center facebook). I found an add posted in mutc dated:[protected] of maruti suzuki celerio zxi (Priced around 2.1 lakh rs).

He (Manjeeth singh) said he was working as csif and current at hubli got transferred to jammu and kashmir. So he is selling the car and its urjent. Later on he said, indian army has courier service and they will deliver the car to my location itself. If it is good, then i can buy else i can send it back (Instead of myself going to hubli and looking into the car).
I got few doubt about his conversation and immediately i called my brother working in indian navy. I asked him to look after the proceedings, and shared his number to my brother. My brother started conversation with him, based on conversation my brother found him genuine. Manjith (Culprit) asked me to pay rs. 10200 to one of the account paytm bank noida, so as to receive the token from his army office. Also he asked me to send my aadhar card to deliver the car. I was 80% damn sure it is scam, so i hesitated to make payment. I just forwarded what manjeeth said me to my brother, navy officer. He may have done some conversation and after few minutes my brother sent me a receipt with which he has made a payment of rs. 10200 at around 9.09 pm!!! I was shocked. Now the real tension begins. I was not able to sleep the whole night. Later on my brother asked me to forward the receipt, i did so. He (Manjeeth culprit) acknowledged and said tomorrow at 8 am car will start from hubli and reach my place in the evening, through army courier service. By then i came to know that its totally fraud as i googled and found many similar complaints.
In the morning, 8 am, i texted him and he sent me the army labelled courier slip. And the car is started from hubli to my aadhar address!!! I was sure its fraud and worried whole day for 10200rs!! Later in the noon he texted me in whatsapp and asked me to call. I texted him, and he said me to pay 21000 as gps charge, as the car is nearby shimoga. I stopped replying him, he used to do whatsapp call!!. He never did me a call from his mobile number. Only internet call!! I am ashamed of myself, as i know all these kind of fraud things happening!! But i myself became a fool.

Money comes and goes, but human value!! Its not matter of 10200 rs. I am worried about my aadhar number!! What fraud things he may do in future!! How many of fools like me may had paid him!!

I request certain department to take necessary action on him and give me my hard earned rs.10200.

This guy did fraud behind tvs jupiter. He sell his tvs jupiter on olx n i made contact with him. He take a charge of rps 3150 for transport parcel from indian army. I saw an add of a car (Maruti Suzuki Alto 800) bearing registration no.- AS 23P 6799, which was 3 years 4 months+ old being offered at 135000/-(One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand) from a man Jai Kishan. On contacting him through chat I was offered to contact him through phone call(written call me) . We talked, he told me that He is an army man (Sepoy) and the deal was finalised on 115, 000/-. He told me thay car will be sent through courier as he has transferred to Patna (Bihar) and requested me to pay 7, 150/-(Seven thousand one hundred fifty) in advance and remaining amount to be paid on delivery. He forwarded me photos of the car, his PAN card and Canteen Smart Card to prove that he is genuine person(An army Sepoy). So, I trusted on him, since I thought an army man can't cheat us (common people) and I paid 7150/-. He shared me pics of the courier slip and told me that he had sent the courier through overnight courier and it will be reached you by tomorrow evening. I made 4 transactions total amount of 30220/- (Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty) from my SBI Bank Account via Google Pay on 2/07/2019 to a Paytm Bank Account bearing Acc. No.[protected], Acc. holder's name Anil Kumar and IFSC code PYTM012345. On second day, in the afternoon, He rang me and have been told to pay 13, 940/- (Thirteen thousand nine hundred forty) as GPS Charge and 9, 130/- (Nine thousand one hundred thirty) as GST Charge. He insisted me to pay those pending payments saying that then only my parcel will be delivered. I again trusted him and I paid the said amount.Today I tried to contact him and his subordinates, but no response then only I came to know that he betrayed me. The Mobile No. of the delivery boy is also attached as he is also attached in the fraud. Pics of his whats app image is also attached, he seems to a serving offical in indian army too. All the transaction made with pics is attached for your kind consideration.

Kindly provide speedy resolution and take some legal action(s) against such fraud army men.

I have talk for phone purchase from olx that he had posted advertisement of iphone and i tell him that i am interested of buying and first he shared me his aadhar card for doing trust on him and he said tranfer 4000 in my paytm account and i have transfer the amount but he didn't send me the phone and he is telling that i am an army officer in nagpur from here i will courier your phone and he send me the courier photo also and i have transfer 4000 to his paytm account that is [protected]. He's mobile no. Is [protected]. They all are fraud and making fools to innocent people.

I received a offer for sale o[censored]sed i20 number mh12 lp6234 from mr. Sanjay patil. However when he was about to send the car he asked for bill-t amount of rs. 4150 and said the car wont be transported if i dont pay. The car was then transported via indian army transport. Later.in the next day morning i got a call from transporter daying they you need to pay online gps fees of rs. 18, 999 and security deposit amount of rs 31300 post which email from indian army will be cleared and car will be delivered. I tried to negotiate with him for lesser amount then he said please pay 18, 999 and 15000 we will deliver the car. However, i received one more call from the same person saying you will have to pay entire amount. He has also shared id proof, which seems to be fake.in total i have paid rs.38, 149. Please issue refund of the entire amount.

Kindly help me to recover my money backfor investment intermedi, because 1 time rs 2294 has been debited from my account saying transfered to investment intermedi and i really don'thave any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on suchcompany. Its really harrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn bodhs to us because we are below poverty line and we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap nasis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

When we want to view seller details cardekho verifies buyer by sending an otp and then gets a contact number of seller (Screenshot below)

When the interested buyer contacts seller (Shankar as in the screenshot above) after seeing the ad posted in cardekho.com, seller asks for interested buyers aadhar card, passport size photos and says that he will provide his details and car details.

Provides his whats app no [protected] name used shankar (Seller) for interaction.
When the victim (Buyer) sends his photos and identity card photos on whats app, he sends the car photos, car registration details, his cisf identity card and adhaar card details. (Screenshot below captured from as received in whatsapp)

He calls up and says that he is in a hurry as he is posted out and needs to dispose off the car urgently.
He asks for a initial payment of rs.7100/-. Says that car will be delivered on location through army courier. Sends a courier agency detail with his photo and victim photo.
Then he gives paytm details for money transfer.

He asks for additional rs.8500/- for transporting the vehicle. Says this amount will be deducted from total amount of the car.

If we don’t like the car then he will refund the entire amount. Says he is a soldier and should be trusted.
But after all this he is not giving any contact number or a tracking number for us to verify whether the deal was genuine and a car is on its way to us promised and taken payments for.
The total amount taken from us is rs 7100 + rs 8500

Pleading you to kindly look into this matter urgently and prevent a wider fraud. Such people are tarnishing the image of armed forces. And i am raising this to your urgent attention in the interest of preventing more damage to other innocent citizens.
