I am SRIRAM S holding an SB account in Indian bank Sankara mutt branch Kanchipuram with account number[protected]. I tried to withdraw Rs 10000 from the Syndicate bank ATM at Thiruvanmiyur with ATM id A6034001 . The transaction got failed and I didn't get money and the ATM machine showed " unable to dispense cash" . So I waited for a minute and came out of ATM without money. I went away and I suddenly got the message that Rs 10000 has been debited from my account . I have not got my money yet.I asked regarding this in the Syndicate bank branch of Thiruvanmiyur and they said I need to lodge a complaint in the Indian bank . Please help me this this and kindly help me get my money back

      8th oct i use my debit card in aami bangali restaurant tranction id88276625 and mid [protected], time 14:56:02. The amount debited is rs 1563.00 and i had received cancelled slip from pop up machine. Hotel manager said transaction failed. So, please help me and refund my money as early as possible. Please take necessary steps for mittigate this problem.

        I am pujalakshmi. I have been ordering some stuffs in online shopping on 11.10.2018 and used my debit card for payment of rs.1667. The transaction was failed but the amount was debited from my sb account. Please help me solve this. I have mentioned my transaction account details below.

          Till now it doesn't be refunded
          [protected]. payment. Dipatment. Call. Me. Just. NawPaid for things and the items weren't delivered at the expected date. Couldn't wear the things i ordered for the occasion due to delayed delivery and pathetic customer service, this app is waste of MONEY, no customer support email id and no response to calls, the number on website doesn't work. WORST SERVICE

            The Indian Bank is holding my residential share certificates without authority or mortgage by breach of trust by their employee. My request to settle the loan earlier and return the share certificates has not helped . The employee had manipulated with the manager and since has taken premature retirement or absconded or disappeared . He also was the guarantor for the said loan along with his wife .At this time I need a closure in the matter as the loan stands in my name . The same man owed me the said amount and I was cheated into believing that my deposits were safe and he would clear the loan in six months The fact reiterated by the manager in making me believe in their honesty.                   I swipe my card for payment on 1/10/18 at skechers outlet, g. T. Jaipur for shopping. On first swipe, transaction was failed but amount of 6198 rs was deducted. On second time transaction was successful and again amount of 6198 rs was deducted. I complained at my home branch but till today on 9/10/18 amount is not refunded. So plz note the complaint and solve the same.

                  When i transfer a amount from my net banking to another account it shows error and the amount has debited but the amount has not credited to another account
                  I have done transaction of rupees 6.5k (indigo) on 16/09/2018.Transaction was failed.but the money was transected.on 17/09/2018, indigo company claimed that they have refunded the money back. But I didn't received any transaction thereafter.
                  I have the transaction id provided by indigo company. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

                    As i have ordered a product from myntra and product was lost due to technical issue so there was refund amount initiated from their side on oct 2-2018 at 02.02 am and the reference no is 30001082698261209532380 but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting indian bank for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per myntra they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yes registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                        Today my daughters are written the exam of prelims at the center vijaya durga digital ion at kandrika...in that center your employees behaviour is not in correct way... My daughter was not allowed for examination beacuse they showed the reason is surname is not print on the hall ticket but we are submitted proofs n showed id proofs too. But they did not allowed my daughter for examination and talk so rudely... Mistake is only yours not us... If you solve this case immediately to conduct re exam or refund my amount other wise i will complaint in the police station... Roll no:[protected] this is the roll no of my daughter and on the application she was uploaded the signature with intial too... Check that details and solve my problem... They are spoiled my daughters career...

                            I am p. Muralidharan husband of mrs. Bindu murali menon holding sb account no. [protected] and rd a/c no. [protected] in extension branch at solapur (Maharashtra) divisional railway manager's office (Pin 413 001) had approached extension counter of indian bank, solapur for making entries in the rd book as well as savings pass book at about 16.35 hrs. The staff at counter and outside were murmuring each other about not making entries in the pass book from may 2018. Later the counter staff has thrown rashly the rd pass book at me. I don' t know what on earth has provoked those staff to behave like this. Kindly let me know the reason for their provocation.

                                  When am opening my tez account it is saying tat multiple customers are holding the same account regarding this i called my indian bank mugappair branch he is not speaking politely, very hard and rood. So i better change my savings account. Very dissatisfied about the behavior. Not only for that, again i called the branch to check my balance again the same behavior, worst experience

                                    I have been trying to pay electricity bill through phonepe app on 23 sep 2018.
                                    But it shows transaction failed. 3 min after i receive msg on phone pe for successful refund. But in my account i didn't get amount. One ticket number i get in phone pe. It shows amount will credit to you account on oct 2. But i not get amount after oct 2.

                                      I had tried purchasing iball slide wing tablet vide Order #[protected] from Amazon on 25th August 2018. But after making the payment for the order, my order got cancelled stating the reason that payment has been declined

                                      But at the same time i had received a message from my bank stating that my account has been debited for Rs. 6851.00. I tried calling the customer care of my bank (Indian Bank) and also visited to bank for the same reason and they informed that if the amount is deducted then it shall be again credited in my account within 15 working days.

                                      It has been more than 45 days and i have not received any credit in my bank account. They are not even checking with payment gateway where the amount might have been stuck.

                                      I have been chasing them since 1 month but i have not got any positive response nor any refund. This is so annoying and time waste for chasing each time. I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest
