Recently i opened an od a/c against my rip with the bank at sivasagar branch of assam. And the bank executive credited the whole amount in my current a/c. On 25.3.18, i made a payment of rs.1513.28 for jipmer entrance exam fees via net banking. Transaction failed at last step but amount debited in my bank account.

I have returned my product in flipkart. They said that the refund is completed, and i haven't received my refund. This is regarding continuous phone call came from indian bank asking the debit card details saying that your debit card getting expired today. How come the card will get expired when i am having expiry upto 2022. Even i explained they are not listening and asking for the details from different phone calls.

Recently there is a lady staff in indian bank (Virar (W) branch), who behaves rudely with every customer.
She always give very tight answer to customers, as many customers are not aware about banking as they are not so educated. That doesn't mean they should not valued by bank staffs. She also makes other staff to do so strict work which won't help customers.
