I am somnath P k [protected]. I have searched Car Alto 800lxi MH-43-AR-2603 MFG July -2014. After looking car on OLX i called to Mr. Umashankar Pradhan and discussed with them about car. His told me yes i am sell my car in 1 lakh Ruppes only. and now this car is at Jodhapur, Rajashtan. few days ago my transfer has done from maharashtra to jodhapur, Rajasthan. so i am not interested to transfer my car in RJ Passing, so i wish to sale my car.
his asked 15% (Rs. 15000 ) for car transfer to Pune via Army Transport office. and balance payment you will paid after received car. if you will not like car, then you will get refund all amount.As provided account details from Mr. Umashankar Pradhan i paid Rs. 15000 on Date 05.08.2019 in FINO Bank A/C No - [protected], Account Holder Name -Army Transport Office, IFS Code - FINO0001001. after received payment they sent me transport details by whatsapp also his ID Card, and called me tomorrow car will reach on pune on 2 Pm. you will check car condition and then you will paid balance payment.
but next day on 2 PM called me Mr. Pravin Kumar from Army Transport office, and tolled me i am Mr. Pravin kumar from Army Transport office, i will deliver Alto 800 lxi car on you provided address. after few minute his called again and asked some amount 35000 Rs. after paid this amount we will give car delivery, because its our transport rules. also said me Mr. Umashanker Pradhan same. Transporter not agreed to delivery his asked 35000 Rs. and his sent me PAYTM Bank Account details. then i have paid again 35000 Rs. on 6.08.2019 in PAYTM Bank A/C No[protected], IFS Code - PYTM0123456, A/C Holder Name - Army Office. (total 50000 Rs. Paid).
After that again his asked 35000Rs. then i refused to fund and told refund to Rs. 50000. his told this is 2-3 month procedure for refund so you should paid 35000 rs. then i will give car delivery on your address. after that both mobile no is going switch off. not any responce.

I came in contact with a person called dinesh kumar singh (As per him), through facebook.

He was selling his maruti ertiga. I spoke to him on phone and the deal was done on phone for rs. 3, 20, 000. He said the the vehicle will come through road by military vehicle. I paid 10000 for transfer through paytm. He sent me the challan and said that the car will get delivered next day by 4 in the evening. Next day i got a call who introduced himself as the person carrying the car and asked me to pay 25k. I spoke to the main person i had initiated the deal with and he rook me in confidence that i can pay the amount and he will get it adjusted. After making a payment i got another call asking me to 33k in the name of gst and i paid that as well. Next i got another call asking me to pay 44k. After this i was shocked and i denied making any payment. They tried to convince me the entire day to transfer the money.

I'm looted for 93k.

On 11 july, 2019, i posted an add for selling my guitar for ₹4000 on olx. That day at 8 pm, a phone call came to my number. The man on the other side was wanting to buy my guitar. He did not bargain much and was convinced to buy it at ₹ 3500. I was also very happy that i got a customer who was willing to pay a fair price. Then this man asks me to send him my upi id. On asking why, he says that i am manjeet singh, indian army. I am posted in jammu. So i can't meet you face to face mam. So i wanted to pay you in advance. Then later my guy will come to receive the guitar at your place. I was convinced with this story. For once i thought that why this guy wants to buy the product without even seeing it in real. But then i did not give it much thought.
I have him my google pay id. This man then sends me a money request of ₹4900 along with a caption which says "payment receiving". Then i asked him that why he was sending me a money request. He said me that he was sending the money from a merchant account. So it is received as a request. Me being so gullible, i got convinced and accepted that request. This happened not just once but 3 times. Every time he would say me that he is trying to send it but since this is a merchant account, the money is coming as a request. After the 3rd time i realised that all this time money from my account was getting debited.in total he frauded me for ₹12000 approx. Even after that he was sending me many more requests. And calling me everytime i cut the phone. At last he starts abusing me and intimidating me. He even asked me to send the photo of my debit card along with cvv. When i asked hkm to send his adhar card, he sends me the adhar card of haveeldar manjeet singh which obviously is not his own identity. I went to the police. I gave them all those numbers from which he had called me. One of the numbers were tracked in rajasthan. Other numbers were bought without documents. So could not be tracked. I urge strict action be taken against this man. He already has frauded a lot of people and is in search of many more opportunities to do this again.

He took money 3k for bike transportation to my address after that he asked me to pay 11.3k because my parcel was banned if pay 11.3k then only they can deliver the parcel but i refuse to pay the money. The army sepoy named ravi kumar prajapat kept an advertisement in olx on 27th jul, 20119 for the sale of honda activa vehicle bearing registration number ts 11ej8492, registered on arukala bharathi d/o jairaj goud staying at h. No. 16-1-428/1, kurma basthi, saidabad, hyderabad – 500059, and he said the registered owner is his wife.

His details are ravi kumar prajapat, ga[protected]f00, 17032120l, sepoy, according to his canteen id, a copy of which he provided in whatsapp.

Mr. Ravi kumar gave his contact number [protected] and later discussed with me and he agreed to sale for a price of rs. 25, 000/- the same price which he mentioned in olx advertisement and said vehicle will be delivered at my residence in army transport.

On 1st of august 2019 at 10:35 pm, he called me and requested to pay rs. 3120/- to book a transport at indian army transport parcel department at nagpur and i said i will only pay rs. 1000/- to confirm the transaction and remaining when vehicle gets delivered. But he insisted to pay rs. 3120/- and remaining balance he can pay at the delivery and checking the condition of the vehicle. On 2nd august at around 10:00 am i asked his paytm number to pay rs. 1, 000/- and he gave mobile number [protected] registered on paytm as thotakuri lokesh chowdary, i was expecting his paytm account number but he gave lokesh’s number by telling me that he is of army transport personnel and i believed his version and sent and amount of rs. 1, 000/- first and remaining rs. 2120/- after he sent me the transport booking receipt in whatsapp and the photo of the packed vehicle. And he promised the vehicle will be delivered at my door at between 10:00 to 11:00 pm.

At 09:57 pm, i received a call from mobile number [protected] and the person said he is an army sargeant of transport department and vehicle has arrived and it is at the bolarum near alwal, and i requested him to deliver the vehicle at my residence but he said i have to pay remaining balance amount of rs. 22, 000/- first in paytm and after getting a confirmation email of the payment he will come and deliver the vehicle. I called immediately to ravi kumar and he said he will speak with transport manager to tell army sergeant to deliver the vehicle. And later i called the sergeant requested him the same but he was very adamant and started telling he is an army person and you are speaking with me, you have to pay the remaining amount than only it will delive. I told him how can i pay remaining amount without receiving and seeing a vehicle which is not correct and it is an contradictory to the words of ravi kumar. Later i speak with ravi he was also telling the same thing. And later many times in the midnight i requested both of them but they didn’t listen to me and ravi were making stories it is not possible to deliver without balance payment and once he said client pay rs. 20, 000/- and vehicle will come to you and i insisted i cannot without seeing the vehicle. And at last he said he spoke with his friend and he will pay rs. 10, 000/- and you pay rs. 10, 000/- and vehicle will be delivered.

Later i got suspicious and i told them to deliver in the morning or refund my amount rs. 3120/- in my paytm account. Since saturday i am sending him messages in whatsapp but he is not responding and acting smart by not reading my messages while opening whatsapp.

I, kindly request to all army personnel to catch this person and all such persons and others who are working with them and put them behind bars because there are such numerous complaints online on him and also on others. The victims are suffering like anything and such people are diminishing the image of the indian army by cheating common people.

He told us to send our atm card detail but we refused and asked him to send us money in paytm or my citibank account but he told that in army canteen we have some fastrack service which sends money in upi using google pay. He starts pushing some request in google pay and keep calling us to accept and told us please accept it fast other it gets failed and we accepted those request but after accepting those request money 7500 k got deducted from our account. We called him back and explained him, then he told us that he would refund the money un the evening when we called him in evening for the money he starts giving excuses that he is busy and he will pay later now its been a week he stops responding our call.. Please help and ask him to pay our money. We have all the information and screenshots bank statement. His name is jai kishan please help!!!

I have seen camera a ad in olx which was we dealed at 14000, and told me he is a army officer, i thought he is not lying, then he told i will deliver you the camera by, indian army courier he said you have to pay 3150 by paymt or google pay, then i paid the amount he shared me a parcel sleep, after early tomorrow morning, the courier boy you need to pay the remaining amount then only you get the product, i refused to pay, after that he didn't left my call, i dont no what should i do, totally fraud, hes noumber is the delivery boy [protected]

He did send the courier receipt and ask me to send payment on goolge pay number i had send him 5k this time
Then the next day the courier person called me and told that your parcel is with me but u need to pay the full. Amount then i will get the clearance and then i will get my phone i talked to sanjay he told to pay the full amount and take the phone from courier so i send him 7000 on the paytm number after which the courier guy again called and told ur payment is done but now u need to pay 8107 rs for the insurance i again called sanjay and he told adjust with the courier guy they both denied my call after this the last call they picked up i told i dont want the phone u can keep your phone and give me back my payment i. E. 12000 they told its the army policy that the payment will be returned to u in 22 days and the payment is still not returned

I requested the army officer to look after this matter as the frauds are increasing day by day and by those who are protecting india how can we trust them? If they can do fraud with the citizens how can u trust them so much that they are in army.

Respected Sir, I Deepbendu Das studying in Amity University Noida and son of Ex Servicemen Nb/Sub Dibakar Das was being frauded by two army person via a add of iPhone 7 Plus through quikr. The seller named Rinku Kumar living at Agra Cantt accepted an offer of 15000 and next day the delivery was about to happen. Then his partner Sandeep a courier person of the army postal services said I need to send 511 for delivery charge through army postal services. I gave that sum, next they said there is a halt at Badarpur for signature and paper work. After this they took 1511 for the Bde sahab, Next 2111 for the gateway charges, next 5111 for the parchi and security and then 5675 for the final charge to get to the delivery. In between I insisted I will not give further but I blindly believed into their trick and finally they were successful to take another 11000 by saying that all of the previous money would be refunded but I neither got the money nor the product. I have seen the ad of iphone X which is of 43, 000 i start to chat then he gave me the no. To call on his i called then i asked for the lowest price all that stuff happen.
Then suddenly he was an army officer he send me his all document which make me belive him and he will courier the item to which i have pay in advance i refuse then he say atleast the courier charge which i agree rs 1500 then he gave me the msgs i got the msg till that everything is fine I thought i will get the parcel and rest amt after checking the device.
Then again the new issue arises i called the courier boy he said this is the army parcel he need the permission which he will get from his office after the army confirmation.
Then i called him i asked him about all this stuff and he says yes i have to confirm then he will deliver u the parcel then i asking him to confirm it which he refuse and asking me for the full amt which i refuse then he says half amt and u will receive your parcel and after your checking pay the rest of the amt which again i refuse. Then i said confirm it or take your parcel back and refund my money. He says wait atleast 5000 i said u will confirm it then he says yes. I agree to pay 4000 which he agrees and he says i will confirm it.

I have seen an ad of apache rtr 160 on olx and i contacted him. He named me as vikas patel indian army and his duty was in jhansi. The cost of bike was put before me is 30000 and it negotiate to 27000. He send me his aadhar card, driving license, army canteen card. I trusted him and he said to transfer 2100 rupees for billing and said that the bike will reached to you on your home address, i transferred 2100rs. Again he said to transfer 6707rs i did but he told he told me that you have to pay 6760rs and i paid after some time he said that courier passed and it will reach to you. But after more he said to transfer remaining bill otherwise your courier will not reached to you. I refused to pay him and asked him to refund my money. But he is not refunding my money (15567rs).
Please help me as soon as possible. I am not rich man i collected that money with great efforts.
I humbly request you to take strict action against him.

I came across a bike (Royal enfield) deal on olx. Owner his name is vikas patil who is working in kempegowda airport bengaluru, wanted to sell his bike at a meagre price of 40k. When asked about the reason he told he's gonna shift to mumbai as his job was transferred so he wanted to sell it & move on. Initially he asked me to pay 3150rs for parcel of bike. To which i agreed & a bill was given.
Upon parcel reaching my place the truck driver supposed to parcel called me up & asked me to pay 11.3k since it was a speed delivery. I paid him the money. After crediting he called me & told that the indian army would be billing amount above 10k so split the amount & send, also he stated that 11.3k (Not billed) would be refunded by cash. I did as he told me. Later after crediting he again called me & said since the parcel to be received is being received late the bill would be generated only if the rest amount is paid. Upon a lot of conversation i agreed to him, paid him full amount. He later called again telling me that the insurance of the bike is expired so to renew it pay 12.6k (Also stated that even this amount would be given by cash by the driver). To which i disagreed & asked him to repay my amount.
Now there is no response from his side for this!!.

Ravi kumar prajapati has ad was posted by him and we had discussion about the vehicle has said to me that i have to deposited the amount in bank or google pay so i have transfer the said amount (3120 rupees on 27/07/2019) for cargo charges form nagpur to hyderabad and next day he called me and said that i have to deposited more (15000 rupees form google pay) to receive the vehicle will came to me by military courier service. Exactly after half an hour i transfer the amount i receive the call form courier department saying i have to deposited other (11250 rupees as a security deposit) but i was having shot of money so he said me to transfer only (10.000 rupees towards security deposit) execatly after half an hour i received the call form the mr. Ravi kumar prajapati saying i should deposit complete amount again of rupees 11250. Then only will receive the vehicle as per my discussion with him i told him clearly that i don:t have money after that he told me to deposit other 3500 rupees and the balance amount of (Rupees.7750 for total amount of rupees 11250) he will arrange form his side.

Sir since 3rd day has completed i did not received any phone or any kind of response form mr. Ravi kumar prajapati.
