My husband “ramasamy p” account number: [protected]. Having account on indian bank (Ifsc code: idib000p228, bank code: 228) – puduchatram - namakkal. He was died on[protected].

He was applied the prime ministers insurance plan of “jeevan jothi bheema yajana“ in same indian bank on[protected].

But in bank registered insurance form only on[protected] and made late almost two months to register his insurance from. Because of their mistake, service deficiency and running late we lost insurance amount, not able to claim.

I asked bank manager regarding this problem and show original insurance form which my husband applied. But he refused to provide detail.

But later i got information through rti.in rti they provided insurance from applied only on[protected] and registered it on[protected].

Rti request bank manager showed insurance form. Even bank manager hide original insurance form and showing some other form, it is not applied by my husband.

In another form there is no my husband sign and date. Simply bank put seal on insurance form and showing.

If i asked again regarding this to bank manager, but he is not giving proper response and replay regarding this problem.

Then i made two times complaint through post and e-mail to zonal officer, and nodal officer of indian bank few months before. But not yet solved.

Last six months of period am saying and asking solutions to this problem but not yet solved. So i request you to take action on this and provide proper compensation to me.

Here i attached my husband death, heir, passbook of bank.

I have ordered an item through my debit card 15 days ago..next day I cancelled the order..the online company has refunded me amount..but I didn't received my refund of 500 rs to my indian bank debit card .I want my refund money to be added into my bank account

    Sir i liked to transfer rs.13000 from my account[protected] to sbi bank, trichy on[protected], (Sbi account ([protected]) is also belong to my self) through indian bank app's (Imps), when my first transaction, i received the message that invalid credential, and again i tried to send, i recieved the message server problem so left the page and logout, in a few seconds i received a sms the amount rs.13000 + rs.13000 totally rs.26000has been debited from my account checked in the sbi bank there is such transaction, please take necessary action and refund my amount as soon as possible

      On feb-6-2018 i've sent rs.12000 to my friend's account. The money got debited from my bank's account but it wasn't credited into the beneficiary account as well as in his tez's account. Since, it's a huge amount i can't pay my tolerance towards waiting for more than a day.
      Kindly take necessary action or else i will have to approach consumer forum /court and sue this app to close it immediately

        With respective of above account details my father has received the jewel loan of 2 lakhs and he passed away last year 2017 and before due date of loan we have settled the loan amount on 28th Aug 2017 .For handing-over the Jewel, Branch manager instructed us to submit the claim form with all the proof documents to receive the Jewel behalf of my father.
        I have submitted the Claim form in Elachipalayam Branch on 24th Oct 2017.
        Since that time almost 4 month has completed and we did not received the Jewels yet and after all this time of waiting all the response which I'm getting from Branch manager is very specious. The answer for my query queries every time was verification is pending from head branch (Salem). After paying the hole loan amount on time and submitting the all proof document all I'm getting is the unworthy answers from branch manager.
        So please let me know the status of this.

            I did a transaction of 8000rupees yesterday on 5 feb 2018 from [protected] (Own a/c) to [protected] (Benefeciary) this account number by bhim app. Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 8000 rupees amount is debeted from my account. I call the bank but they told to complaint on bhim app. So i call the bhim contact number but no one is recieving and also they did not call back. Please help.

                Iam a indian bank customer for past 7 years..i approached my branch of indian bank (kamaraj salai pondicherry) to open cheque book facility, but they are not issuing me cheque book and not responding well., The reason they gave me for not issuing cheque book is that I have not made any transaction for past 1 year, but u can clearly check my passbook that I have made many transactions for the past 3 years...i am frustrated with that bank staff who is the assistant manager of that branch...please check on to this issue and provide me cheque book as soon as possible

                  I want a reverse entry of rs.668/- which was debited from my account on 20.1.18 at 17:28:44 at domino's outlet, subhash nagar, thane (West). I had ordered for some eatables with a total of rs. 668/- the person at the outlet swiped my card but in his machine the transaction was timed out but the amount got deducted from my account. The manager asked me to lodge a complaint and i will get the refund. The transaction i'd is 40979858.

                        I request your assistance on the below issue i have no clue whr my money is stuck.

                        On 2 nd of november i have added the beneficiary as per in attachment screenshot for imps transaction and have done the transfer of rupees 6000 to that beneficiary.                           It's been more than 10 days, i didn't receive my refund which was purchased and returned on amazon. I've filed complaint but no use both in here as well as the indian bank spgr's. My refund reference numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and another one, amazon didnt have the reference number and they said they will give me soon,... I should have got the refund on 1st of january 2018

                            I dr. Sachin holding my saving account in ib branch: kirumampakkam, pondicherry had transferred rs. 4000 twice to my account in cub.
                            After receiving otp i received message as your fund transfer for rs.4000.00 on 11-01-18 could not be processed due to insufficient balance in your account. At 22:44 pm.

                            Hi!
                            Yesterday after posting my complain here on consumer complaints and sending an email to [protected]@indianbank.co, I received an e mail from [protected]@india.com sent by Mr. Rahul Tripathi, asking my contact details to resolve the problem.
                            I shared my both contact mobile numbers.
                            He asked me my debit/ credit card number of any bank and it's expiry date.
                            After giving my indian bank card details, he said the card is blocked and asked to provide details of some other card.
                            I gave details of CUB, he then said it's not accepting, later I somehow doubt him.
                            But as the e mail and consumer complaint are secured, I preferred to send him contact of my SBI card details during which following transactions took place which hurt my trust
                            The details are attached as image from SBI MOBILE APP ( PLEASE FIND UNDER IMAGE ATTACHED)
                            It's totally out of my understanding whether it was a fraud or genuine call made to me.
                            After the last transaction debited from my account, last call I made to his mobile no. [protected] and I told him that he is trying to debit or credit?
                            He said sir you provide me with the otp and you will get all your money back.
                            I didn't provide any OTP details to him later.
                            My OTP RECEIVED TOO READ AS follows: 45***9 is your One Time Password for online purchase of Rs 8000.00 at PayApt thru State Bank Debit Card ending 3655. Don't share this with anyone
                            He was trying to assure that if I provide this OTP, he will revert me back the amount. Since due to Pongal, there are 2-3 days holidays to bank, I am helpless.

                              I have made a card transaction using my rupay card to recharge my mobile number, but transaction was not successful but the amount is debited from my account and i have also enquired the customer care of that service provider they also said no amount like that is paid and i enquired the bank's customer service they suggested me to make a complaint in the website

                                I recently purchased some products from amazon and due to some reasons i've returned it, and some of them were cancelled at the day of purchase, they have deducted it but didn't refunded after the cancellation and also no message about the refund has been given,... My refund reference numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and another one, amazon didnt have the reference number and they said they will give me soon,... I should have got the refund on 1st of january 2018

                                they should have initiated my refund on 1st and 4 th of january 2018 but they have refunded on 10th of january 2018, which i didn't know because of no alerts and messages from bank that they have refunded the amount, but no matter i am happy i've been refunded

                                  It shows error message "your internet banking login status is inactive. Please contact branch." please help me to solve this issues.

                                    My name is nilesh i m raising this complaint on behalf of my mother mala ganapati durgekar, sir my mother holds indian bank account ln karwar branch a/c [protected] and bank has provided the atm card services, on 13th of dec 2017, at 7:15pm i have withdraw 1000 rs from idbi atm machine karwar which was my last withdrawal but on same day at 9:30pm we received massage 10, 000rs has been withdrawn from our account, since we had family function in our home we didn't seen the massages, like this he withdrawn 1, 00, 000rs from our account till next day morning. On14th of dec at evening 6:30pm we saw the massages and immediately blocked atm card. Sir we have atm card with us neither me or my mother shared atm card details to any one but still amount has been withdrawn from our account by unknown person. We enquired indian bank manager he told us atm card is cloned and someone from delhi withdrawn the amount and he suggested us to file a cyber crime complaint. Next day i visited cyber crime office bangalore but they are not ready to file complaint because they work under city limits they told me to contact karwar sp office, we have no idea to whom we need to address this issue.

                                    Sir i have attached all the scan copies with this mail and please let us know if you require any further information from us please consider this complaint and take action. Sir 1, 00, 000rs is not small amount for us we are fisherman we saved amount in bank but sambody has stolen now please provide justice to us.

                                      Dear sir, i am having indian bank credit card with number [protected] and i have paid all the dues in january and in my cc statement is also showing a credit balance of rs112. 47/- but indian bank challapalli department put hold on my account and they are saying credit dues in my account. I am asking them detailed statements but they are refused to give statements for that period. So please check the issue and remove hold from my account or provide detailed statements if really there is dues i will pay
