    This is rajinder yadav having account number [protected] applied for business loan through district trade and industries center sagar and the task force committee approved the case and forwarded to indian bank, bina branch with favorable remarks. On contacting shri deepak thakur, i was harassed for three months and at the later stage shri deepak thakur agreed to visit my business premises and accordingly advised me to decorate the shop and procure some material. Accordingly i spent 40, 000/- to decorate the shop and the manager told me to bring court stamp papers and agreement for mou etc. I had to do it, but he suddenly disappeared from the bank and my all efforts went in vein. I again went to bank and met the present manager mr khan and ms shailja both denied to entertain my case and sent back the case to district trade and industry center without disbusring the loan.in this position i am in a fix and my time and money was wasted for nothing. You are kindly requested to suggest me as to who will refund me rs. 40, 000/- which i spent on the advise of the bank official shri deepak thakur. Present manager shri khan even refused to grant me mudra loan for which hon'ble prime minister is pressing again and again

    I am orderd food in swiggy.com, but i cancelled the order & refund amount processed by swiggy team, but still now i didn't receive that refund money.But they told that refund money wilbe cleared 2 - 4 workings days, more than that days i still waiting for that money...Pls do the needful.

            Dress bought from amazon order id[protected]/ was not upto my satisfaction so i requested for refund... And amazon customer care employee said that your refund has been initiated by our side... But u should contact your bank... That, y still it has not been reflected in ur account. I had lot of conversations with c. C they finally gave me reference number... Bt which was of no sue.. Plss kindly help me asapthank you.

              I was booking a ticket in IRCTC on 8th may and the transaction of Rs2800 got failed but amount got debited from my account. And still not refunded back to my account. The Refund status from IRCTC is that "Amount sent to the bank".Kindly lemme know what is the problem and I want my money back ASAP.

                I have been facing problems wrt passbook printing in rana pratap bagh branch, delhi-110007 for the last several months.
                I have also contacted the manager in this regard but he is also helpless.

                Pls look into the problem seriously and take immediate action in smooth printing of passbook.

                2. Fdr printing is very bad. We have invested more than 50 lacs in fdr of my family members but most of the fdr are not readable. Your printer isin very bad shape and no one has taken the care of repair or replacement.

                I persnally feel that people working in the bank try to pass on the buck and time only. They hardly listen to the complaints of the customers. Not intersted to improve the services of the bank.

                When I enter the mpin it says 'mpin expired' and takes me to a new page to create a new one, there it tells to first enter the old one before creating the new one and when I enter the old one it says 'invalid old mpin'.
                What do I do now?
                Ps- I have already updated to the latest.
                There is no working cindition in transfer machine @ vadapalani and kolathur branches. Employee are doing worst service at vadapalani branch. I have tried to do complain with manager. Hr is behaving me rudely. He is always spending his time with his phone. And ac is not working in atm

                  Hi i'm sanjay kumar

                  Flipkart is saying they have completed the refund of ₹594 to my debit card, said refund will be credited before 15th may 2018, but i didn't receive any refund money.

                  I have observed so many times online sites saying they refunded the amount but didn't receive to my indian bank account... So this time flipkart is saying they have refunded to my debit card but bank didn't credit the amiunt to my indian bank account. Worst service from indian bank.

                    Mai (Renu singh w/o santosh singh r/o 221, anand vihar, naubasta, kanpur-208021) may 2015 me indian bank, saket nagar, kanpur branch se duda loan ki file branch ke hi employee ne lagwai aur 35000/- commission lekar loan dilwa diya, jiska ki account no. : [protected] hai. Mujhe bekuff banaya gaya ki iis loan me subsidy mill jayegi, aur iis tareh ke kai pralobhan diya gaye. Iis account me maine lagbhag 25000/- deposit bhi karwaya. Lekin ghar ki paresaani ke rehte hum proper jama nahi kar pay. Jab kaafi time ho gaya aur mai loan me kuch jama nahi kar payi. Mere husbund santosh singh nei branch saket nagar, kanpur kai baar gaye aur one time settlement karne ko manager mr. Yadav se baat ki. Too wo bole tumahara loan 250000/- hai wapas karo aur koi bhi rebat nahi millegi aur badi battmigi se baat ki, aur case kar dege, jail bhijwa dege, iis tareh ki baat karte rahe par loan kaise katam kiya jay nahi rasta nikala balki uljha diya. Unka purpose kya tha mujhe nahi malum par mere problem as it is hai. Maine account statement ki copy attached hai.
                    Aap sabse request hai, ki mere pass paisa nahi hai mari majboori ko samjte hue, iis loan account ko kam se kam me settle karne ki krapa kare.

                      Sir my name is radhakrishna i have housing loan in the name of my mother m. Subbayamma in medarametla branch. I paid this month emi on[protected]. Sir i have some urgent family needs taken gold loan in medarametla branch and they didn't gave total money. They again cut emi and they told we can't do anything in this matter our computer cut your money. The branch manager and staff giving irresponsible answer to my parents they are uneducated. This type of manager and staff working in medarametla branch how your branch attract more new customers to deposit money.

                            Recently i opened an od a/c against my rip with the bank at sivasagar branch of assam. And the bank executive credited the whole amount in my current a/c. On being questioned, i am being answered in such rude and unperturbed manner. Neither is my problem solved. I have come across such behavior previously also. As far as i am concerned if such behavior continues, i will certainly withdraw my account from there and will suggest everyone to close their account too. If such attitude of staff continues this will certainly tarnish your bank image and it's all in your hand.

                              Respected sir,
                              On 25.3.18, i made a payment of rs.1513.28 for jipmer entrance exam fees via net banking. Transaction failed at last step but amount debited in my bank account.
                              I enquired with jipmer they asked to wait for 15 days to get refund but till now not refunded. Again i contacted them, they suggested me to contact your bank to get refund.
                              I attached the statement from 25.3.18 to indian bank. But there is no response from the bank after i mailed many times.

                                  I have returned my product in flipkart. They said that the refund is completed, and i haven't received my refund. But, the seller has completed my refund adn flipkart gave me the reference id for that transaction and asked me to contact the bank.                                     I ordered a product from amazon paid the amount but later i canceled. They had initiated the amount of 379 rs. Prof from amazon email is

My old registered mobile number [protected] to my new registered mobile number [protected]. I contact my home bank to change my registered mobile number. The manager said your registered mobile number not changed because you change your aadhar card mobile number. I said the aadhar card mobile number change process is very hard. Again the manager said you change your aadhar card mobile number then automatically changed. Then again i going to nearest indian bank atm to change my mobile registered number. That also not changed. Already i lost my old registered mobile so i need to change my new registered mobile number. My home branch not understand my situation. Please i need change my registered number. I need the perfect solution please help me.
