My wife has taken gold loan from mancherial branch. We have to renewal that loan on i. E 7/11/2018. When i (Husband) went to bank and try to renewal that loan account they said loan account holder should be mandatory to renewal this account again. As i explained she is in hyderabad almost 9 month pregnant lady she wont come as she need bed rest she cant travel as per doctor suggestion. They are not listening my words and simply saying account holder must to renewal the process otherwise close that account. This is not fair at all. How this banks are working i am ready to pay pending amount and renewal that gold loan and even i have marriage certificate also. Why still banks behaving like this. Please tell me the exact location/ person where i have to give complaint on manager.

In valarpuram indian bank ATM I tried to take money by my debit card but amount does not dispensed by ATM also money debited from my account
I have to using my indpay app. Rs.4500 transfer to other bank account. Amount debited my account but not transferred the money...

    I have made a payment of rs. 2, 374/- to tamil nadu electricity board thro. Phonepe app, the bill amount debited from my account, but not credited either phonepe nor tneb, the transaction utr no. Is:[protected].

      I have tried to make an online transaction (In madras university website) on 30/10/2018 but the transaction failed and the amount of 4265₹ was debited from my account. I lodged several complaints on indian bank website www.IndianBank.in (Complaint no: ibe049766, ibe050464 & ibe051964) but my money was not refunded even though i was promoted from online complaint remarks that my money would be back in two working days. Then i lodged a written complaint in my account maintained indian bank (Mathur branch) on 09/11/2018, till then no response from them too. They're not even providing the current status of my complaint. Customer service is poor here in this particular branch. Pls do the needful to refund my amount of 4365₹ as soon as possible.

      I book a product on Amazon then I cancel it... In mail they said within 5 working days the amount will be credit in your amount, I didn't receive amount I cancel on 7th nov... The reference number given by Amazon[protected] when I get the refund amount Rs. 399
      I tranafered money to my friends acct, but in my acct statement states it is been debited, but not credited in my friends acct. So need assistance

        This transaction was made on 05/11/2018 from Indian bank to phonepe in swiggy app, I have attached the message I got from phonepe

        Your transaction of Rs.509 via PhonePe has failed. If the amount has been deducted, it will be credited back in 5 working days.

        This is the message I received from phonepe but I didn't get my dedicated amount refunded
        Please kindly make arrangements for my refund.

        Today on 09.11.2018 at around 5.40 Pm I received a message stating that I have been debited rs 10000 from my Indian bank account[protected]. I was shocked to Read this because I haven't used my card all day for any purchases other than filling up fuel for just rs 500. kindly take necessary action and revert my money immediately.

          I chanderjeet shokeen tried to withdrew ₹20k from Indian bank atm station id S1AP1531 Tarun Enclave, Pitampura branch at around 5:50 pm13/11/18, ₹10k once (recieved) and ₹10k (not recived) again which the machine processed and deducted from my account no [protected] south indian bank branch sainik vihar but CASH DID NOTcome out

            I purchased a product from godaddy.com and entered my indian bank card details to pay my transaction. An amount of inr 2725.00 got debited from my account twice and the amount was not credited to the beneficiary and i have lost almost 6000 rupees from my account. I am deeply disappointed by this worst bank service. Please rectify the process and return back the amount which was debited.

            In my mobile does not work indpay mobile application. but sms charges only debited then next step could not be completed. Please check this problem quickly. Many more number of times I am tried but this is not working. In my mobile having high speed 4g network.
            The ATM showed transaction cannot be processed and no receipt was generated.So I left the ATM after 2 minutes. I also got sms on my number about deduction of money from my account but actually is showed transaction cannot be processed and also the amount was debited from my account.

              Jeevan pramaan pf pensioners life certificate is usually done by banks. Now indian bank does not do this bio metric aadhar system. But
              S. B. I. Nellikuppam branch and few sbi branches do.
              Since the banks are the first direct recepient of our pension they have moral binding to do the life certificate process, be it with or without bio metric. When they do for govt. Pensioners why not pf persioners?

                I m request rs 6500 amount from tmb atm today (10 nov 2018) time 13.22.30... But i did not received any cash from atm.. Instead the atm is out of service, am almost waiting there 10 min after the atm is working and am requesting mini statement its shown the amount is debitted and m contacting the atm custodian, he told me contact ur branch. Please do me a favor m in verge of need money m facing problem like tat.. But in that case i received msg from your site withdrawn 6500 message.. How its possible after i am go through my net banking for verifying it there also shown statement debit account 6500... Please do me a favor and rectify as soon as possible
                .. Iam in need of medical expenses

                    Till now the amount is not credited.
                    Gajalnaickenpatti branch, Indian bank is worst branch because of the newly appointed manager's and deputy managers lethargic attitude towards the customer, not giving proper response and not providing the user friendly banking services. Making the customers to get irritated.

                      For getting new debit card visited palapatti branch namakkal and given form. The person who got the form checked the form and asked us the passbook. Unfortunately we did not had hard copy of passbook so we show him the passbook soft copy and also we had the original id proofs. But the person from bank replied nothing urgent go and take the original passbook. We requested him passbook is in bangalore and it will take a month to bring here so take the soft copy as a reference and we will show our original id proof with signature but he replied we will not believe any soft copy. Persons coming like this may be fraud. Still we had original id proofs with us. Finally we came to know the person was the manager of that branch and we were very disappointed with his approach with customer. We left out the bank and the way he replied. Where india moving towards the digitalized country.

                        Am ayan sen an s/b - account holder in your indian bank sodepur branch from the very beginning. My account no : [protected].
                        Would like to inform you that, yesterday was try to withdraw @4000/ cash from atm in sodepur area, repeatedly try to indian bank atm sodepur but shows decline repeatedly due to internet link fail approx:-7:00 pm to 8:30pm continuously. I was trying also ubi atm, hdfc atm & also indian bank atm repeatedly but all were shown decline, after 8:30 was last try @4000/ withdrawal hdfc atm in sodepur near indian bank than got @4000/ cash in hdfc atm. But when i check my mobile massage after withdrawal than i shocked & strange to show my account balance, debited three times @4000/ (Four thousand only) total debited amount @12000/ (Twelve thousand only) but only i was got @4000/ (Four thousand only).

                          I had done a transaction on axis bank atm while using a indian bank rupay card at the atm nearby my house which was located at nearby chowk farrukhabad nd i have withdraw 1000 nd the machine dispense 2×500 rs note at 12.05pm nd one them had a blue ink on them nd it haven't any guards nearby to lodge a complaint what should i do to chnage my 500 rs note.                                   3/11/18 saturday evening am withdrawn in union bank atm. Amount not received but account balance 10000 debit in my account. At that time 6.50pm.                                     My account number is [protected] i am fed off indian bank service because every month 2nd is my emi date of bajaj finserv but because of you my ecs failed because you have charged your atm amc charges same day.
                                    I had maintained exact amount and you had proper knowledge about ny ecs is on same day how could you deduct charges on same time without any intimation.
                                    Asap i will close my account from indian bank because due to you my civil score collapse and also deducted bounce charges by bajaj.
                                    Worse service by indian bank and also do not provide better service by home branch.
