I opened a s. B. Account in the kolathur branch of the indian bank, the account no. Being[protected]. Consequent upon shifting of my family from kolathur to porur, i submitted an application form duly requesting the bank to the porur branch. Few days later, i visited the porur branch and when enquired about the transfer of the sb account, i was confirmed of the transfer of my account from kolathur to porur branch. Also, i gave an application to the porur branch to change my address with the present porur address but the bank official declined to my request asking me to produce my aadhar card with the present address. Today, when i wanted to withdraw an amount of rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees tenty five thousands only) through the withdrawal slip, i was told that the amount could not withdrawn since the account is maintained by the kolathur branch. Despite my submission of application and subsequent verbal confirmation by the porur branch staff, the callous reply given by the bank returning the pay slip and thereby not allowing me to withdraw the amount is a serious issue and i hereby request you to confirm whether my account has been transferred from kolathur branch to porur branch or not.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My ATM card had been blocked due to incorrect entry of OTP for online transaction. Here are my bank details of the corresponding costumer.

    Hello. On 19th september i paid someone 4565 via tez from indian bank account. But it didn't reach the receiver end and i didn't get the refund. I waited for 7 days but nothing happened
    I went to the branch and there manager told me file a complaint. Hoping that i will get my refund.

      I had current account no.[protected] in the name of Pari garments in ashoka garden Bhopal MP branch.I am unable to transfer my fund's to my biller, adding money to my wallets through net banking.please resolve issues as soon as possible
      Please do urgent because my biller remains outstanding against me l am unable to add money to any of my wallets using net banking, so it will be unusable for me please do necessary correction and informed me as soon as possible

            I have opened my account on 15/09/2018 in indian bank rajpur road dehradun...and till now i have not got my cheque book nor atm card ... i request you to provide me atm card and cheque as soon as possible... whenever i used to call the bank they are not recieving the call... kindly solve my issue... i urgently need cheque book and atm card because that is my salary account..

              I have tried to housing loan mortgage basics for taken over from another finanacial sector (Edelweiss finserve ).

              so i went our indian bank to my pallipalayam branch and met the branch Manager they also told its possible then they asking follwing doucments. Last two year IT and address proofs and last six pay slip with form 16 and that private sector finanacial service loan statement .

              I had also submit above documents then manager told i will call to you.i had waiting after 20 days but not call to me then i had meet three times, while manager giving difference answer staff are leave so i will call you back then again once meet timing inspection going so call you back then again once i will check the documents after i will call to you.

              Finally after two months he giving the answer is taken over loan amount is nine 9 lacks but we can process above 20 lacks . So we cant give housing loan. And personnal loan anybody.

              Its correct or not . Pls concern my complaint ans privide right person to my loan process.

                                There was a technical problem and transaction of my air tickets failed. The airlines and Cleartrip has initiated refund but I haven't got the money yet.
                                I used Indian bank rupay debit card for the transaction
                                It was said that it will take 5 to 6 days for it to be refunded and I haven't got it yet.

                                  not able to make bill payment for my registered mutual fund biller

                                  I am unable to pay my Registered Mutual Fund Biller "PRDIRECT-102132", (Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund (G) Direct), through SIP.

                                  I have registered the biller and has been paying every month, since 15th Mar' 2017, through your old website "Personal Banking" online payment using the Bill Pay section.

                                  The 'New Net banking site' does not have this option and the old 'Personal Banking' is not opening.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I, applied mukyamanthri yuvanestham scheme recently, and it was sanctioned as per the records of the department. But the amount which was sanctioned not yet credited to the indian bank. Then i will asked to the department regarding this. They told me that the aadhar is not linked with the npci. I approach so many times to indian bank and they said they had done from his side and updated but my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci.                                       I have account with INDIAN BANK, on September 29th my ECS transaction declined sms i received, even if i have enough fund in this account.Past 3 years ECS transaction went well. Suddenly it's get failed. Even i didn't understand why it was failed. Kindly help me to resolve this issue
                                      I booked tickets and tickets are cancelled but money was devoted and they made the refund but it's been 3 weeks more than 16 working days money was not credited into my account
