    I have tried to pay my tuition fee using indian bank netbanking, but after entering the otp, it showed in the webpage that "connection timed out", ur transaction failed. But, the money was deducted from my bank account. The money is about 1.3 lacs. I still didn't get the refund! What do i do now? I have to pay my college fee within a week? My father is gonna kill me if i tell this to him 😭😭😭😭😭.. Please resolve this!!!

    I am R. RANJITH BALAJI PROPRIETOR OF KRR ENTERPRIZES I have udhyog aadhar with me. I requested Madambakkam branch manager to open current account. He asked me you have account in any other bank in this same name. I told yes i am having in vijaya bank. Manager told if you have account in other branch we cant open this is rbi rules.
    As informed my relative staying in USA, Sh. Ved Arya, pension since December 2017 has not been credited, despite repeated emails and central office pension department requests to Greater Kailash, Delhi branch SB[protected].

      My Aadhar card was linked with banked account on 01/02/18, but the linking status is not yet uploaded.
      Due to which my APSHCL Home Loan transaction of Rs.2, 25, 000/- is pending.
      where send regarding this issue but not a single reply is received yet.

        Hi sir acctualy 10/4/18 tuesday i transferred money to other bank but that time getting some network error at server.. My ammount was debited not credited to
        That bank and my account also not refund that amount still now (12/4/2018)..

        So as soon possible pls refund my amount,...

        I had a refund of Rs 3740/- from zoom car. They had initiated the refund on 1 Mar 2018 and when contacted the customer care they have sad that amount had recieved the source A/c but had not showed up in my indian bank A/c. I request you to look up on the issue. Its been a month that the refund had intiated but havent recieved it.
        I have made online payment of Rs.297/- towards BSNL bill payment through my S.B. Account No.[protected] vide Transation ref. No.[protected] on 15/04/2018 and the payment was through Tech Process. While my account was debited for Rs.274/- BSNL payment was not made. Kindly do the needful and rectify the transaction.
        I Have made online payment of Rs.297/- to BSNL postpaid account from my Indian Bank Savings Bank Account No.[protected] on 15/04/2018 through Tech Process ref No.[protected]/BSNl Post Paid through Indian Net Banking ref No.[protected]. While my bank account was debied for Rs.297/- the payment to BSNL was not received. Kindly rectify the transaction.

            This is regarding continuous phone call came from indian bank asking the debit card details saying that your debit card getting expired today. How come the card will get expired when i am having expiry upto 2022. Even i explained they are not listening and asking for the details from different phone calls.

            People are doing so many frauds and bank still dedu ting money from poor people accounts. 16rs deducted from my account and i do not expect this from indian bank. Now i dont have single penny in my account.

              I hava applied for tata steel right issue by asba indian bank rajkot. My account no[protected]. Ms so money was kept on hold. When allotment done i recd 1 share less so rs 510 is to be refunded and it should come to my account. I emailed branch and customer care but nobody resp onded and still money is not credited to my accoket taunt. Telephoned madras office but no response. Sebi must take action against bank as they violeted asba process.

                Hi, an amount of rs 9600 has been withdrawn from my account with various atm withdrawal sequence numbers and 2 different atm ids

                The withdrawals have been made on the following dates:

                02/03/2017 - 1 withdrawals of rs 8000 at 07.26 pm
                03/07/2017 - 1 withdrawal of rs. 1600 at 09.45 am

                I request you to verify the issue and process a refund for the same.

                The above cannot be atm withdrawals clearly as they are not in multiples of 100.

                  Hi my name is Harish Kumar. I hold a account in Indian Bank (account number 6145*****) at J K Towers 100 feet road pondicherry 605013. There was a double debit of Rs.2, 686 occurred on 25/10/2017 when i made a purchase in a shop. I have requested for a refund of this amount and action with respect to my refund has not been taken yet. It has been more than 4 months and no action has been taken. Even after so many followups, I have not received a single response from the Indian bank officers. Appreciate if you could look into this at the earliest possible. Attached is also a screenshot of double debit transaction that happened.

                    Recently there is a lady staff in indian bank (Virar (W) branch), who behaves rudely with every customer.
                    She always give very tight answer to customers, as many customers are not aware about banking as they are not so educated. That doesn't mean they should not valued by bank staffs. She also makes other staff to do so strict work which won't help customers.
                    She keeps on scolding everyone and even security guard, who are nit so educated.
                    She should answer warmly and happily so next time customer could go again to her and solve there problems.
                    Yesterday i went she was scolding security guard for air conditioner. And the same behaviour was there with cashier (Raghuram).
                    And by seeing this behaviour of that lady, a bank staff balu ganu nachre was also behaving same like her, who never do that.
                    I don't know that lady's name but she is wearing spectacle. And was sitting between cashier and mr. Nachre.
                    Even manager don't take any action.
                    This banks always now and then having connectivity problem, a/c not working, cdm also not working, etc. Problems.
                    There shoukd be some commity who visit every branch of bank and take action against problems in there bank.

                      I wish to introduce myself as beena b. M., bearing a sb account in indian bank with the sb account number :[protected] at nhce, marathahalli branch, bengaluru.

                      On saturday, 03.03.2018 at 11.33a. M, i was doing online money transaction of rs. 15, 000/- through my debit card to an institute "datamites". The transaction was declined and the amount rs. 15, 000/- has been deducted. Immediately, i got sms in my mobile below:
                      Withdrawal of inr 15, 000 ac xxx124207 drawn the pos id:38r00010 on 03/03 at 11:33:47. Cl bal: 45, 083.09 cr - indian bank. The same amount has not been credited back to my account till date.

                      Since the transaction was declined for the first time, i did the online money transaction again through my debit card and the payment was successful and amount of rs. 15, 000/- has been deducted. And, i got the sms in my mobile as below:
                      Withdrawal of inr 15, 000 ac xxx124207 drawn the pos id:70018176 on 03/03 at 11:37:51. Cl bal: 30, 083.09 cr - indian bank.

                      The amount for the pos id:38r00010 on 03/03 at 11:33:47 has not been credited yet and i request you to kindly credit the amount of rs.15, 000/- for which the transaction was declined, fix this issue as soon as possible and oblige.

                      TDS amount of Rs 16664/- collected from my pension arrears on 24.10.2016 by the Pension payment authority Indian Bank Chennai has not been credited to my account till date.                         The worst bank i have ever visited, the staff are not aware about the service about the bank or anything, if we ask them any question they will direct as to the manager, particular branch should have some common sense before asking any questions and he is very rude to the customers thinking he is the boss of that bank.
                        1. First and foremost the employees and the manager should know how to behave or speak to a lady or any customer
                        2. They should be aware of services provided by banks.
                        Pls take and serious action about to bank manager. For helpful of so many customers.

                            My name is doddasaikrishnareddy I am drawn 1000 amount at ATM 1000 debited from my account on that time ATM current off I'm not received money ATM:IDP1ENVI04 date February 25 2018 so I am given compliant at govener Peta branch Indian bank and given a complaint letter bank officer tolds after a seven days amount automaticly credited at your account but not received today 2:30pm I'm reached bank and I'm asking in counter bank employe says another employe not there sir please wait after 30mins he came but he not responsible my compliant and no body not responsible me at bank after 15mins that employe goes exit from bank so I'm going to complaint to manager he gives very irresponsible answer. What is this sir too wrost service given on bank please solve my problem and kindly maintain the bank with good service and smile I'm very hearted due to the bank manager answer

                              I have a saving joint account ([protected]) with my wife name in thudiyallur branch at tamilnadu and today morning my wife inserted the atm card in the tamilnadu mercantile bank at kanuvai, coimbatore branch, tamilnadu but the amount (Rs. 5000) debited in the account but not received from the atm machine and immediately she informed the same to the mercantile bank and they told some time it will happened like this but again it will credit to your account.

                              As of now we didn't receive the amount back, so kindly check and credit back to the account and please inform to us by mobile ([protected]) otherwise by mail "[protected]@gmail.com"

                                  This is with reference to our account no.[protected], as i discussed already with mr. Prabhu and bm.

                                  The problems are.

                                  1. There was a typo error on account number while transferring fund through neft to boi account number [protected]- vibali clothing for rs. 139289 (Wrongly typed as [protected] 06.12.2017,
                                  But debited in our account on 06.12.2017and same thing we did with correct account number on 11.12.2017

                                  2. On 05.01.2018 there was a 4 times withdrawal of rs.10000/- but it was only 3 times withdrawal.

                                  Inspite of several reminders to you, there was no response at your end.

                                  Please look in to this asap and credit the same at the earliest.

                                        I have order one product from flipkart but the order was not placed and amount of rs. 13999 was deducted on 06/02/2018 but it was reverted back from flipkart on 07/02/2018 but still its not credited to my account. Kindly credit my account.

                                        Already 13 days over but amount not credited to the account. I have contacted the customer care and also my branch but they're delaying and making excuses only. I am not getting any resolution. Two times i have mailed to my branch bank i'd but there is no response
                                        Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Hi my Indian bank account number is[protected]...am getting my online transaction failed through my debit card for 1 week...but I could withdraw money from atm...kindly do inform me of failure of online transaction...
