Im meenakshi and i'm having indian bank account in tiruvannamalai. I had payed rs. 1796 in amazon through my atm card and i cancelled that. They had given me an reference number[protected] also for refund and they said by oct 25 i'll get my refund. But still the refund is not processed. So when i called the customer care they told to file a refund dispute. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have attached the picture of my msg, the first transaction actually failed, but money was send from my account, but i didnt receive it back, the 2nd transaction was success, and also balance suppose to be 353 rupees, but when i checked at ATM . only 46rs is left in my acc

Yesterday 191 rupees deducted my account.
The reason was minimum balance deduction.but I have 1500 rupees in my account.then y they are deducted. please consider and refund my amount of 191 rupees as soon as possible.thank u

    I am nagajyothi. My complaint about not getting money. I am not getting any money to my account, i already dropped my cheque in chinthaparthi branch bank on oct 9th 2018. Still i didn't get any information and money from bank, so please check as soon as possible otherwise i close my account in your bank.

      On date[protected]:30am), when i had gone to my nearest indian bank for a check book, the bank staff misbehaved me and then i had gone on dt[protected] for issue a complaint letter against the bank staff to the manager regarding misbehave has done by his staffs, he behaved me in a rude manner and he not only cuts my complaint letter but also said me to out of his his bank.
      Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I try to book train ticket on Saturday. But my ticket is not booked but amount is debited from my bank account. I called irctc customer care but they told no amount debited from your account for irctc. How can I get back my money.

        I'm holding an ac in your bank account no[protected] ramnagar x roads hyderabad branch. I ve transferred 2lacs amount to account of sbi machlipatnam andhra on thursday 25th oct around 12pm but later came to know it was wrong account with wrong ifsc code. I ve informed to bank regarding this issue. Mam told it ll be reverted if no such account maintained in that branch. Account number is chilakalapudi branch of andhra. I called my indian bank branch office again she told it ll get reverted. But till now my amount didn't get revert. Kindly look into the issue urgently and plz revert my amount back. I would have kept mail atleast if mam told to do. But she didn't say anything and asked me to call to that bank which i transferred. They never picked up my call and next day was holiday. Any how now i called to customer care. They have taken the complaint and ask me to send a mail to you even. Please take action immediately. I'm attaching both copies to which i did and transaction number

        They immediately called to account holder to reback my money. They called continuously to them till they returned my amount. Finally i got my money back. Thank you

        Our problem got resolved. Thank You. He has returned my amount. No further action to be taken
        Amazon has transacted my amount to my account 10 days before but still it is not refunded in my account.
        Worst Behaviour, and No response for customer. Its our money but they irritated the people. Most of the people don't like to maintain the account in royapettah Indian bank. Please help on this. Our father is retired government officer, he maintained the account in Indian Bank Royapettah branch. but the bank officer irriated the people.

          I am applying a loan for business under the tn unemployment youth generation programme. Uyegp office gave a authorised and loan pricing letter. I am submit to indian bank, kariyamangalam branch, tiruvannamalai 606709. But, here did not give a loan because i bought a education loan. Unfortunately cannot return the loan amount because my salary is 9800 only. So, it is comfortable for living expenses. So, i will start a new business and i will give job minimum 5 unemployed youth.               We have closed and handover the locker to the hathras indian branch.
              Still we have received a notice to make the yearly payment against locker in 2017 and
              Same in 2018.

              We have informed the branch in year 2017 and branch manager apologise and assured us that it's a mistake happened from bank ends and they will rectify it
              Still in 2018 we have received the same notice.

              How long we will have to receive notice for the payment of closed locker (Wth all the formalities).

                  R/s sir i had not filled the otp but the amount has been deducted of 300 rupees...
                  How could it be possible that any of the customer's payment would be drawn without filling the generated otp...
                  Please investigate it and refund my amount as soon as possible..
                  I was adding money in hpre-fuel application and the amount did not get added.. But my the bank has debited the amount of rs 300..

                    I have done my recharge for jio number in paytm from debit card number [protected], but the status is failure. I have waited for 7 to 10 days but the status of recharge is failure. So, i have raised a complaint please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                      Our area indian bank branch staffs are giving fraud loans under fake land documents and to person who are not having even a cent of land in their name whats the procedure to complaint against them. Many of them did not give proper documents and some of them have gave land documents of the sold land. What a crime..

                          Fraud loan given to many of persons in our area without proper land documents how to complaint against indian bank staff... (Indian bank of our area respectives are giving loan to again and again to same person an the same document and they are getting the fake documents which are not related to the property and the property which are already sold... How to complaint any other procedures or any other higher official numbers...

                              I have made online transactions through imps (For an amount of rs. 4000) on wednesday night by 11:52 pm. There was a problem with the otp and so no more further processing is done with regard to the transaction. I have received a message stating so and so transaction cannot be completed due to insufficient balance. Neither the amount is credited back to my account or to the recipient's account. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the amount to my account.

                                Atm maitainence is very poor in tirupattur (Vlr dt) indian bank. There are two air conditioner and none of them are working. The atm consists of two machines, one deposit and one withdrawal. The atm cleanliness is ver bad. There is no security for the atm. The atm is constantly used by people and is rarely free during the day time up until 10pm, yet the maitainence is very poor. It is very hot inside, the doors are not working and is kept open all the time.

                                I'm booking PVRcinenas at vellore movie ticket online 331 debit my account but transaction failed on 2.10.2018 but still amount not credited.i will wait how many days in this issue kindly solved this issue and I will wait so many days but now amount not credited my account so for.                                   I opened a s. B. Account in the kolathur branch of the indian bank, the account no. Being[protected]. Consequent upon shifting of my family from kolathur to porur, i submitted an application form duly requesting the bank to the porur branch. Few days later, i visited the porur branch and when enquired about the transfer of the sb account, i was confirmed of the transfer of my account from kolathur to porur branch. Also, i gave an application to the porur branch to change my address with the present porur address but the bank official declined to my request asking me to produce my aadhar card with the present address. Today, when i wanted to withdraw an amount of rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees tenty five thousands only) through the withdrawal slip, i was told that the amount could not withdrawn since the account is maintained by the kolathur branch. Despite my submission of application and subsequent verbal confirmation by the porur branch staff, the callous reply given by the bank returning the pay slip and thereby not allowing me to withdraw the amount is a serious issue and i hereby request you to confirm whether my account has been transferred from kolathur branch to porur branch or not.

                                    Hello. On 19th september i paid someone 4565 via tez from indian bank account. But it didn't reach the receiver end and i didn't get the refund. I waited for 7 days but nothing happened
