I swiped my debit card at a retail store on 16th september 2018. The first transaction got cancelled and i am yet to receive the credit back for the cancelled transaction. I had registered a complaint with customer care wide ref number. Inet[protected].
It has been 2 months and the customer care personnel is saying contact branch we cannot help. Kindly process the refund for the cancelled transaction. Amount is 601.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I do not hold any account with this bank but I still keep receiving messages about withdrawal from someone else account. My number has been registered with someone else's account unnecessarily. I have complained regarding this earlier but no response. I would like to remove my number from the account to which it is registered.

    I made card purchase on 05.11.2018 in textile showroom jai shree krishna i swip card but the transaction is declined i received message from bank transaction declined but after some time later i received message from bank your account is debited 4599. I informed to the textile owner they siad we not received such amount i complined to customer care. Please kindly do needfull.

    I tried to place the order in flipkart via phonepe. Transaction was failure but amount deducted from ma account. kindly refund it.
    Money is initated on 6th november from amazon.in, but money is not credited into my bank account .refund reference number is[protected].please help me to solve the problem easily.please update the status.

      Paid for things and the items weren't delivered at the expected date. Couldn't wear the things i ordered for the occasion due to delayed delivery and pathetic customer service, this app is waste of money, no customer support email id and no response to calls, the number on website doesn't work.         I ordered the bpl tv 32"and refrigerator from amazon and for the same i made payment through indpay account on 13th of nov'18 as per amazon message they refunded my amount on 15th of nov'18 and refund reference code for both the amounts are rs11240-ref no420590and rs11990-ref no is575840 but till date the amounts are not reflecting in my account.
        Please solve the problem and deposit my amount as early as possible.

        When using my debit card card in petrol bunk the transaction was failed but amount debited. Pls credit my debited amount of 2079 rs

          failure in crediting amount to my account

It hadnt been credited yet.. I request you to kindly look into matter and refund me as soon as possible....

          We had been to this branch for already 2 times and in the last 2 weeks and everytime we go, we hear that the biometric machine is not working and hence we can not process the pensioner's live certificate processing.

          Last year, the same happened with this branch and we had to go 4 times to get the thing done.
          This year also, we are facing the same issue.
          Branch manager is useless siting there, as every time he says the system is down. This is unacceptable.
          How will elder/old aged people come so many times to bank to get their live cert processed for their pension?
          Worst ever branch i have seen in indian bank in bangalore.
          I am not at all happy with this branch and branch manager especially as he knows he has not done any steps to correct things in bank to service your customers.

            On 19.11.2018 i have transferred rs.4300 to one jamuna a/c no.[protected] by net banking imps from my sb a/c no.[protected]. While transferring the amount i have wrongly mentioned the a/c no. As [protected] imps ref no:[protected]. Her cell no. Is [protected] bank iob, west cit nagar nandanam.

            Now i request that the wrongly debited amount of rs.4300 may kindly be transferred to iob a/c no.[protected] or credited back to my account.

            This transaction was made on 29/10/2018 from Indian bank to Zomoto app.
            My transaction of Rs.99 has failed.
            but I didn't get my debited amount refund,
            Zomoto said we refund money with Transaction id-[protected]
            Please kindly make arrangements for my refund.

              I purchased four books from amazon. I had return two books in the same date and refund issued on november 13 of ₹865 & ₹984. I got only the refund of ₹865 n my refund of ₹984 was reflected in my account. I contact amazon regarding they told that they issued the refund n the problem is wit the bank so i failed charge dispute for neary 7 times bt i didn't get my refund still

                  Since it's government job bank employees think we can't question them.. people have to raise there voice only then the bank employees will know even others have others things to do in life not just wait in the bank.. employees have time to chat all the day.. go for lunch for hours and expect us to wait for hours just for 5min work..

                    I am bhoomi and have a sb acc in your algappa road branch. I am facing tds issue from past 8 months and everytime i contact branch, the abm of the branch just keep things postponing and call me after few days. This abm mrs chitra keeps postponing the work and ends up in arguing with the customer. Its been 8 months now and i contact branch in every 2 days for the same issue. She keeps asking me different documents every time after me submitted all the documents when asked, the work is delayed and i asked for the refund she tells me to contact and visit zonal office. Which i feel is not right. I feel customer satisfaction should be a prime moto of the branch and i feel this is not happening in this branch. Please help me with the issue as soon as possible

                          Sir, iam a customer of your bank and having sb account with the branch at your east tambaram branch, bharathamatha st. Today i went to your branch to withadraw rs 6000/. The branch staff says if it is within, 10000/ get from the lady sitting outside the branch. Iam surprised to see that a lady sitting on the pavement of the road with aluminium box with currencies with a fingerprint machine and transacting banking business, is this allowed by rbi? Will it not fraught with risk to both bank and customer? Pl let me have your reply.

                              I am B Kannan Retd. SM of our Bank. Y"day I went to Srirangam Branch (S037) ATM for withdrawal of money using ATM Card of our Bank. It was around 5.40PM and I waited for more than 25 minutes to withdraw as cash was loaded in the machine. After cash loading the personnel of the branchcame back and I went in for withdrawal. I keyed in my requirements for withdrawal and the machine was not able to dispense. First my account was debited and then my account was recredited with remark transaction cancelled. Immediately I went inside the branch and reported that the machine is not able to dispense the cash due to casette problem or the notes properly frilled and loaded. I was requesting to look into the problem and set right as others will not suffer. I didn't want to set right immediately and I told them that I am going to SBI for withdrtawal. The AM Ms.Karpagam who loaded the cash replied in a harsh tone that she is busy in entering the cash loaded in the machine in website and should be passed and other works are there. This she will rectify before going home but she is not willing to hear what I say. If this is the fate for a retired staff of our own bank what will be the fate of other customers. Her approach is always short coming and I have undergone in previous occassions. The branch personnel who are all looking into ATM related issues they wer always evasive and their stock reply is CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM. THIS SHOULD BE RECTIFIED BY GIVING PROPER COUNSELLING TO THEM. While in Service in our Bank I have handled patiently and solved many issues of ATM withdrawals etc. They were not able to listen to what I say in regard to ATM problem and simply blushing aside and not willing to take it as a tip to correct or solve the problem. PLease look into this. If you need any further details please contact me.

                                My wife has taken gold loan from mancherial branch. We have to renewal that loan on i. E 7/11/2018. When i (Husband) went to bank and try to renewal that loan account they said loan account holder should be mandatory to renewal this account again. As i explained she is in hyderabad almost 9 month pregnant lady she wont come as she need bed rest she cant travel as per doctor suggestion. They are not listening my words and simply saying account holder must to renewal the process otherwise close that account. This is not fair at all. How this banks are working i am ready to pay pending amount and renewal that gold loan and even i have marriage certificate also. Why still banks behaving like this. Please tell me the exact location/ person where i have to give complaint on manager.

                                  I have made a payment of rs. 2, 374/- to tamil nadu electricity board thro. Phonepe app, the bill amount debited from my account, but not credited either phonepe nor tneb, the transaction utr no. Is:[protected].

                                  I hereby request you to kindly arrange to refund the deducted amount at the earliest.

                                    I have tried to make an online transaction (In madras university website) on 30/10/2018 but the transaction failed and the amount of 4265₹ was debited from my account. I lodged several complaints on indian bank website www.IndianBank.in (Complaint no: ibe049766, ibe050464 & ibe051964) but my money was not refunded even though i was promoted from online complaint remarks that my money would be back in two working days. Then i lodged a written complaint in my account maintained indian bank (Mathur branch) on 09/11/2018, till then no response from them too. They're not even providing the current status of my complaint. Customer service is poor here in this particular branch. Pls do the needful to refund my amount of 4365₹ as soon as possible.

                                    I book a product on Amazon then I cancel it... In mail they said within 5 working days the amount will be credit in your amount, I didn't receive amount I cancel on 7th nov... The reference number given by Amazon[protected] when I get the refund amount Rs. 399

                                      This transaction was made on 05/11/2018 from Indian bank to phonepe in swiggy app, I have attached the message I got from phonepe

                                      Your transaction of Rs.509 via PhonePe has failed. If the amount has been deducted, it will be credited back in 5 working days.

                                      This is the message I received from phonepe but I didn't get my dedicated amount refunded
                                      Please kindly make arrangements for my refund.

                                      Today on 09.11.2018 at around 5.40 Pm I received a message stating that I have been debited rs 10000 from my Indian bank account[protected]. I was shocked to Read this because I haven't used my card all day for any purchases other than filling up fuel for just rs 500. kindly take necessary action and revert my money immediately.
