We dealt a Bolero zlx with Sahil Kumar.He asked for more and more money.We got doubt and stopped the deal and asked to return our money.At first, he told I will surely deposit the money.But later he switched off his phone.We are trying to get connected with his phone.But there is no development.He cheated us very badly and took 2, 05000.When we Google it, we came to know that he cheated even many members through the name of Indian Army.

My name is Surender Singh working at the Department of Telecommunication, Wireless monitoring station Jalandhar. The person named Vikas Patel alleges himself as an officer of the Indian army posted at Amritsar. The person posted an online advertisement of a two wheeler vehicle which he told he was selling. On inquiring he mentioned he is in the Indian army and gave the id proof which i have submitted in the photos below. Then when the deal was agreed he demanded a sum of Rs 20000 which he asked in advance. After paying him i tried to contact him several times for the delivery, he then again asked money in the name of Army security fees.This continued for a while and then he switched off his phone number [protected], [protected], [protected] and now are again active. This is a serious issue as he is defaming the name of the most prestigious institution in the country. I am not only one who he has cheated as i am sharing the record of his fraud from his social media(FACEBOOK) profile. I have filed a complaint in the cyber crime department of Jalandhar Police which i have submitted below as well. The alleged person is still active and again cheating many people on daily bases. I request you to kindly check into the matter as he is bringing shame to our pride The INDIAN ARMY. I would be grateful to you

He posted his add on olx for selling his activa for 20k-22k model 2017 and driven only 3800kms.

This person is totally fraud named gulabchand mourya brispati. He asked you for 2k-3k amount for the activa through paytm and google pay and asked for your aadhar card.
He said he is from indian army and selling his activa vehicle as he is leaving out from the city.

He will send you fake rc, insurance, aadhar card, canteen card, pan card so that u get convinced that he is not fraud. But all his documents are invalid.

The vehicle he is selling is brown colour activa no. Mh12pl6706. And the owner name is mantosh yadav not gulabchand.
He generally posted his post on olx.
I have attached all the fraud documents he sent to me.

Please be aware of this fraud. He is openly doing this fraud from so long and give open threaten that no one can do anything against him and doing fraud is his business.

But till date i didn't received my new card n my old card has been block, with which am facing lot of hardship.

I was searching a scooter in the olx then i saw one ad 2017 scooter only 8000 km run then i sent a message through olx am intrested to buy then he replied that contact me on my whatsapp number [protected] then sent a message he told me to call when i called him he he told he is an indian army person working in banglore airport i got transferred to kolkata so i am selling my honda dio scooter then his whtasapp dp was in army dress he sent army card rc card his name was baharul haque same details were on id card so i bilieved then he asked me to pay rc transfer charge 2100 at night in morning delivery boy will contact you i will be busy so you follow the procedure wat he says he will deliver the scooter then you pay the remaining amount i told k.in morning delivery boy [protected] called and asked to pay 5200 gprs fees i paid then told to pay 9200 remaing amount i paid then he asked to pay 8100 which is processing fees which wil be returned during delivery then i paid 8100 then he told me to put 11000 then i became angry i refused then he told to contact owner when i cantacted owner he told pls pay 11000 this is final procedure then i decided these are fraud people then i asked him to cancel and return my money he told that i am army person you cant complaint then i asked him to return money he refused and then his phone was not reachable...

I got an add on facebook to sell a car named swift. Parsign of car was from my city only. When i called that i want to buy that car so he said that car is in delhi you have to pay 5000 for delivery of car. But when i asked that your car parsing is of vapi then why your car is in delhi? He answered that his duty was for six month in vapi and after six month he took car with him to delhi. I said okay. Then i paid 5000 rs for courier and they said that they sent the car and it is going to be delivered by two of our drivers. The car is now reached to rajasthan. Then they asked again for 17000 for gps enabling. I said why gps?. I refused to give 17000 rs then for proof i asked their aadhar card. He sent his aadhar card and i checked on official government page to verify aadhar and it was genuine. So i was ready to pay 17000. But i searched for the name of same person as of in aadhar card. Many complaints there of fraud on google of this aadhar card. And now that person is not receiving my calls. So guys be aware of this type of frauds. Search it before you pay money for that.

Hello i saw a add on olx for maruthi suzuki sx4 by person name jaikishan. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 17400 (1st parcel charges 5100 and 2nd insurance change 12300) army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 17400 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by tomorrow evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

I have seen a advertisement of maruti vitara breeza (Ka 36 n 6390), he told me his name is ss tomar and he is in cisf checking officer in bangalore airport and want to sell his car due to sudden transfer to delhi, so the deal was fixed at 500000 he told me to deposit 5000 in his accont which i paid through google pay (Qr code is provided in photos atteched) so that he can send it to the indian army transport parcel department (Slip is attached in pics) parcel guy contact number, he send me all his army id card, aadhar card, parcel slip in the name ss toma. After sendig the slip he requested 40000 rs to pay for the advance and it can be refunded at army office at the time of delivey, after negotiation i jave paid 20000 throgh google pay. The parcel arriving date was 30/05/2019. On 30/5/2019 he again called me saying that the parcel reached coimbatore 60 km from palakkad and you have to pay amount of 30000. I refused to pay since they haven't provided the gps tracking of car. Then i searched about indain army parcel service that time i got somay news regarding many people were cheated like this. After that i have shared this cheating news to his whatsapp and call immediately he blocked me. After that i got original car owner number when i called home he told me that car is at my home raichur (Bangalore). Pleaseh the refund and help me getting this person red handed so that this did not happen to anyother

There is a person name vikas patil working in indian army making short sale of rupees 5000 online transfer but it is clearly proud delivery is not happened but money taken this happen on quikr app. Please file case on it and get the refund back to me. They are using indian army name to do this fraud please stop it it and catch this person and put into jail. Residing all the the photos and army person id card and canteen card to make the people fool and asking them to money to send the bike to their place through parcel please please don't transfer any money to him.

This is to inform you that local people are illegally grabbing army land my home was on zero ground next to army area they invaded and trying to make a more plot at seven tombs tolichowki hyderabad 500008.

They are cutting trees and making temporary boundary and now they cleared complete area and started construction please find the attachment.

I saw a iphone 7+ in olx application posted by an army man named yogesh saini from jaisalmer rajesthan he has fraud with me by sendinging fake mobile bills, photos and videos and take 3000 rps and 480 for currier from me and he also send me the photo of currier bill but i have not received any thing. He tell me that he already send mobile by currier but i did not get anything and also tells me that you receive your parcel in 24 hour bt the time is over and i have no mobile he also blocked me on whatsapp and calling.

Hi team, my name is naini raju, i saw an add on olx for a second hand vespa (For 42000 rs). I contacted the person and he said his name is sahil kumar, and he is indian army man posted at nasik deoli army camp and he wants to sell his vesap as early as possible because he is being transfered. It was good deal so i thought of purchasing it. He sent me pics on watsapp. He said he will send me the bike via military transport. Then he asked for my aadhar card, pan card and one passport size pic to transfer the bike on my name. I sent him this via watsapp. After some time he called me up and asked me to transfer 5500 as registration charges, he said this money will be deducted from the bike amount. I transfered it to him via the paytm number provided by him. Then he said i will get d delivery by night 8 pm. Then in the evening i got another call, this person said he is from army and he has come to deliver my parcel, but army has a procedure i. E he needs to get email from army. And he will get the email only after i transfer 9000 and 500 on given paytm number, and this money will be refunded. So i transfered 9500. Soon after that i got a call saying i have done a wrong transaction. I should send 2 transactions i. E 9000 and 500 separately. I sent him. He gave call to confirm that the transaction was complete and he got the mail and will come to my address. After some time i get another call from the delivery guy and he said the bike insuarance money is not sent so you will not get the bike. But i can get the bike if i pay insuarance amount which is 12700 (Refundable). I paid this as well. Then i got another call in which the driver asked to do the half payment of bike, i am just 20 minutes away. Ill reach your address. And if dont do this then it will cross 8.30 and he won't b able to deliver the bike as military personals are not allowed to go to a womens place at night. So i transfered him 21000. Then at 8.30 he calls up and says i cannot deliver the bike because its already 8.30 so i will deliver it tomorrow morning. Along with this he said, all the delay was because of me as i took time to transfer the amount. So he said a penalty would be charged for me and if i want to escape that penalty, i should send him remaining amount of the bike. I sent him 21000 and i was assured that next day my bike would be delivered. Next day morning when i called him, he said penalty has been charged for me and so i need to pay 9100 else he will not deliver. Till now i had paid him 79200 rs. But i dint want to pay any more, so i went to the police station.
But this military (Fake) people are still troubling me.
Please provide help.

There is guy in olx posted for AC add. he said his Name is Sahil Kumar and residing in old Airport colony area in Bangalore.I talked with him. He said he is from Indian army and he is getting transferred to Pune so want to sell his AC. I asked him about the Ac warranty and bill. He said army people will give a receipt and that includes warranty. Also he said that it's free installation. His installation team will come and do free installation. With this I said that I will pay half money later half money, but he said to pay full as he will do it soon. as soon I paid within 10mins he said u installation has been done and he will deliver to my address soon. I waited for his team to deliver to my address.
He asked to pay money in his brother Rajesh Kumar Gpay no [protected]. But again he called me and said to refund back as it went to wrong account. Again he called back saying no problem I will talk with my brother on this. But wen I again checked with giving another amount just for trail purpose.
This guy name i saw is Makbul Sekh.
He took 17000rs from me and after that he didn't deliver the AC.I called him after that he is not picking up the call.

Actually i am akhilesh kumar shukla s/o mr manmohan shukla and i was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Suresh chandra yadav) for rs 23510 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

[[protected]], then i got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in khaga kaushambi and i have to pay rs 16300 than again he called that balance 24500 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again. I got a call to pay 16300 more and bike will be delivered to me today. Today when i didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and 3 ~4 persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.

I have not paid any amount to him coz it seems to me suspicious when i told him that i am coming to give him money he refused.

I have placed an advertisement on olx for selling my bike. This person name (Told me) as vikash patel {may/must be fake} introduced him as a army officer. And he said "he will purchase my bike" and will give me 15k in advance by bhim upi application. And when i gave him my bhim id he sent me 10k and then said "sir, i have send u the money on bhim and please transfer into you account by clicking pay" off course, everyone knows that bhimupi is directly link to your account. So i realised that he is a fraud person. And i end up conversation with him {without paying ir sending any money to him} please do something for this. Or else anyone can be fraud by this.

I am searching bolero in olx, because we don't hve sufficient money to buy in ashowroom, on that olx i find abolero 2017 model which is sold by indian army man jaikishan son of ramkishan meerpur (274) mirpur rewari, haryana 122502, at the first time he asked me to buy that bolero and he call me and introduce himself as an indian army and he sent me his documents addhar, army id, pancard and so... By seing that i trust him so i agreed with him because idon't trust that an indian army should tell alie to the public like this, so first he asked me to transfer 7100 for parsale and gst 21999, gps 33550, again for border cross and he said your bolero was now in kohima, he ask again for waiting charge so that the things should be deliverd to me, so itrust him and gave him again, last he said this is our last final deal i[censored] gave me 49550 it will be delivered to you after 40 minutes but if not the things should be return, at the present idon't have any money so i run around and search and gave him, after 5 minutes he call me and said it will be deliverd after 40 minute, when i call him after 40 minute he and his driver both phone numbers are in switch off till today, i don't know what todo, it was alarge amount of money.
