Hi sir,

I have been looted by a car seller claiming as army personal naming as dattaram rustom kokate ([protected]) [protected] from pune named as attached aadhar card and details of 46100/-. They are many more like this. They made me understand to make transaction in a slot.

Unfortunately and situations at that time i have shared my adhar and pan card.

There are several post like this. I have contacted by 3 more people after that.

I have attached all details what i have. Please have a look for those and help me in this regards.

Indian army personal fraud bike selling from the facebook by a person claiming himself as army personnel.

My friend was planing to purchase a activa 5g from facebook. He saw a seller spelling activa 125cc white colour with bike number gj27 cj 1627 which is resistration name bhavik kumar.

He share his contact number as +91 protected and asked to contact with him on whatsapp number +91 protected the price was updated 27000 rupees and my friend agree to buy it in 27000 rupees. As a proof he send scoty photo rc photo. He told to send 5160 rup through paytm number [protected] name dheerendr singh ifsc code pytm0123456 and my friend did same and send money to his paytm number. After this he told to send 4840 rupees to same paytm number and my friend did same again he told to send 4860 rup for security money and my friend did same again he told to send 8100 rup 3240 rup 12140rup 13500 rup 2000 rup 25000 rup and my friend did same and send money to his paytm number. Now he again demand 27000 for insurance to send after that scooty will deliverd to my friend address by parcel. After this my friend realise that this is fraud.
Plz help my friend in this matter.

I was planning to purchase a bike from facebook. I saw a seller selling activa 125cc red colour with bike number mh14fy9433 from seller named shailesh holani s/o govind holani on facebook. He shared me his contact number as +91-[protected] and asked to contact with him on whatsapp on this number. The price was updated as 21000/- rupees and he agreed to sell it to me for 18000 rupees. As a proof he send the bike photographs, rc and id proof of his. He claimed himself as shailesh holani an army personnel working at bsf pune area. He told me that he is getting transferred from pune to nashik. So need to sell his bike. He asked me to pay 5000 rupees as courier service charge to[protected]kiran dei) registered with google pay account mentioned. Then army postman (+91-[protected]) called me and said he is on the way to deliver the vehicle but payment is showing incomplete from army transport department, without full payment he can’t deliver the vehicle. On the way they asked me to pay remaining amount 15000/- rupees to the same account which i did. Then the delivery person (Army postman) he asked me to make further payment of 9250 rupees which was army security deposit amount (Refundable). He will return case amount 9200/-, once deliver the vehicle, only 50/- will be charged for transport. I believed him and made the payment. Then he said you made wrong payment, again he asked me to pay the amount in two slots (9200+50), which i denied to pay. After that they are not picking my calls. I request you to take an action against fraudulent on cyber racket cell.

I saw the ad on facebook for yamaha bike. I contacted him over whatsapp and he asked me that i need to provide first 5k courier amount and bike will be delivered at my address as currently the bike is standing in samsabad hyderabad airport in indian army courier office.. He provided me the rc of bike and it was for karnataka registration. For identification and surety i asked for his cisf id card. So he gave me his cisf id card. His name is suman k and his cisf no.[protected]. He also provided me the courier receipt also. After 2 hrs someone called me and told me that to cross the bike out of andhra border i need to pay 15000 more. I refused to pay and i called him again that i will not pay again and i will pay the full amount once i get the bike but then he started shouting at me and started giving warning why u agreed to buy if you dont have money and he will not let me stay in bengaluru and he will ruin my life if i dont give him. Please resolve my case and please do the needful so that i can get my 2100 money back and they cannot make other people fool

[protected] the price was updated as 22000/- rupees and he agreed to sell it to me for 18000 rupees. As a proof he send the bike photographs, rc and id proof of his. He told to send 3000rs. Through google pay no [protected]. I have send the same. And after that he told bike will to you house pay the balance amount i have paid 15000rs. Through google pay. And he told to deposit 11250rs as security deposit it vl refund to u while giveing the bike. I have done the same. Morning he told that bike vl deliver now u have to pay insurance amount 16460. I have done the same. Plz help me in this matter. How army people do like this.

Bike so they told to pay the remaining amount only after that they will refund in
Cash but i didnt paid and then i called the army man so he told he will refund me next but then he blocked on whatsapp and everywhere their names are ashish kumar and dheeraj kumar and their numbers are [protected]. [protected]. And the main culprit was aashish kumar

Sir I have seen a well condition and cheap bike from olx.. The owner of the bike is a Indian army named MD. Imran.. First he ask money for delivery charge 6000 rupees and said the bike will be delivered by few hour later... And he ask me money for GPS 4000 rupees and finally for late charge 3000 rupees too now he want more money to delivered a bike and he also said that money will be refund after a full payment .. But the bike has not delivered yetyet

This complaint is about indian army directly but for 2 person working or posing as army person.
He took advance of rs. 1050/- (Paid by google pay) against a phone he was selling on olx.

Sir i have seen a post in face book on 15th october 2019 and got a number [protected] name sahil kumar. He gave his army id, pan card and his selfie photos. The car amount 145000 finalised and he asked me deposit 11000 for transport the car from vishakapatnam to hyderabad and i transfered to phonepe no [protected] name keshar. He sent the car through army post office and on 16th october i got a call from [protected] and asked me to deposit 35000 then car will be sent to my home.
Request you help me and get back my amount 11000/-

I had posted an ad on olx for floor touch gown sale. This person called me on 15 oct 2019 and identified himself as an army personnel. We settled for rs 1500 as payment. He called me after couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. I told him that i don't use google pay but can take on phonepe. He sent me a request of rs 1500 on phonepe through upi. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree to it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 5 transaction and i agreed to it. Rs 5 got debited from i account and rs 10 got credited. Believing him, i accepted rs 1500 transaction. My account got debited of rs 1500 but rs 3000 didn't get credit. Upon this he said that there is some error in swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 2987 as code for receiving 1500 so i can get my money back but again same thing happened and i got duped of approx. Rs 7000 For which he said that you have to click pay and recieve option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card though swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didnt do. This went on for couple of hours.

I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

Please help me get my rs 7000. The id of army person sahil kumar is attached.

I am Sending this mail for taking your attention on Cheating of a army- soldier with our #IndianArmy by hiding a truth at the time of his recruitment in indian army before 2-3 years, He having police-complaint (FIR) for badly beaten up a villager woman, before he got recruitment in indian army, he beaten up the women in October-2019. i don't know how the police-verifiction was done at the time of his recruitment.,

Sir, Its a very shameful for our Indian army for mistakenly recruiting a Criminal in such a discipled organisation.

Sir, one more important thing, this person left the village after FIR against him, (October-2015)and his family also left the village and settled, somewhere in farrukhabad-District (U.P). From there he got recruited in Indian army as per my information.. presently he is working in JAT regiment. By his monetary-power he stop the local-police for true- investigation. And his father fraudulently remove his name from the FIR and replaced his own name. Sir, please take disciplinary action and prevent such type of frauds in recruitment of soldiers for mentioning the standard of Indian army recruiting-board..

I saw an add on Facebook of mobile OnePlus [protected]@ 33000 I was intrested in buying and i have done the deal.
He told me that he's working for indian army posting in Jaisalmer
He gave me his ID Proof and said parcel will be delivered in the morning so to process I have to send him 1560 rupees first which I did. Then after sometime he call me again saying I have to pay half of the product price I ask him why he gave me some excuse so I send him another 10000 rupees then in the morning the delivery guy call me saying I have to pay the rest of the remaining balance which is 21500 rupees he said do it or I'm going back so I did it I send another 21500 rupees then the delivery guy call me again saying I have to pay another 21500 rupees again I ask why he said if you don't pay that then I can't deliver and hung up on me.

This guy using phone number [protected] is doing the same with the same military pan card and name.

He picks up the call and says yes i do this try to catch me. Though i dont use olx i came across this from my brother as he was demanding money from him for a vehicle similar.

He is active on whatsapp and uses a army styled cloth as a profile picture for fooling people.

Dear sir,

I was searching car on car dekho website. I got his contact no from the website and he contact me and he told his name mr. Uttamchand katria and he sent me car photo car no mh 03 bh 8626 and told me that car is at nashik and will sell the car at rs 100, 000/-ask my documents i. E. Addhar card & passport copy, he also forwarded me his army card and driving licence.

He told he will send the car via army parcel truck and he sent me receipt and ask me to pay rs 5000 on account no [protected], bank name : airtel payment bank, account holder name army service (Payment copy attached) for the delivery will be made on[protected]. I received the sms that mh 03 bh 8626 will be delivered by[protected]Sms copy attached)

On[protected] he called me and ask to pay rs 7001 for gps and on[protected] he called me and said that i need t pay rs 50% of the invoice value then only car will be delivered.

He forced me lot and ask to rs balance rs 38000/- and he said if i dont pay i will not get the parcel and i paid the money via money transfer rs 20000/- and rs 18000/ in 2 parts (Payment transfer copy attached) and after the called me and said deal is showing incomplete and i need to pay balance rs 50000/- they only car will be deliver than i refuse to pay and he told that car will be bent for 3 months the than call be again and ask to pay the money than i rejected the deal and i told that i dont want this product and give my money back and he told the your money will be refund in 3 months. I m cheated for rs 50000/-.

I have seen an ad of the vehicle on olx and contacted the person named m k vasu. He finalized the deal in 140000. He said the vehicle is in hydrabad shamshabad airport and should has to be parceled to indian army transport service for which i have to pay 11250 advance through phone pay. I paid the amount. After in the early morning i got a call that my vehicle has reached near to vijayapur and pay the insurance amount 21320 when i paid to insurance amount return got call its all done i will move away but cleare your gst amount then i will move away so i will pay 31500 return call sorry your amount will here but id not generated please do re transition this amount i pay cash when i reach on your address then i will be pay return amount 31500 after all this transition got one call a currier boy ok sir i am on the away to your location but i have orders to my senior remaining amount paid first after he will give me the vehicle. I paid all remaining amount through phone pay.

After that the delivery person told me to pay 11200 + 50 as security deposit then only my vehicle will be handed over to me. This money will be refunded as soon as i get the vehicle. So i paid 11250. Then again he called me and said i have to do again separate payments 11200, 50. So again i paid. Then he said due to double payment there is an issue. So you have to pay 16500 for that. This is the last payment. Then again i paid after this also he is asking me to pay 12108 as insurance policy. Then i realised that i have been duped but what to do now. Their numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Please help me with my money and catch these # who are duping people in the name of indian army. Jai hind...

A guy named "AJAY YADAV" had stolen 6000 rupees via googlepay.
I posted an AD on OLX for a mobile, he called me and shows his interest in mobile phone. HE said me that he will send me 2000rs advance and we had a deal of 4500rs.
In the evening he asked my google pay details. He called me and said to me that he has sent the money and wants me to check my balance details. The moment i checked my details i was out of 2000rs. He told me it was a process and my overall money will show after few time. AFTERSOME time i checked again my money status and now i am out of 6000rs. All my money is gone. HE claimed that he had sent me the money but i dont know how but he withdrawn all my money. HE is from RAJASTHAN. HE is posted in HYDERABAD. HE told me his family lives in NOIDA (SECTOR 144)

I requested him, called him 100 times but he didnt respond to me. From yesterday his phone is swtich off and he hasnt opened his whatsapp from past2 days.
please sir, you are my last hope. I Live in delhi preparing for government job. I hadnt told my parents about it. I have no monney to eat or to pay rent.
