        Good morning.
        I paid one excess luggage at the counter of Chennai airport for 14447 INR with my Rupay Debit Card but the payment got rejected because they don't accept the Rupay payment but the money get credited in my account. At the airport they gave me void sale tickrt that the amount get refund but I am waiting for 14 days now the money still doesn't get debited in my account. Please help me.

            I paid my fee of Rs. 6000 on my college website through Indian Bank net banking on 20th December, 2021. Amount has been debited from my account but did not receive any Transaction Id or receipt. Seems like amount debited but not credited to my college account and transaction failed. Please help me with how to get amount refunded to my account or receive payment confirmation of my fee.

              This is to inform you that there are 3 refunds pending of mine from the bank…already the refund has been initiated from their end but still not credited from the bank side…
              First is from Ajio of Rs 344 which is been initiated but not credited by the bank.

              Second is flipkart of Rs 279

              Kindly look into it and see to it that my refund is credited on time….as again there will bank leaves and then again it will take more time to get credited….Refund is always an issue from the bank…it’s never credited on time….

                    I had been taken a home loan (ac no L[protected]) on 2015, and now I have been totally returned the total amount on 15th nov2021, but they have not been given any closing certificate or my original deed of my home, which I was kept as a mortgage while taking the loan and several time asking they are not giving any response to me and misbehaved with me in the bank by branch manager

                        Hi... This is Dhanupriya.. I ordered some products and paid through paytm upi... but beneficiary not get the amount.. I spoke to paytm customer service they said our side paid the amount.. kindly check your bank.. I paid on 3rd may.. I asked indian bank customer care.. they told me raise the complain through online Cgrs portal. I tried many times while submit the form the error shows like transaction date required.. in that particular column blanked can't type anything.. can you please check and revert me back as soon as possible.

                              My name is Revathy and I had ordered Bluetooth headset of RS.2999 (Renewed) Skullcandy Inkd Plus S2IQW-M687 Wireless in-Earphone with Mic (Yellow) in Amazon on 18/10/2021 and after 19/10/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23/10/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Please solve my problem and try to get my money back.

                                I have received a refund from ecommerce platform - Amazon on Nov 9 2021 but it was not reflecting in my account.
                                They have provided me with a transaction ID on Nov 17 2021 : [protected]P[protected]. I have raised a ticket with Indian Bank online complaint forum but it was closed saying "transaction successful to beneficiary account"
                                The customer care executive is unable to map it to my account and advised me to approach home branch. I called amazon again and they said that only customer care can help as refund is credited to the bank and has to be mapped by customer care to my account. Hence the transaction ID. I am utterly confused. All I want is my money back.
                                Kindly request you to assit me in the process.

                                    I raised complaint about my refund so they give me a reference number The refund has been successfully processed into OR (Refund mode) on (29-Nov-2021 ) and the amount should have reflected in your account by (instantly and in case of delay 7-10 days.).

                                    I request you to get in touch with your bank support team with the following reference number/s and request them to validate the refund transaction/s. The contact details of the Bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued.

                                    Amount- Rs. - 629.00- Bank reference number is[protected]

                                    Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        I have purchased camera dga pocket 2 from amazon on 07.09.2021 by making payment of Rs 29899.49 through COD. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on13.09.2021 with refund reference number of[protected] They even shared transaction id on my request - . I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
