    I raised complaint about my refund so they give me a reference number The refund has been successfully processed into OR (Refund mode) on (29-Nov-2021 ) and the amount should have reflected in your account by (instantly and in case of delay 7-10 days.).

    I request you to get in touch with your bank support team with the following reference number/s and request them to validate the refund transaction/s. The contact details of the Bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued.

    Amount- Rs. - 629.00- Bank reference number is[protected]

    Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

        I have purchased camera dga pocket 2 from amazon on 07.09.2021 by making payment of Rs 29899.49 through COD. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on13.09.2021 with refund reference number of[protected] They even shared transaction id on my request - . I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

          I bought wow oil combo from amazon but that one item was missing in the package so they did refund for my issue I got my refund from Amazon but still not processed in my bank account Amazon geve me refund referance number that is. VCZQYALA0000KVA6F01E
          I have already contacted bank for this issue but they said that IFSC code of bank was changed because of bank name was changed so that's why they are unable to process my refund please investigate my issue and credit my refund as soon as possible

            Deceased Nandita Laha' s two accounts ([protected] & [protected]) should be credited into her ONLY NOMINEE (Registered with Bank) same branch account. All necessary documents already submitted in the branch since one month. But still not credited reasonlessly. If NOMINEE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH BANK WHAT IS THE REASON OF THE DELAY FOR SAME BRANCHED ONLY ACCOUNT TRANFERING. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT YOUR EARLIEST. Branch BEADON STREET, Kolkata.
            Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            When a nominee is pre-registered with the bank along with all relevant documents by the account holder, so the process of claim by legal registered nominee should be smooth. After submitting all required documents of registered nominee (Death certificate of the deceased, original passbook, cheque books, letter of intimation, filled up form attested by hon'ble persons) the nominee have to wait for long days. May I know the reason for this delay? Nominee is insisted to open an account in the same branch by depositing an amount of 2500/- for receiving the justified claim. Does the RBI GUIDELINES informed that? Then also after opening an account and submitting ALL NECESSARY Papers as mentioned above it is not credited or delayed reasonlessly. I would like to inform the learned authority to look into this matter and proceed for necessary amendment so that clients like us should not suffer. I am eager to know the excuses / reasons by the concerned department of INDIAN BANK'S Deceased settlement section.

                  I am kailash ffrom vaitheeswarankoil, I owing an Indian Bank Account with no[protected] and i requested for net banking . They provided a secret login password on 07/12/2021 . They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an Error:109 Inactive or Pending activation error . So i contacted Indian Bank vaitheeswarankoil Branch Manager, he says that it will be activated within today(08/12/2021) . But till now(09/12/2021) i could not able to access that . Please help me on that. My customer ID is [protected].

                    I used IMPS to transfer 39, 500 on 8th December 2021, my transaction failed but the amount has been deducted. I used IMPS for immediate transfer and was ready to pay 6 rs. commission charges also. But what is the point ?

                        I have ordered OnePlus Nord Ce 5G from Amazon worth Rs 24999 on 17-Nov-2021 but my order got cancelled on 18-Nov-2021 and Amazon initiated a refund on 19-Nov-2021.
                        It's 4 December now and the refund is still not visible in my bank account.

                              I cannot access my banking app or Internet app. Says my MPIN has expired. But the app won't let me update the MPIN. It is frozen. The same happens on net banking as well. I cannot open the account. Wish there was some sort of support access. The bank has no reliable online support.

                                I ordered product frm Myntra I return them on 20 th of Nov nd Myntra said they initiated refund on 20th Nov nd as their working days 7-10 days, today it's 2nd of Dec but still my bank doesn't credit that money in my account, that money don't reflect in my account, it's urgent so please do something bank reference id[protected]

                                    Nykaa has credited the refund amount of Rs.899 into my account with reference number 17203011333147886395881. But the bank is not crediting me the amount back.

                                        I withdrew an amount of 500 rupees on26th Nov. The ATM did not dispense cash but the amount got debited from my account. Since then, i've been trying to get my money back 7 I haven't gotten a single response from any representative till now. Not a single person has addressed me.

                                        Indian bank claims itself to the best 7th largest public bank. Absolutely a crap system they have in place for addressing customer complaints.
