void sale on 18.1.2018

Dear sir

Please note that i had done some shopping from my debit card
On dated 18/1/2018 around 9 pm but due to some reasons i had to cancel that transaction. Rs.537 got deducted from my account immediately. But no refund of void payment has been made till now.

Please find the attached copy of the void sale transaction and help me out and credit the above said amount rs 537

upi transaction failed but amount debited from my account

refund for transferred amount to wrong account

no response about refund

It's been more than 10 days, i didn't receive my refund which was purchased and returned on amazon. I've filed complaint but no use both in here as well as the indian bank spgr's. My refund reference numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and another one, amazon didnt have the reference number and they said they will give me soon,... I should have got the refund on 1st of january 2018...

failure in imps through indpay and non receipt of amount transferred

Dear manager,
I dr. Sachin holding my saving account in ib branch: kirumampakkam, pondicherry had transferred rs. 4000 twice to my account in cub.
After receiving otp i received message as your fund transfer for rs.4000.00 on 11-01-18 could not be processed due to insufficient balance in your account. At 22:44 pm.
It didn't credit to beneficiary nor it revert to my account. Transaction no.

money not refunded even after the transaction is not successful

I have made a card transaction using my rupay card to recharge my mobile number, but transaction was not successful but the amount is debited from my account and i have also enquired the customer care of that service provider they also said no amount like that is paid and i enquired the bank's customer service they suggested me to make a complaint in the website...

credit card dues regarding

amount deducted but transaction was failed

refund not reflected in account

The refund amount from both amazon and paytm is processed as it shows in the app but it is not reflected in the account. Upon enquiring they said that your bank is taking time to process the amount and it will reflect within 7 working days but more than one month has passed and i did not get even a rupee debited to my account. Your application is not working in some days. So irritating to me. I have verified 3or more times by mobile messages but not open my account. After verified then enter my account details is correctly but your server is not correctly and show the try again. Also forgetting password request send but not received otp or anything from your side. Please fix bugs and release your application....

Hi hello indian bank. I would like to know the problem about indpay app we couldn't able to register from last two months
Please think about overseas customers. Please change to old versions it's working flawlessly. Many overseas customers are facing the same problem. Hope u fix the problem as soon as possible. Many overseas customers are waiting for an good updated version....
