Am ayan sen an s/b - account holder in your indian bank sodepur branch from the very beginning. My account no : [protected].
Would like to inform you that, yesterday was try to withdraw @4000/ cash from atm in sodepur area, repeatedly try to indian bank atm sodepur but shows decline repeatedly due to internet link fail approx:-7:00 pm to 8:30pm continuously. I was trying also ubi atm, hdfc atm & also indian bank atm repeatedly but all were shown decline, after 8:30 was last try @4000/ withdrawal hdfc atm in sodepur near indian bank than got @4000/ cash in hdfc atm. But when i check my mobile massage after withdrawal than i shocked & strange to show my account balance, debited three times @4000/ (Four thousand only) total debited amount @12000/ (Twelve thousand only) but only i was got @4000/ (Four thousand only).
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My mobile reacharge from online mobile banking but amount two time debited . reacharge failed
